07/11/2025: The food is not good enough. Christmas menu Not at all for the price. Good duck with bought red cabbage. Inedible rice salad, good salmon. Nothing that was really good.

16/08/2025: Atmosphere Indoor and outdoor seating. With heatlamps. Not very packed. Food Good and good prices. Different than what you get elsewhere. Where tasty and many options available. Appetizers good too. Service Friendly and attentive. Fast service.

24/12/2025: We went for coffee a couple of days ago, after months of wanted to visit this cute place. The drinks were as expected. Nothing crazy, but a nice cup of tea and hot chocolate as you would expect in any regular coffee shop. The shop inside was insanely cozy and the decoration is the classic Danish style coffee shop, which I love <3 Unfortunately, the service wasn't super nice and made feel like we were bothering them. Maybe it was just that day, maybe there was a reason the person wasn't "in the mood", which is understandable to an extent, so we'll give it one more try and hope it doesn't happen again. But it would be nice (and take it from someone who is still working in hospitality, after 9 years) to make customers feel welcome. It doesn't take much. Just a warm "hello" is more than enough.

02/12/2025: Cozy place, very small evening menu with lots of spelling mistakes, unspecified dishes and quite overpriced. I got an Asian style burger and paid 139 kr for a small brioche bun, small unsalted steak and some green crap. It wasn't because I was terribly hungry when I came, but I wasn't full when I left.

25/11/2025: Ordering went ok, but the waiter walked past the kitchen several times after the kitchen had put the food on the counter and rang the bell. After 5 minutes the chef rang again and only 3 minutes later we got the food. The fries were good

19/08/2025: We stumbled upon “Café Apropos” on the evening of the 18th — the grand finale of our 8-day Danish road trip. And I do mean stumbled: it was 9:30 PM, we were running late, and desperately hunting for something to feed the kid. The place looked stylish and vaguely Parisian, so we thought, “Why not?” Well… the confusion began with the menu and only got worse from there. If this was meant to be a Parisian bistro, someone forgot to tell the kitchen. The kids’ chicken? Marinated in a spicy sauce — because nothing says “child-friendly” like a surprise kick of heat. Once we realized that, we swapped it for a delightfully thin hamburger tucked inside a hollow bun. Gourmet minimalism, perhaps? Meanwhile, the “tapas plate” featured jalapeños, tortilla sauce, and a few mystery items that defied identification. And the “Parisian steak”? Oh dear. It was a dry hamburger (dear “chef,” ever heard of beef fillet?) perched on a slice of yesterday’s bread, surrounded by random vegetables that added nothing but confusion — and later, stomach drama I won’t detail here out of mercy. The one bright spot? Our waitress. Cheerful, friendly, and just as baffled as we were when the kitchen insisted, “Yes, the baby chicken is marinated in spicy sauce — but just a little spicy!” Final verdict: charming decor, baffling food, and a culinary identity crisis (yes, including pasta with chicken). Proceed with caution — or better yet, don’t.

06/12/2025: Ordering the large menu for 500kr: The starters: Their octopus salad and tartare were excellent, but nothing flashy. And the rest of the servings were mediocre to redundant. The bread served with it is also irrelevant. A little dry "feels old" bread and actually without anything. No oil or anything, unless you ask, as it is not a custom to do this. Who eats dry bread without anything? The main courses: Some risotto and pasta and fish. The risotto can be bought in net and heated up to the same expertise, the pasta you have to go and eat at a real pasta restaurant and the fish was okay, but again something that should just be higher level, when you are registered for so many possibilities for Michelin stars. Dessert: Since I couldn't stand hazelnuts, I got a different dessert and that meant that instead of a Ferrero Rocher-like dessert, I got a frozen apple in a bowl - by God it was worse than baby food in a jar, wow.. Can't be recommended in any way, unfortunately

04/11/2025: The food was quite nice, the bacon was crispy and the sausage was good, and the hot chocolate came in a large cup. However, I went alone and had made a reservation in advance, but I was given a very cramped table squeezed between two windows against the wall. I had placed my bag on the chair next to me, but a staff member later took that chair away, so I had to put my bag on the floor. Meanwhile, other solo guests were seated at larger four-person tables. The tight space made it difficult to eat or work comfortably. It’s not really a place where I could relax and sit for a while.

14/06/2025: Super hyggelig café på vandet. Fantastisk flot renoveret båd, med masser af plads, gode øl og drinks og meget, meget søde tjenere. Udsigten over Marselisborg lystbådehavn er fabelagtig. Bedste anbefaling herfra.

11/06/2025: Blev mødt af en rigtig nedladende mand som ejede båden som bad os om at forlade området “ kajen” Jeg var meget imponeret af en lille salgsvogn der stod ude på hajen og fik løftet et låg som jeg hurtig slap igen. Ejeren åbnede et vindu på båden (bådcaféen) og bad mig om at forlade området og sagde at jeg ikke skulle pille ved han ting! Og så smækkede han vinduet i igen. Vil ikke håbe at han er såden over for kundernes! Jeg er en voksen kvinde på 40 år og havde ikke tænkt at stjæle noget. Syntes bare vognen var rigtig sød og flot. Men kommer aldrig til at sætte mine ben der.

08/11/2025: Delicious dinner with a twist. Nicely composed menu with several lovely (share) dishes. Appropriate wine list, but a few good options by the glass (try the red from Georgia). Great atmosphere and friendly service.

03/11/2025: Disappointing experience I’ve been to several fine dining and Michelin-rated restaurants, but this was unfortunately the weakest. The portions were extremely small, and we left still hungry. The wine was brought already opened and poured directly for both of us without offering a taste first — quite surprising for a restaurant in this price range. We were seated next to a glass shelf that had a visible layer of dust. The octopus starter was interesting, but the main course (pork) consisted of four very small fatty pieces with only a few cubes of beetroot and quince. The dessert was the best part of the evening — it tasted nice, though oddly served with large spoons. Charging 25 DKK for a single slice of bread felt unreasonable. Overall, presentation and plating were underwhelming, with inconsistent dish styles and little visual appeal. In my view, the Michelin Bib recognition seems questionable for this restaurant.

06/09/2025: Good and solid brunch menu including several items with chocolate. The chocolate-Hazelnut spread is absolutely delicious and so were the crepes. We had booked a table, but they didn't inform us, that we had to order at the counter... still the service was kind ad efficient.

12/08/2025: Central location, shop ok, toilet very clean and delicious. We were the only customers, and after ordering brunch at the cash register with coffee and a jug of water, it took 15 minutes before water and coffee arrived. The coffee tasted bitter and was one and a half. The water was with ice and ok. When the brunch arrived we were introduced to what it was and it was ok delicious, especially the truffle sausage and the pesto. The pancake with dark chocolate looked nice and delicious, but tasted a bit like it wasn't freshly made. The 3-4 people standing at the cash register/front kitchen were so busy talking that they didn't notice us leaving. In their defense, one of them came over when we had eaten the spread and said that we should just say if we wanted more water or bread. (without spread) All in all, a mediocre experience, hope others have had better luck

23/11/2025: The place is very nice but...stay away from gasoline burgers me and my wife where sick all night waste of a 300 kr for 2 burger and frozen tasteless fries fries I can go bye but the burgers had so much oil that we where sick all night this is unacceptable from a place that has some rename to it

08/11/2025: Newly opened skating rink with music and cozy food court around. Equipment can be rented. On Saturday it was a bit crowded, but still it was nice to go skating there. Ice quality is ok)
