19/11/2024: Unfortunately, after many good evenings at this bar, a group of us were confronted for smoking indoors. Totally killed the vibe. Ashtrays all over the tables, and no sign indicating a cigar ban. Not to mention that there were only three or four other people in the bar, who had not raised any objections to our cigar smoking. We proceeded to put out the cigars and I started smoking my pipe, which is far more smokey - and stronger in smell - to which there were no objections. Strange. One star is awarded for the many cozy evenings I've had there smoking cigars and listening to jazz. The other is an optimistic star, for the many cozy evenings I hope to have there in the evening, with cigars of course. Unfortunately the current irrational prohibition on cigars limits the rating to two stars, and will make this bar my last choice until the ridiculous regulation is either explicitly stated, or lifted entirely.

19/11/2024: We had always gone there for a cold beer and a nice cigar but that is over now. We were told to put out our cigars even though the place allows smoking, and we were the only costumers except for two other people. The jazz nights are still good, but it's sad to see a historical pub lose its character.

16/09/2024: Cozy Cafe in Silkeborg with Sun outdoor seats outside the cafe with an awning in a pedestrianized environment centrally in the city center with beautiful decorative decorations. The interior of the cafe is modern art and good tables with chairs. Marble floor. The new red tables and chairs light up the pedestrian environment and extremely nice service. The newly renovated yellow house facade shows good color design in one of Silkeborg's beautiful streets. I ordered a Picasso burger. Very special made with crispy fries and steak prepared from Himmerland meat and exquisite ingredients, super quality.

20/09/2024: Very chill and cozy atmosphere for small group hangout. I tried their Royal Pilsner, Stonefence, and Sloejob, liked all of them! Awesome service too.

22/10/2024: Very cozy and typical Irish pub. Nice guy behind the bar and large selection of drinks at fair prices.

05/11/2024: The bar is run by some incredibly arrogant young people who refuse to communicate in any language other than English. Very boring experience for all of us who are immigrants and try to speak Danish

02/11/2024: A really cozy cafe with a good atmosphere and it was almost full when we arrived. Sweet and friendly service. There was a bit of a wait for the food, which is perfectly fair considering the many guests. The vegetable juice I got was good, but the burger - the topless chicken, was unfortunately disappointing, bland and somewhat tasteless. I regretted not ordering a salad, because the ones they were served at the next table looked quite delicious.

13/10/2024: Cafe with smørrebrød, shooting stars and good snacks. Super good interior. Good outside terrace. Central in Aalborg by a large square close to the pedestrian street. And a short way to Nytorv It was the 3rd time I visited the place from central Jutland.

24/08/2024: 24/8-2024. How lucky you are when it's the height of summer and the beach bar is still open for 2 more days. So cozy (have come here several times over the years). We shared a rye bread with avocado, peaches and burrata. delicious. Super sweet service. There is also coffee, smoothies, ice cream and much more. And of course the beach - magical. There are toilets and parking.

25/10/2024: Very nice place to eat and drink. Good beer and tasty food. We had the brewburger which was excellent. Nice atmosphere and excellent service.

29/07/2024: Spiste på Kronborg på en sommerdag i Juni. Vi sad udenfor og udsigten fantastisk. Endnu mere vigtigt, så var maden dejlig og friskt! Jeg fik selv kæmpe tartelet for at prøve det. Selv om den var kæmpe, så var det stadig med god smag og kvalitet.

03/09/2024: Vi er en 8-10 mennesker der kommer oppe fra en anden pub fordi de lukker tidligere. Betjeningen er vitkelig dårlig flere af os står meget længe og venter mens vi bliver sprunget over til fordel for andre som er kommet efter os selv om vi står og gør battendererne opmærksomme på at vi gerne vil købe noget. Vi bestiller drinks som bartenderen tydeligvis ikke har styr på at lave, og skal derfor venter ekstra længe da nummer 2 bartender ikke lige har tid til at hjælpe 2 sekunder. Drinksne er møg dyre, de kører ingen tilbud på fx breezer som normale pubs og bodegaer gør. Vi kom af med 95 kroner for en dobbelt vodka/redbull... Der ud over kom folk penge i jukeboksen men efter der var gået en time og ingen numre endnu var blevet spillet, blev bartenderne spurgt om hvorfor der var gået så længe for så mange havde der heller ikke være oppe og sætte musik på.. vi fik svaret at musikken jo kørte på ipadden og at man jo skulle komme i baren og ønske nummer for det vidste alle... Men når man ikke før har været på stedet så ved man ikke at der også er en ipad og ikke kun den åbenlyse jukeboks som sidder på vægen. Bartenderene prøvede at undskylde, og spurgte om de skulle slå om til jukeboksen, men dette dude sku ikke rigtigt. Der kom 1 sang fra jukeboksen og så blev der slået over på ipadden igen.... dette skete mange gange. Så må man som pub vælge 1 af tingene og ikke flere forskellige, og slet ikke uden at skilte med det... Vi brugte mange penge på den jukeboks uden at få mere end 4 numre spillet de 3 timer vi var der. Vi fik ingen penge tilbage ej heller de "gratis" numre vi blev lovet. Super dårlig service, møg dyre drikke vare og super dårlig oprydning. Vi var nød til selv flere gange at gå op med glas pg askebæger fordi de 2 bartender åbenbart ikke kunne finde ud af at rydde op.
