27/09/2024: Horrible experience, i saw a guy behind the counter, he dropped the food on floor and put it back to the plate and served. When i told them that they started to talk aggressively and denied it. VERY UNHEALTHY.
01/09/2024: Worst service ever. We wait in line for a long time only to be told we can no longer have brunch. It is absolutely nowhere on the board when their brunch ends, so I say to the guy with the mustache, who is also standing and pissed off that it is busy, that he could have just said it before we waited. After that, I get yelled at in the back of my neck and we go out. WORST EXPERIENCE

06/10/2024: Disappointing Experience at Rossopomodoro
I had a terrible experience at Rosso Pomodoro. After waiting for 40 minutes for our food, we politely asked the waitress how much longer it would take as we had a commitment afterwards. Instead of providing a helpful response, both the waitress and the restaurant manager were extremely rude and dismissive, practically kicking us out of the restaurant. We ended up leaving without eating anything.
The lack of professionalism and the way we were treated was shocking. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

De kommer og tar bestilling på mat og drikke. Drikken kommer når de henter tomme tallerkner fra forretten....

01/11/2024: The Scandic Palace Hotel in Denmark is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a strategic location. Situated near the bustling Long Street market, you'll have easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and local food options. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city and beyond.
23/10/2024: The rooms are very small, and in the bathroom especially you can hardly move without bumping into something. Also the shower sprays everywhere ... by the time you finished all is drenched.
Most annoying are the townhall bells that ring every 15' and a lengthy bang the drums every hour until midnight ... which you can hear literally everywhere in the hotel ... there is no hiding!

When you ask the waiter if they don't get paid, he was offended.

30/10/2024: Seasonal cocktails for 115 kr., crafted by the brilliant in-house bartenders, and the service is still spot on! They also make the classics (as seen on the photo) but their Velvetino is soooo good. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a photo of it

Unfortunately, the portion at DKK 175 is priced too high. Tasted great, but left more hungry than full.

19/08/2024: The terraces and windows faced in various directions, so even though it was cloudy, I was able to see a great view. The staff is friendly and the prices aren't bad. There was a set menu (85dkk) with a choice of hot drink and today's cake, and I enjoyed it. Great museum! Great cafe!

20/10/2024: I ordered a simple pizza margarita, which after 45min I hadn't received. We reminded the waiters who apologized and said that it was now on its way. After another 20min, when we asked, they told me that it had been forgotten and would only be started now. How does a restaurant forget an order twice?!?
I cancelled my order then. As a silver lining, they offered me the pizza for free to go, but instead of a pizza evening with friends I got cold pizza at home. Disappointing.
09/10/2024: Nice place, it’s perfect to enjoy a amazing time and having delicious pizzas. Good balance between price and quality. In my case, I spent for one pizza+2 beers= 250DKK/34EUR
