14/12/2025: Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Fantastic food. We were 6 people (3 generations) on Friday 12/12/2025 and everyone was super satisfied. Lovely sweet family who cooks and serves. Completely an unforgettable experience. We will definitely come again.

11/12/2025: It is the best food and food for everyone from a hearty pasta to the most flavorful pizza. The staff greets you with a huge smile and is the perfect place to create the best memories with friends and family.

14/01/2026: We had four solid pescetarian dishes, beetroot, scallop, cod and finally Ingrid Marie apple High, high class, delicious food all the way through and service top notch Deserved bib in Michelin, maybe it's fat to only give four stars, but the fifth is what gives the star in Michelin And it's great that there are these places that are satisfied with bib and not the stars Highly recommended, next time we will try their four dishes vegan

26/11/2025: Incredible food and servers! The Christmas Menu (#1) would have been enough to feed 2 people! (I'm not sure if they allow you split it, as we didn't ask, but they do *not* allow leftovers to be taken, due to risks.) Beautifully decorated for the holiday season.

22/12/2025: I ate alone (tartare, profiteroles and lots of wine) and the woman who served me (a young woman with dark hair and bangs) was simply so nice, sweet and lovely). As a solo diner it often happens that you become a bit "invisible", but she was so attentive and careful. The food was as good as the rumors said, but the service was just excellent. Thank you very much.

The Nordic aesthetics of the premises, the light wooden surfaces and the minimalist design create an elegant, timeless frame where even the smallest details come into their own. 14/11/2025: In the fall of 2025 we held our wedding party there and have also been to a company event. Would give 3.5/5 stars if possible. - Location: 5 out of 5 stars - Communication before the wedding and service during: 5 out of 5 stars Food Wedding, small party: - Snacks purchased: 4**** (the two were exceptionally good while the third on some vegetable was boring) - Starter: 5**** (trout) - Main course: 1* (venison. Everything on every plate was refrigerator cold, the meat itself was sticky and 'gritty'. Ended up eating 40 minutes after serving, when they tried to warm the dish up a bit. It was then 20-30C instead of 5C.) - Dessert: 3.5*** (campfire comfort, which had a stronger smoky flavor than expected. Went well with coffee/red wine) - Petit fours: 2** (two of the three types were the same as the dessert. Can't even remember the last one. I think I got away too easily. Also, it was too chewy). - Drinks: 5***** Company event for 50-60 people - Starter: 5***** (mackerel) - Main course: 4**** (beef, missed extra sauce on the tables, otherwise classic and simple - Dessert: 2** (cream in biscuit tart with fig. Tasted absolutely nothing and few people ate it) So all in all a good experience but don't dare trust them to serve food of the standard we expected.

26/09/2025: Amazingly good food, every bite was an intense and exciting taste experience, which was enhanced by the accompanying wines from the wine menu. Good atmosphere in the small restaurant and lovely personal service.

15/12/2025: On a recent business trip I had one of the best meals of my life at Textur. I was solo, always a little awkward, but the staff were welcoming and kind, and the atmosphere was cozy. I was absolutely blown away by the non-alcoholic pairings. As a non-drinker I'm so accustomed to just having sparkling water with my meals - the opportunity to have a well-considered non-alcoholic options was such a treat. The horseradish-infused lemonade with the fish was especially well-executed. I had the 3-course menu + the snacks. The food was fabulous; very affordable given the extreme quality, and delicious. Staff were very knowledgeable about what they were serving and had no trouble at all translating ingredients and methods into English. A wonderful meal, which I'll remember for a long time.

03/08/2025: Friendly waiter welcomed us. 2 small “free” appetizers were served. Chicken souffle in delicious dressing, sashimi with sorbet. Haps haps! Then began a fantastic journey through a 7 course menu. Just the smell of each dish that was served was amazing. The appearance was a pure delight. The taste was so adapted that you could taste all the ingredients in the dish - the salt and pepper were not necessary. Great to know this art - to adapt to everyone's taste buds. Because it is an art! So 5 ⭐️ from us and clearly to you out there. Have a Bacchus and enjoy it, just enjoy it!

02/08/2025: Lovely evening in good company. The male waiter was however very busy changing our dishes a little too quickly. He was not present and not very hospitable. The young man who presented our dishes was to U.G Before we had even finished, the male waiter came with our bill, and we had to point out that we were not finished, and had not ordered payment. That service is not okay when you pay almost 3,000 kr for an evening. We were there on August 2, 2025 The food was absolutely fantastic.

15/10/2025: A great experience, especially for children. The food was delicious and served quickly. You have to keep in mind that you're not just paying for the food, but also for the experience itself. And in my opinion, it's worth it.

08/01/2026: A hotel that maintains traditions of a staff that is permanent, local and dedicated to their work. The food is gourmet class -> you will be positively satisfied by all senses including the stomach! An experience you will never forget....

03/01/2026: A wonderful experience! Bandholm Badehotel is definitely worth a visit. The service is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are of good quality and clean. The surroundings are cozy and romantic. Gastronomically a really nice experience. The food is really delicious. Beautiful serving and good wines, at reasonable prices. Plan a trip to Bandholm, and get peace of mind with your shopping.

11/01/2026: Nice and tasty Brunch. With what it should be. It was cold inside and it was definitely drawing in stars. You couldn't keep warm if you sat by one of the big windows.

01/01/2026: Amazing owner and staff! So helpful, in times of need;) The salad was particularly lovely, and ever so crispy. Would definitely go back!
