16/10/2026: A fantastic evening at MellemRum – DiningWeek at its best! We had the pleasure of visiting MellemRum in connection with DiningWeek, and it was an experience that deserves the warmest recommendations. From the first moment there was a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and not least a waiter who made the evening very special. The menu was put together with great creativity and attention to detail. We started with pani puri with smoked crème fraîche and tapioca, followed by salted and smoked almonds and marinated olives with parsley and lemon. Small, delicate snacks that set expectations high. The starter with crab bisque on Danish shore crabs, served with cod foam, burnt leek oil and saltwort, was a real pleasure. An elegant dish with lots of flavour and fine nuances. The main course with tuna tartare, avocado cream, marinated apples and mild ginger sauce was fresh, well-balanced and really delicious. Both flavour and composition were thought out here. The main course with roast veal and tender veal breast, cauliflower puree, marinated cauliflower in tarragon and red wine sauce was a highlight. The meat was delicious, and the side dishes played beautifully with the sauce. A dish that was both refined and full of flavor. The dessert with crème brûlée, chocolate mousse and white chocolate was the perfect end to a lovely dinner. A sweet finale that put the finishing touch. But a fantastic restaurant experience is not just about the food. Our waiter also deserves special praise. The service was welcoming, attentive and professional, and we felt really welcome. It is clear when a waiter is passionate about his work and manages to make guests feel safe and comfortable. The good service lifted the whole experience and made the evening even more memorable. All in all, a wonderful DiningWeek experience with exciting gastronomy, beautiful flavor combinations and first-class service. MellemRum manages to create a dinner where both food and people are at the center. A restaurant we can highly recommend – and which we would love to visit again!

13/10/2026: Visited the restaurant in connection with Dinning Week. Actual menu! Really good and welcoming service. Good atmosphere in the restaurant. Definitely not the last time I come here!

14/09/2026: We had such a wonderful evening! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, especially the beef carpaccio and the tartare, which was freshly prepared at the table…among the best we’ve ever had. The mussels and chocolate mousse were also excellent. The service was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the warm, family-like atmosphere made the evening even more special. Highly recommended!

11/09/2026: Pizzas of a special class, characterized by a sure craftsmanship: crispy base, juicy filling and above all an excellent dough. The bread has so much flavor and character that even the last pieces of crust deserve to be enjoyed with good cheese and an extra glass of red wine. The warm and welcoming atmosphere in the small shop completes the experience.

07/08/2026: Had diner here on our Copenhagen city trip. Friendly place, nice staff. Not very touristy, more of a neighbourhood place. Good food in generous portions. Local beers, nice wine selection.

21/09/2026: We came here for dinner after CPH half marathon for our traditional post race dinner. Two of us had the hooked burger, two had the standard fish and chips. Also had mac and cheese croquettes and crispy prawns. The food was delicious and came out in timely manner, the staff were super friendly and efficient, the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend.

12/07/2026: A gem of a restaurant. The food was excellent - with the starters edging it in terms of creativity and taste (but the mains and seasonal dessert were also delicious). Great wine collection, and even better to have some candid views from the staff as to what wines will actually pair well with the dishes. Also accommodated our infant daughter and made her feel part of the experience. Highly deserving of Michelin recognition.

17/06/2026: What an amazing experience! Everything was perfect in Pondus. The food, the service and the atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. The food was next level - the hand chopped tartare with kimchi was a perfect combination and a one I will not forget. 5/5, I definitely recommend it.

12/08/2026: I ordered the smoothie bowl there, it was very tasty and healthy. And it was also quite cheap, so perfect for a German like me. 😂

09/10/2026: Nice place. There wasn't much atmosphere because we visited it just as Brunch was ending, but lunch hadn't started.

08/10/2026: We had lunch at Ferdinands. The food was really good but despite the fact that we were the only ones in the restaurant when we arrived, we waited a long time to be able to order. We waited a long time between the starter and the main course and we never got the chance to order dessert because we were not asked. It's a real shame that the service couldn't do better when the restaurant was so empty.
