De bedste restauranter i Bornholm

22/07/2026: 142kr for 1 slice of bread with 3 small pieces of eel 🤦 same story with the salmon food totally overpriced. The fish fillet tasted like it had just come from the freezer. And its fries were not fried in the fryer. The 2 salmon burgers were very good but also a bit expensive. 178kr. In addition, 1 jug of ice water without ice and about 20 degrees warm with 5 hot glasses. I went up and exchanged this for ice water and 5 cold glasses 😊 All in all, many things could easily have been made better if only someone had bothered 🙏🏻

21/07/2026: Amazing experience! First of all, the food was delicious, we had the buffet and loved everything we tasted - in my opinion the most tasty smokehouse fish on Bornholm. After dinner we were curious about the preparation of the fish and asked a few questions, the daily manager (Matthias) then offered to show us the smokers/the ovens and gave us an exclusive and fascinating tour and account of the place, the craft and the history for almost half an hour 🤩 Truly incredible service 👏🏽

22/07/2026: It is located in a really nice and cozy place. But the owner is super arrogant. Unfortunately this ruins the experience. As it becomes clear that the place is only for the nice and those with a lot of money.

06/09/2025: Those were some of the best burgers I've ever eaten. And I used to work at an upscale burger joint myself. :-) The sliders, in particular, are highly (!) recommended! Definitely worth a visit.

06/09/2025: Super tasty burgers, highly recommended. We had Brioche Sliders, which are 3 different smaller burgers. Each one has its own little taste experience. Well above the usual standard. And the local beer went very well with it too. If you're in Sandvig and you're hungry, don't miss this.

10/08/2025: Sitting on the terrace on a sunny day and having lunch with a view of the cliffs, beach and sea can really do something, if the white wine had been just a tad colder it would have been perfect.

08/08/2025: A year ago we had a really delicious lunch and that's why we were looking forward to having lunch again. Unfortunately we were disappointed because: the young girls who served forgot to wipe the table and there were sand and crumbs on the table. A long time after our food was served the bread and butter came. 2 of us got cabbage for 135,- which was soggy and had no taste at all. The 2 who got chicken salad for 145,- were satisfied but were far from full. No waiters checked on us and we had to go in and ask for the bill ourselves where all the waiters were gathered. The view is of course top notch.

02/04/2026: Fantastic place. Great staff, passionate people who run one of those places that create wonderful activities for children and young people in the area all year round. Good playground with good acoustics.

02/07/2026: VERY good Tom Yum soup. Just like in Thailand. Nice big portion. Lady working there is so sweet. Bit expensive but worth the price!

06/05/2026: Absolutely amazing! I had the big box for 99 DKK, so I could choose two dishes, I had no. 1 and no. 4. They both were extremely delicious. This was by far one of the best Thai take-away I had in Europe. The place looks a bit shabby but the food is excellent. Do plan on taking away and eat at home or somewhere nearby with ocean view. For me: 6 out of 5.

17/08/2026: The food was good, and considering it was a relatively large veal schnitzel and we were on an island, the price was reasonable. The decor is simple and rustic, but clean. All in all, it was okay, and there's nothing to complain about. My wife and mother-in-law, however, would have preferred pork or turkey schnitzel, which could probably be offered at a significantly lower price.

11/08/2026: That even though you tell them you've had gastric bypass surgery, you're not allowed to share a main course because the owner thinks it's only food for 1 person, and that's not how we do it on Bornholm. Well, then you'll lose me and my friends as customers. Not recommended!

11/09/2025: Very good cheeses and animal husbandry just as you'd wish. But where will that lead with prices of up to 520 DKK (approx. €70) per kilo?

25/07/2026: Charged €10 VAT on top of prices on menu and a further 10€ for two large glasses of unbottled water. A first in honest Denmark.

23/07/2026: We visited Gustav on a busy evening, and unfortunately their relay went out during the thunderstorm, that's what can happen, but we felt so downgraded when the neighboring table that came 20 minutes after us was offered coffee to make up for the wait, we were sitting right next to it and had waited an hour for our food (the power was out for 20 minutes so not only that) we didn't even get an apology, not a place we'll come back to, the food was otherwise good when it came

03/07/2026: Super cozy café by the harbor in Nexø. Nice to have the opportunity to sit outside when the weather is nice. The service is super good and the coffee is nice.

09/08/2026: Our family ordered three pizzas. Unfortunately, our order was initially forgotten, so we had to wait an hour and inquire about it when all the other tables had already received their food. After that, things moved quickly, but it was a bit inconvenient with small children. The pizza was delicious, but not cheap (95 and 135 DKK each).

06/08/2026: The entire experience was outstanding! The people working there are incredibly helpful and the pizza is the best I've had in Denmark. Hated posting this because now our little piece of heaven might get more people and it will be harder to get a table.
