25/08/2026: It was a nice experience and a fun way to round off our visit to Lego House, especially for kids. Ordering your meal using the Lego sets is a cute and creative idea, and it definitely adds some fun to the experience. However, considering how much this part is advertised, we were a little surprised by how small and quick the actual ordering experience was. In the end, you order, wait for your food, eat, and leave, so don’t expect the entire meal to be an interactive Lego experience (Remember, you booked a certain time slot). The staff was nice and helpful. The lemonades were truly amazing (try them!), and the food overall was good, although nothing particularly special. Some dishes we really enjoyed, while others weren’t really to our taste. The portions were definitely enough to leave us full, though. If it fits your budget, the restaurant is certainly worth trying once, particularly with children, as they will probably get the most out of the experience. But you’re also not missing an essential part of Lego House if you decide to skip it. You can easily bring your own food or grab something at the food court instead.

24/08/2026: This place is genuinely a 10/10!! Also just for adults, is amazing when a restaurant can turn into an entire experience. The service was amazing, they take it seriously. The way the restaurant is decorated also with all the Lego flowers on the wall is just so pleasing to look at. And not only to mention that the food is really good, the chicken with sesame was incredible. Definitely a must if you are in billund. You also pay a deposit but at the end they discount it from the entire bill.

16/08/2026: Nice place with a good atmosphere. We had 3 people for brunch, the food came out quickly and invitingly and tasted good too - nothing extraordinary. My friend got the brunch sausages, which looked like they were just boiled instead of fried - they had no crust. The juice was really fresh and delicious.

11/08/2026: There are really good options if you choose such a build your own brunch and at good prices. The food was not hot when it arrived so it seemed like it was sitting for a while before being served. It tasted delicious though, enjoyed every bite 😋

28/03/2026: We were completely forgotten in the middle of the party. We waited an hour and 15 minutes from when we finished the main course until we got the dessert. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the restaurant.

08/03/2026: I have been visiting Slap Af a lot of times, most often with great pleasure, finding the food delicious, and much better than what could be expected at the reasonable price. In the last year or two, however, we have also experienced less attentive service and servings of lesser quality. It is not so much a decline, rather varied qualitym, depending of who has tghe watch the perticular day.

01/06/2026: Overall good, a Nordic city hotel without great luxuries but it does the job. The breakfast was adequate; there wasn't everything, but I didn't miss anything. Good overall, nothing fancy.

03/08/2025: Friendly waiter welcomed us. 2 small “free” appetizers were served. Chicken souffle in delicious dressing, sashimi with sorbet. Haps haps! Then began a fantastic journey through a 7 course menu. Just the smell of each dish that was served was amazing. The appearance was a pure delight. The taste was so adapted that you could taste all the ingredients in the dish - the salt and pepper were not necessary. Great to know this art - to adapt to everyone's taste buds. Because it is an art! So 5 ⭐️ from us and clearly to you out there. Have a Bacchus and enjoy it, just enjoy it!

02/08/2025: Lovely evening in good company. The male waiter was however very busy changing our dishes a little too quickly. He was not present and not very hospitable. The young man who presented our dishes was to U.G Before we had even finished, the male waiter came with our bill, and we had to point out that we were not finished, and had not ordered payment. That service is not okay when you pay almost 3,000 kr for an evening. We were there on August 2, 2025 The food was absolutely fantastic.

19/08/2025: We stumbled upon “Café Apropos” on the evening of the 18th — the grand finale of our 8-day Danish road trip. And I do mean stumbled: it was 9:30 PM, we were running late, and desperately hunting for something to feed the kid. The place looked stylish and vaguely Parisian, so we thought, “Why not?” Well… the confusion began with the menu and only got worse from there. If this was meant to be a Parisian bistro, someone forgot to tell the kitchen. The kids’ chicken? Marinated in a spicy sauce — because nothing says “child-friendly” like a surprise kick of heat. Once we realized that, we swapped it for a delightfully thin hamburger tucked inside a hollow bun. Gourmet minimalism, perhaps? Meanwhile, the “tapas plate” featured jalapeños, tortilla sauce, and a few mystery items that defied identification. And the “Parisian steak”? Oh dear. It was a dry hamburger (dear “chef,” ever heard of beef fillet?) perched on a slice of yesterday’s bread, surrounded by random vegetables that added nothing but confusion — and later, stomach drama I won’t detail here out of mercy. The one bright spot? Our waitress. Cheerful, friendly, and just as baffled as we were when the kitchen insisted, “Yes, the baby chicken is marinated in spicy sauce — but just a little spicy!” Final verdict: charming decor, baffling food, and a culinary identity crisis (yes, including pasta with chicken). Proceed with caution — or better yet, don’t.

09/07/2026: The food here was outstanding! Such a cute place with a funky interior and I was not expecting such good food. Definitely recommend the scallop tartlets! Staff were friendly too

08/07/2026: The food isn't bad, but it is too salty. The pork neck dish is served with a puree, which was severely salty; I even kept chewing on undissolved salt crystals. The other dishes were all salty as well, though not as much as the puree with the pork neck. I really prefer salty food to bland food, but this was serious. The saltiness completely overwhelms the flavors and aromas of the food.

09/08/2026: There were two of us who had lunch there. I chose one of their burgers with fries. My friend chose 5 servings from their brunch. Everything tasted excellent. Five dishes from the brunch menu was really a lot of food. The burger was a good size and the fries were perfect. The service was top notch. Really friendly and accommodating staff. That's something we both really appreciate. The place can definitely be recommended.

26/07/2026: Hi! We were looking for something to eat at short notice and ended up at Cafe Jenners. It was a great choice. The food and service were very good. The portions were excellent for the price. And the quality was great too. What more could you want! We would definitely go there again.

16/01/2026: Super cozy place down by the water, where you can enjoy coffee or light meals with a view of the marina. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it's a perfect stop on a walk along the harbor.

07/01/2026: Very cozy place, where we came into the warmth on a cold day, had hot cocoa with whipped cream and could look out over the water and the harbor while the boat rocked a little every time people got on the boat.

23/06/2026: Absolutely fantastic ice cream. The chocolate fondant is highly recommended. The staff is extremely friendly.

05/06/2026: The chocolate ice cream with the chocolate waffle cone was really good. The inside of thecone is lined with chocolate all the way down. Yum!
