22/05/2025: My opinion is that the place had taken in too many parties that day, in relation to the staff capacity. This was expressed in the fact that it took far too long between clearing up, removing unnecessary glasses and bottles, and that petit fours were never served with the coffee.

15/05/2025: Kalaset Cafe For a leisurely brunch, fuel for a ramble in the city, dinner with friends & family, or a drink for the night ahead... it’s own draft beer-kalaset- nice! Italian dishes- Fantastic taste ❤️. A bit noisy, if there are many guesses.

24/05/2025: As alway I go for the vegan, and as heart healthy as possible. The salads were very good. Very tasty and played with sour tastes, which worked well. I walked away still hungry, as there were not much of calories in it. Unfortunately is was very oily, which is very unhealthy, no matter the origin. I’ll come here again, but ask to ease up on the oil. Service was good, very warm and friendly. Fairly inexpensive. Atmosphere was ok. Not much noise from the kitchen. Nice area.

09/03/2025: First impression was a bit dingy, it seemed more like a bar than a restaurant. Drinks and food took quite a long time, even though the place wasn't full. We waited about 15 minutes for the drinks and 50 minutes for the food, which is definitely too long. The food was OK. But the price-performance ratio is not right. About €20 for a very thin pizza with few toppings and a small beer for €6, that just doesn't fit.

13/02/2025: Yesterday, besides a fantastic meal, I had the great pleasure of experiencing how an amazing staff team can solve a difficult situation, when the online ordering system went down in the middle of rush hour. Usually you order via a qr code connected to your table number, but that system failed yesterday, which was a challenge for the staff as well as guests, as the restaurant was buzzing busy. But, the staff handled the situation so well, while continuously providing an amazing customer service. Cudos to the young lady who took our order and was extremely kind to me and my friend, when I had mistaken their venue here on Vesterbro with the one on Nørrebro; you were absolutely awesome! Oh, we had the tartare, stracciatella and the burrata pizza, and I recommend them all!

11/05/2025: Around the corner is a posh café, inside the guardrail at the start of the sunny section of Strandvejen. Everything gathers here, from celebrities, smart cars, sunglasses, coffee and white wine-sipping pensioners, to thirsty spandex idiots on overpriced racing bikes that, after all, must not have quenched their sugar cravings. The young girls m/k try to communicate and be efficient behind the counter, but fail and the slowness of the service (ONE cafe latte at a time, etc) turns into skyward eyelashes in the often long queue. The food is above average in taste and quality, everything is expensive and average, which is not the case here in the "reserve".

16/04/2025: Brunch is nice, nothing special. The place has a fantastic location. (There’s the beach on the other side of the road). Dog friendly. Chicken and bacon salad is a huge portion. They serve lovely fresh rolls. We like the place for the location mostly. Their apple pie is the best!

03/05/2025: Særdeles velkomponeret og velsmagende fire-retters menu med gode vine. Med en tjener, der doserede præsentationen af retterne på en skarp og afdæmpet facon kan Textur kun anbefales!

04/05/2025: Vi holdte vores datter konfirmations fest på Normanns , Godt samarbejde med planlægning og ønsker, ,super venligt personale. Vi mødte op og alt var til ug, virkeligt flot borddækning , lige efter vores ønske. Maden var fantastisk hele vejen igennem, køkkenet går virkelig op i at alt er i orden. Super lækker fiske og skaldyrs tallerken til forret. Meget velsmagende buffet , lækre salter, vil lige nævne meget lækker oksemørbrad og pommes bl.a og 2 lækre sauce , mm. God dessert Kan varmt anbefales at holde fest hos Normanns, vi er så tilfredse og vores gæster ligeså

17/04/2025: Var på påskeophold i Århus og havde fået Pondus anbefalet af bekendte. En noget skuffende oplevelse. Fik en 3 retteres menu som er på menukortet som en at deres signatur retter. Må du sige at dette var ret skuffende. Små og meget enkle retter. Hovedret var et stykke kylling bryst samt en svampe sovs. Ingen tilbehør eller andet end et stykke brød som også skulle deles med forrettet. Citronkagen var ok og en dejlig afslutning. Samlede anbefaling - denne kan jeg ikke anbefale der er andre rigtig dejlige spisesteder i samme prisklasser hvor der er kæret mere om maden. Så en lidt øv oplevelse.

26/04/2025: The food was good, full of flavor and super fresh. The staff is super nice and makes you feel at home.

10/05/2025: The majority of the event had to go home before dessert, as it was not possible for the restaurant to serve three courses in just 2.5 hours on a weekday evening. However, we were still charged for the entire expensive dinner. In addition, we were served tartar as a starter and a fillet of beef for the main course, which is a combination I would not normally expect from a well-functioning restaurant. Will not come again.

27/04/2025: Great restaurant and toilets. Delicious food, but a bit thin coffee and a bit of confusion regarding the number of desserts. Needs a few more charging sockets for the smartphone and an easier way to get the music off during the speakers, but it all worked out in the end.
