13/03/2024: Such a lovely place. You could walk by it as it’s below the sidewalk but the inside is spacious and full of light. Greeter/server was so polite and welcoming. Fantastic selection of lunch open faced sandwiches and our choices were delicious and beautifully presented.
13/03/2024: We had a reunion luncheon with our friends and their family at Pilekælderen Restaurant during our visit to Copenhagen in February 2024, and really enjoyed our time there. A cosy little place with charm and comfort Restaurant Pilekælderen serves up some delicious Danish classics that make us feel like we have indeed arrived in Denmark. The service team was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. Thank you for your kind hospitality & We will be back again!

01/04/2024: We came to this city just to eat and dine in places and this has been one of our best gastronomic experiences in Copenhagen. Great Danish cuisine. I would repeat without hesitation.

Food is just okay.

18/02/2024: Great scones! Really good sausage horns. We bought half of the bread (Nørrebrobrød). Tasted fine, but the texture is too soft (not a crust crisp enough to hold its shape when you try to cut it out).
Friendly staff who are happy to help and are very welcoming.

02/04/2024: The food is very good, the staff is friendly, the only negative is could give is that for a 30€ menu you could get a bit more quantity.
The robots and food containers might give the impression that the food served might be more fast food quality but that couldnt be further from the truth. Its fancy restaurant grade food with a fun concept behind it.
We enjoyed it so much, it felt like one of the experience zones so we almost forgot to pay 😅

16/02/2024: Fantastic place if you are dying in the typical New Nordic decorated coffee bars in Copenhagen. A special but cozy interior with a very simple menu. Bmo was perfectly fine, but a little too salty for my own taste. Good yogurt bowl, however, some fresh/dried fruit and some colorful herbs could have lifted the experience. The coffee was solid, but nothing out of the ordinary. Come here for the atmosphere and location.

07/03/2024: One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The chef came out and asked how it was and even brought extra Sriracha since I like it spicy. Hope I'm back here soon.
10/02/2024: I had the whole family with me for a really nice evening with fantastic food and the choice was fish, steak, burger and steak sandwiches and everyone was excited. The service was fun, present and festive❤️ My husband and I wanted to return a few days later to enjoy steak sandwiches ourselves, but unfortunately we were struck by illness. We will return when the motorbike season starts. Thank you ❤️

26/03/2024: Really dig their chai latte! It's actually not the standard chai sugar mix used in seemingly every other café in the world, so it's quite nice!
Staff always seem to be very sweet as well, which is nice ~
The cinema itself is fine as well. It's small and nothing too crazy when it comes to the size of these screen or sound but it's still nice.
I really appreciate they show more niche movies as well, compared to the bigger cinemas.
Hoping they'll show more Korean, Japanese and Chinese movies in the future, really miss that here in Odense!!!

As I said to the person serving us, please, pretty please, open restaurants in Sweden. Don't change anything to the recipes and cooking! Just come and do your magic here! ❤️😋❤️
The personal was nice and the place was cosy! ❤️❤️
SPIS proves that it is possible to offer hamburgers and respect the ingredients, and without being unnecessarily expensive!

03/03/2024: Very good burgers, chips and salad. Drinks also very nice here, not mind blowing but excellent and affordable little place. Much better than its neighbours

13/03/2024: Fantastisk mad og vin til prisen. Der var rigeligt mad til at blive mæt, og der kunne nemt tages diverse diæthensyn. Dog trækker det ned at noget af proteinet car en smule overstegt.
09/03/2024: Kom ikke for tidligt, det er ikke muligt at få en drink mens i venter på køkkenet åbner.
Book ikke 2 timers bord, i bliver bedt om at smutte efter 1 time og 50 minutter fordi næste hold er kommet i god tid.

You book at the cash desk, give your name and as soon as you're ready they call you by name.
Cutlery, napkins and water are available in a specially prepared area.
We fell in love with this place and during our weekend in Copenhagen, we went twice 🤗
30/03/2024: Very good place to go for breakfast. Many options and all delicious. The coffee is one of the best I have ever tasted. Of course, get the idea that it is not a cheap place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location.
