De bedste restauranter i Bornholm

11/08/2024: Vi ankom kl 18 til restauranten der næsten ligger i vandkanten - sikke en udsigt. Vi blev modtaget af venligt og imødekommende personale, der hurtigt ledsagede os til vores bord. Vi blev præsenteret for 15 retter koncentreret omkring fisk og skaldyr - alt fremstod smukt anrettet og var yderst velsmagende og ledsaget af vin der var smukt parret. Restauranten fremstod nydelig og toiletterne var rene og pæne. Personalet præsenterede de enkelte retter kyndigt og perfekt og var yderst velvillige til at uddybe og svare på spørgsmål. En rigtig dejlig oplevelse, vi kommer gerne igen.

22/07/2024: A unique place for a special birthday. Everything was perfect. Extremely delicate cuisine, a relaxed and ultra-professional welcome, and of course a magical setting. We loved it.

24/11/2024: Super experience, good service, good atmosphere. From the moment we walked in the door until we left the restaurant, we felt extremely welcome. Definitely a place we come back to again and again.

10/05/2025: Vores nr. 1 fiske buffet på Bornholm. Der er mange om buddet, men Nord Bornholms fiskerøgeri tager 1. Pladsen. De har det største og lækreste udvalg af fisk, skaldyr og røgvarer og uanset hvilke humør man kommer med er der altid godt når man går derfra. God Atmosfære, venlig og smilende betjening.

10/05/2025: Bornholm er siges i samme sætning som røget fisk. Vi valgte at spise frokost her, og det kommer vi ikke til at gøre igen. Vi købte ikke buffet´en, men valgte a la carte. Fiskedelle med k.salat og TILKØBTE 1 skive rugbrød for 8,-?? Og et stjerneskud. Hvis man er til store mængder, er det fint. Men det er nærmest frastødende. K.salat er hevet direkte op ad en spand og drysset med lidt grønt. En dejlig kemisk smag af tilsætning og smagsforstærkere, dejligt og kvalitet ;o( Frikadellerne er smidt direkte ned i den gyldne brønd, og konsistensen var direkte modbydelig, føj Stjernskuddet var en halvsløj, blød fiskefilet, og det som bør være pocheret, var en rulle ubestemmelig, pislunken, tør hvis fisk, uden noget smag, struktur eller identitet. Brødet var noget afskyeligt hvidt pulverbrød, jeg ikke ville fodre måger med, yaks Don´t worry øllerne var som forventet. Det er virkelig trist, at det er blevet SÅ gennemført ringe, når der med en lille indsats, lidt kreativitet og noget viden om gastronomi, kunne skabes et fantastisk miljø. Vi ses ikke igen

24/04/2025: Cozy place and really really good food. Is a sought-after place so there may be times when it is fully booked.. Definitely worth a visit..

17/04/2025: Dinner for three after an active day. A real fastfood restaurant with food coming quick, both takeaway and seating. A lot of local guests here, maybe because of a good location in Rønne. The food is average at best. I had a sirloin steak with fries and salad. The steak was very tender but more than medium rear, and a lot of salt on top. A lot of fries straight from the freezer. I didn’t expect anything else so that was fine. Salad was the same as used in burgers, nothing different. The burger was nothing special and the durum roll was also very ordinary. Parking can be difficult in this area. We found a spot along the road. Pricing is fair for what you get. It is a fastfood restaurant and that is what you get. Food made fast.

20/04/2025: Picture a quaint fisherman's cottage by a picturesque harbour, some rustic furniture, low ceilings and wooden beams adorned with wine bottle openers of all shapes and sizes and intimate candlelit tables and you have arrived at Provianten. There is no hand out menucard, all dishes are handwritten on a solitary chalkboard at the entrance to the salon. There are 5-6 Snacks (we chose to have these as starters and it was ample) three appetizers, three mains, one dessert and one cheese course The wines were on display in an alcove, there are two prices, one for takeaway and one for the pleasure of consumption at Provianten. We were 7 people in total and chose almost everything on the menu and it was all scrumptious. Rustic Pork rillette with pickles, blue cheese with raisins, potato cream with truffle sausage followed by a hearty Boeuf Bourguinon, braised Pork breast and Panfried Aubergine with capers and fennel. If ever i saw an artisan wine selection then this was it. After recommendation from the owner, we chose Cremant, in the form of Blanquette de Limoux Monsieur S, this proved to be an excellent accompanyment to our array of snacks. We stayed with white grapes for the mains and chose D’Anjou Bannesy dels Clot Escounils an “assemblage” of Grenache grapes from the Roussilon region of southern France-18 months in oak barrels, a wine perfect in body to compliment the braised pork and Bourguinon. It was a saturday evening and Provianten was full with around 30 guests of all generations. We thouroghly enjoyed our visit to this unique fishermans brasserie by the quay.

22/08/2024: Aug 2024. We met their little cart at Wonderfestiwall and had to go down to Vang for lunch. Such a great place with delicious sandwiches and airfry fries. Good coffee, wonderful location, lovely young people who just make us want to try everything. Primarily seats outside - very small inside. They seem to close for the season at the end of August.

21/04/2025: Unbelievably high level of service! Friendly service, welcome with open arms, they are ready to help! Especially the young guy who took our orders. He even mixed the café's signature blend of bottled beer, although it was normally only available on tap in the summer.

21/09/2024: Top class food. I chose sun over Gudhjem and an old cheese. Both parts were right in the eye. Especially the cheese dish with rum was perfect. Red onion, cloud, seasoning fat and perfectly aged cheese.

20/09/2024: Having a bit of a hard time - there aren't enough stars 😀 Lovely lunch with plenty of good quality food. Have also been to the patisserie and equally successful. Hope new owners can follow up.

17/04/2025: Very nice and cozy hotel that offers different things. You can use the sauna, play games, sit out in the sun with a glass of wine, play chess, eat, do yoga, borrow bikes. Good breakfast too, albeit small. There is actually nothing to complain about.

15/05/2025: So, it may be that I don't know much about food in general. However, what I had there today was indescribable. I've honestly rarely eaten so well. We opted for the two-course dish of the day. It wasn't just amazing, it was AWESOME!!!! Everything was, honestly, really great, too. The price for two lead-free beers, a large bottle of water, a glass of red house wine, and Aperol with the dish of the day, I still can't believe it, was so cool, €140. Honestly, it wouldn't be any cheaper in Germany. So!!!!! Come there, go in, enjoy what's served there. EVERYONE is super nice, super attentive, super great, and just enjoy yourself.
