27/03/2025: Generally good food for the price. However, you have to count on only having a table for a fairly short time at this place, even if you don't come during rush hour. The last time I tried to get a place to eat at this place, I was offered a table for approx. 45 min including time for ordering and including waiting time for food. This is way too short to avoid stressing about having to finish your food. Therefore, I would recommend finding another place

21/04/2025: Meget hyggeligt sted, med sød betjening og meget dejlig mad, bestemt ikke sidste gang vi kommer der så derfor de 5 stjerner

17/04/2025: Var på påskeophold i Århus og havde fået Pondus anbefalet af bekendte. En noget skuffende oplevelse. Fik en 3 retteres menu som er på menukortet som en at deres signatur retter. Må du sige at dette var ret skuffende. Små og meget enkle retter. Hovedret var et stykke kylling bryst samt en svampe sovs. Ingen tilbehør eller andet end et stykke brød som også skulle deles med forrettet. Citronkagen var ok og en dejlig afslutning. Samlede anbefaling - denne kan jeg ikke anbefale der er andre rigtig dejlige spisesteder i samme prisklasser hvor der er kæret mere om maden. Så en lidt øv oplevelse.

17/02/2025: Copenhagen's craft beer OG! This quiet, friendly spot surprised me with the news that it's apparently the oldest craft beer bar in Copenhagen – a true gem. Ølbaren boasts a delightful, dimly lit atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good brew. The handwritten beer list, which changes regularly, is a nice touch, though they also have some reliable staples. I loved the friendly vibe here; it felt like a true local's spot, and the patrons were welcoming. If you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere, great beer, and a bit of Copenhagen craft beer history, Ølbaren is a must-visit.

04/05/2025: Min veninde og jeg sad lørdag den 3.5.2025 og fik en drink og nød eftermiddagen. Da ejeren pludselig spurgte, om vi var ved at gå, fordi de skulle bruge bordet. Jeg var på toilettet og da dette skete, og ville nyde min drink færdig bagefter, da min veninde fortalte at den havde de taget ud. Det er sidste gang jeg besøger dette sted, jeg synes ejeren virker arrogant og mangler omsorg for gæsterne.

04/05/2025: Vi drak et par glas vin her en stille fredag aften med få gæster. Vi fik en god betjening, og stedet har et stort og godt udvalg af vin. Stedet er hyggeligt indrettet, og man sidder godt og komfortabelt.

10/05/2025: We visited the bar with decent expectations and found the ambiance lively, though quite loud—something to keep in mind depending on your mood or occasion. The cocktails were fine, but didn’t quite stand out in terms of flavor or creativity. We had a reservation for 21:00, but our table wasn’t ready upon arrival. Staff kindly offered us a complimentary first round as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated in the moment. However, when the bill came, the drinks were still charged. When we inquired about it, no one seemed to recall the offer, which made things awkward and left us with an unfortunate aftertaste—not from the drinks, but from the experience. We’re not the kind of guests to push for freebies, but when something is promised and then quietly disregarded, it reflects poorly on the service and leaves guests feeling undervalued. What could have been an average night out instead felt unnecessarily disappointing. Setting: 3.5/5 Drinks: 2.5/5 Service: 0/5

10/05/2025: Disappointing customer service. We had a reservation but still had to wait for the previous guests to leave our table. The waiter repeatedly told us to “wait a minute” and eventually offered the first round of drinks on the house as compensation. However, when it came time to pay, all the drinks were billed. When we mentioned the promised complimentary drinks, no one seemed to remember and the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. We weren’t trying to scam anyone, but it’s frustrating to be offered something as a gesture and then be charged for it, especially after already waiting for our reserved table. Poor communication and lack of accountability left a bad impression.

12/05/2025: Was by Florentz on a Sunday lunch, where there were quite a few people, without being full in any way. The food was good, but the service was really poor. It took over 25 minutes from the time we were seated until we ended up going up to the bar and asking to be allowed to order. The waiters who were working didn't look around at all when they left, or were too busy standing and talking about everything else in the bar. After the meal it was the same, and after half an hour we went up to the bar and asked to pay. There was not much of service. The waiters we spoke to were always smiling and nice, but just not that attentive. We got smørrebrød, which was definitely the highlight. Super good, big pieces of smørrebrød, at a reasonable price.

22/04/2025: This place is awesome- the coolest atmosphere and decor plus they have great food and loads of games to play while you stay!

20/04/2025: A proper place to come and hangout. And the story of "Peter Poison' is golden. If you are in the area, go visit.
