11/05/2026: It was so bad. The Wienerschnitzel was watery, dripping with oil, and clearly came from the freezer directly into the deep fryer. Side dishes were peas. And fried oily potatoes, served with melted butter. A very poorly prepared dish, unfortunately. Radisson had closed its restaurant, so we ended up there. They try a French expression, but they can't do it with paper tablecloths, shabby service and poor cuisine. We paid 650 DKK without wine, that's 1000 NOK. Instead, go to Pincho, the restaurant next door. Half the price and exciting food. Many exciting restaurants in Aalborg, this was not one of them.

28/07/2025: Lamentablemente uno de los peores filetes jamás comido. La carne fue recomendada por los empleados, y finalmente llegó un ojo costal (Entrecôte) que se ordenó de medianamente trasera a rara. Llegó una picada gris de carne, extrañamente sazonada (probablemente para ocultar el sabor viejo y rancio). El filete estaba más cerca de estar bien hecho, pero medio raro o raro probablemente no sería posible servirlo ya que la carne pasó por esa etapa hace mucho tiempo. Las porciones son grandes, pero IT hace aún peor tirar, me siento triste por el toro que dio su vida solo por ser tirado... Tengo una sugerencia al dueño del restaurante, “despide a tu chef” o si eres el chef, cierra tu negocio y haz otra cosa, los restaurantes no son para todos... La foto es solo para que el dueño sepa cómo se supone que es un Ribeye.

26/02/2026: almost 3 times a week I came, but then they were not fair to me, they gave me kebab, I complained and he got mad at me. I never got my chicken :(

03/02/2026: They are really declining in quality, it was so much better there, even though they made them themselves.. I rarely go there because of the declining quality, and for God's sake don't say you want extra, because you don't get extra, but you get banged for it..

11/07/2025: Even though the food was ordered an hour before for a specific time, we still had to wait 20 minutes to get our order. On top of that, you always have to stand and wait to pick up what you ordered, even if it is ready, because the staff doesn't approach you.

26/06/2025: I ordered a bowl of chicken skewers that was delivered via Wolt. The bowl is not even half full, the chicken is so dry I don't even want to serve it to the dog and the food was cold. This is far from the standard we are used to, so we call the place. Here was the message “we have a procedure we follow when we make these, and some follow it, others don't” 😳 We wanted to come and exchange it for a new one, but this was out of the question, since it was ordered through Wolt, and therefore they wouldn't correct THEIR mistake with the food. I really hope they offer a refresher on good customer service, the employees here seem pretty indifferent to their customers!

29/12/2025: Incredibly slow! It took 19 minutes from the time I paid for my small Americano until it was delivered!

31/10/2025: The only Starbucks shop in center Aalborg. Vibrant and cosy. Every time I visit here, almost 80% seats are occupied.

06/05/2026: Ate with the whole family at the restaurant yesterday and had an absolutely delicious beef fillet, but the highlight was their take-away tonight, where I had the best burger I've had in years.

11/04/2026: I have never experienced a buffet in such poor condition. The food was absolutely nothing to shout hurray for. It was cold and boring and it simply wasn't replenished in time so many people were waiting to get something. In terms of taste, they have made no effort at all because it was just boring. The service level was also not flashy as you had to go to the staff to order drinks and for the food to be replenished. So all in all a really bad experience where we think we paid far too much for what we got. Buy a frozen pizza and get more for the price.

10/05/2026: Lousy. Don't waste your time. They will definitely get your order wrong, more likely than not they will get it right. The amount of bacon in the burger is completely ridiculous and the meat is from Frost. Hurry up and get out of this place, it is extremely expensive for what you get - you can get better on the tank

10/05/2026: Insanely bad service and the buffet is really lacking we waited 35 min for drinks then approached me at the bar and they basically didn't care 20 min later as they showed up with 2 glasses of juice and a milkshake the coffee they had forgotten when we were going to pay the bar man wanted to argue if we should pay for coffee or not 👎👎 Can't recommend this place at all The owners should do something they are good at and that is definitely not running a restaurant

18/04/2026: Unfortunately, we made a mistake and transferred money to them by misunderstanding. We have subsequently contacted them repeatedly via their mobile number and requested a refund. They have stated that they will return the money when they have the opportunity, but this has not yet happened. This situation is completely unacceptable. We have made it clear to them that we are prepared to bring the matter to the relevant authorities, including the Danish Consumer Council, the Danish Tax Agency or MobilePay, if the money is not refunded as soon as possible. Their lack of action gives the impression that their primary interest is the money rather than providing a proper service.

18/04/2026: Their primary interest seems to be profit rather than providing good service and food of satisfactory quality.

04/06/2026: Sole Mio more like see you amigo. I have never met an ogre before until I came to Sole Mio and spoke to the owner. Bad service, and we do not accept a pizza scam. PS we do not pay double for pizza as dry as the Sahara!!! So much salad I thought I was in the Amazon jungle!!

04/04/2026: The place feels like a sauna and the food is tasteless. Asked if he could cut our sandwich but he couldn't. Also asked for napkins and he said, "10 minutes, fifteen minutes". He boasts about making homemade dough but it's not good! Buy a frozen pizza instead, it's better and cheaper.

07/03/2026: Ordered food four hours in advance, yet the food arrived 30 minutes late. When the food arrived it seemed pre-cooked and cold. There was no soda for our menus, and getting a refund for the poor and inadequate service seems impossible. The picture is of their chicken burger. Find somewhere else to get your food

05/03/2026: Just picked up this roll of kebab. Tastes terrible and totally crumbled bread. Vegetables taste old (sour). Also strange to visit Hobro and have to speak English to get food

16/11/2025: I just went to them. The guy who works with black hair, cooks my food with dirty hands, and sometimes smiles as if I were unwelcome, I ask him where you are from, then he says from Colombia, I speak Spanish to him, he doesn't understand anything, then he says from Argentina and Brazil etc.. I paid for my food, but I just left the restaurant without taking my food. He has to eat it himself, even though I paid for it. And they are very expensive, falafel roll for 59,- 😂👎🏻 with a sour face. I think it should be checked by the authorities, because it is not okay. I say several times without onion and garlic, and he understands that I want onion and garlic in it, I say with chili, he understands without chili 👎🏻😂 I say I want pickled cucumber in it, he says they don't have it 😂👎🏻 I just paid and left without my food, and he didn't care 👎🏻.

16/07/2025: Worst take away place I've ever tasted. Uncooked, chewy steak in burgers that neither look nor taste like meat - we all 3 took a bite and had a disgusting taste and consistency in our mouths after a burger. Sandwich is ok. Nothing to shout hooray about. Minimal filling and supremely dry despite paying for extra dressing and filling. staff were in no way service-minded or smiling. They didn't wear gloves while cooking and handled cash and credit cards etc. We won't be back, despite the otherwise good prices....but good prices, poor food...which isn't even worth the good prices. Practice beev😃

21/05/2026: Really bad pita !! Described as fresh pita with extra filling and picture indicating super delicious. Received as day old dry pita with minimal salad and meat.. flat dry and boring.

20/12/2025: My friend was telling me to try their Durum for last 2 weeks. We went there last Sunday. But they were closed. So we went today again and bought two durum. Cheap durum with kebab. But unfortunately, it was super cold. We bought and started eating right away. But still it was cold. Doesn’t seem like they have warm it. Otherwise it can never get cold in Couple of minutes. The kebab tasted good, also I liked the Garlic inside. But again, everything was cold
