24/05/2025: Awesome Pizza and Burger. Dough was being prepared freshly. Pizza was full of cheese, veggie and chicken toppings. Burger was equally full of veggies.

08/07/2025: I have to say their kebab food has become very bad, there are tendons in it that cannot be chewed and it has been over several times.

29/05/2025: Super good experience, where we were looked after from start to finish. At dessert I discovered that the dessert chef had a watch similar to mine in black, so we swapped it with my blue one. Nice touch that gave a good atmosphere ☺️👌

11/05/2025: Ordered pizzas for pickup, arrived in good time, got the pizzas straight from the oven, they looked good and they were piping hot. There was no waiting, the pizzas were ready on time. They were slightly crispy on the surface and soft inside, good taste and good texture. Good parking conditions.

18/07/2025: If you are in Kolding and the surrounding area and want fish, this is the place to go to eat. The food is tasty, good quality, reasonably good portion sizes. The service is pleasant and knowledgeable about what they sell. Recommended to go here.

11/07/2025: Great fish restaurant in the heart of Kolding, great food, generous portions, attentive service and a good selection. They also offer a lot of good wines. We had fish and chips with a little twist and a really good Moules-frites. Definitely recommended!

13/06/2025: Super delicious food, as usual from Sunset Boulevard. However, the staff was overly unfriendly. The waitress slammed the food onto the table from a tray, following the "eat here" motto. Then they cleaned the neighboring tables and put the chairs up, long before closing time. Extremely unprofessional!

27/08/2024: Rigtig hyggelig dag med god mad og massere plads til at børnene kunne lege uden for. Vores selskab var mere eller mindre igennem hele frokostkortet og alle var glade og blev mætte.

10/08/2024: Amazing location for a great multi experience 😉 This well hidden pearl of a Café, is always a visit worth... Enjoy a great dish and feel the beach... It's all possible here. I love the dish StjernerSkud, even their version is a bit alternative... as it contains a lot of fresh salad.. Enjoy 😉

21/01/2025: Really good traditional barbecue food. If you are in the mood for a delicious burger with good taste, this is definitely the place and always good with a little from the wish well. Good service 👍

20/07/2025: Extremely long wait on Sunday afternoon - we waited about 10 minutes to get our food after paying - and there was 1 car in front of us. We got a chili cheese burger instead of a hamburger on the King Jr. menu, which you only discover when you sit down and eat. Otherwise, our experiences are that the burgers are boring and the fries are soft and tasteless. Absolute waste of money to shop here. Service gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the young man who served us was otherwise nice and polite - that's the only positive thing that can be said here.

09/05/2025: Warning to everyone who is considering becoming a volunteer at Cafe Paraplyen! This place is without a doubt the worst place to volunteer. A close family member has worked hard for you for a long time – taking shifts, turning up at short notice, being loyal and committed. And how is she thanked? By being slandered, ostracized and exposed to direct adult bullying from other volunteers. It's deeply personal and so disgusting it's hard to fathom😡🙄 Just because she has ADHD and dares to speak her mind and come up with ideas, she is made a scapegoat. No one bothered to take shifts with her, sleep in the same room on trips, or cooperate. She was labeled and isolated - all because you apparently cannot accommodate people who do not fit into your narrow "normal". The umbrella brags about spaciousness and openness, but it's a total joke. Your "inclusion" only applies as long as you don't deviate too much🤨 If you have a diagnosis or struggle mentally, you are obviously not welcome. I am honestly appalled at how low you can sink in your treatment of volunteers! The umbrella should be ashamed. I will never set foot in your cafe again - and can only warn others with diagnoses or vulnerabilities: Stay far away.
