11/04/2026: I don't know why it has so many negative reviews, it's not bad at all! And the service was good.

20/02/2026: I tried shisha for the first time in my life and was immediately put off. I really didn't like the taste. I don't know if it was due to the poor quality or the flavor itself. The place raises some questions. Especially regarding cleanliness; the ceiling is covered in nicotine residue. The tables haven't been wiped down. The owner was very friendly and approachable.

18/04/2026: The portions are generally quite small. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently full from the pizza. I emphasize this because the price-to-quality ratio is declining. The service, however, is poor. You're forgotten, rushed, and, due to the high volume of customers and the resulting stress, treated rudely. The atmosphere and ambiance in Nyhavn speak for themselves. Very picturesque, and the restaurant itself resembles a fishing village. Next time, I'll choose a less touristy restaurant run by locals.

18/04/2026: Location is ideal between the famous coloured row houses of Nyhavn. Our pizza was quite dry they didn't give anything to make it better. Servers were not interested , my burger was strangely very well made. I think one should order the open sandwich plate. Looked good. It's ver cozy to sit near the fireplace.

06/02/2025: Then we also got to try it. Umut had borrowed the restaurant for 2 weeks as a pop up event. The idea is nice enough, and Umut was also quite entertaining and came down and chatted at the tables 😊. The place from the outside looks really cozy, nice view over the rampart. The food, on the other hand, was not something I was very impressed with for the price, the starter was ok but lukewarm 👎 the wine menu was poured into the same glass, there is apparently no such thing as a red wine and white wine glass 👎 strange. There was no salt and pepper on the table either, we had to ask for that, not ok either. The fried pork with parsley sauce and potatoes was again only ok, but then nothing more, it has tasted better in many other places. Our dessert tasted good, maybe in fact the best of the whole evening 🙈 as an overall impression I would say it's worth a try, but it's not something I can recommend at the price, which was perhaps a bit too much Umut, and which has certainly also lured many people in, simply because he was there and cooked some food, since his heyday at the gold inn 😊

31/01/2025: Hyggeligt sted, og hyggelig atmosfære - det skal siges! Jeg synes ikke maden var til den relativt høje pris. Når maven rumler efterfølgende er der ikke nok på tallerkener, det giver vidt sig selv også selvom man ikke skal trille derfra. Og når maden er velsmagende, men heller ikke “Wauw”, og man lidt føler at det er noget man selv kunne lave på en god lørdag aften, så er der ikke sammenhæng. Derfor 2 stjerner.

06/05/2025: It is a wonderful local bakery that has belonged to the same family for over three generations! We got cakes from this bakery and they were delicious and fresh! The lady who served us is the daughter of the owners, and she was very sweet and helpful in describing the cakes to us in English. I recommend this local bakery 👍

13/09/2025: For the very steep prices of this restaurant, you get to little food. If I pay 25€ for food, I expect to at least not be hungry after eating. Sadly the food also wasnt very good. The servers were very nice.

24/11/2025: I ducked in here this morning because it just looked welcoming (and the sleet was getting in my eyes). What a great chance encounter! Awesome flat white, super friendly staff and that bun….!! I may bring my work back here later.

21/11/2025: We came in and sat down, and went up and ordered, AFTER we ordered, a completely disrespectful young lady who worked there came and said we couldn't sit down, but we had ordered, so we were welcome to. The coffee was very bitter and overall a very bad experience with service and food, but it's an okay nice and cozy place to be, but just make sure it's VERY obvious that you've bought something, otherwise you'll get some very disrespectful behavior from the employees.

09/08/2025: Very nice bar, you can even drink cider there 😊 very good by the way. Very pleasant staff. Different kinds of beers.

26/07/2025: Super nice place to smash some small darts Me and Kenneth Hansen fought hard to win but it ended up being a draw in the end because we both just couldn't hit the board We went way over time but the bar lady didn't really care which suited us just fine as we had some chill and calm games Kenneth ended up hitting me with the dart several times both in the head and back But he got so damn drunk that I punished him when he was unconscious in our little bedroom we shared hehehe

19/10/2025: Lagkagehuset is a great spot for coffee and pastries in Copenhagen. The coffee is good, and the pastries are fresh and delicious! A bit pricey and can get busy, but overall a solid 4/5 for the pastries. 🥐☕

08/05/2025: Experience here today - 8/5-2025 at 1:15 p.m My colleague and I unfortunately had a really bad experience in your store today. Usually we are greeted by smiling and welcoming employees, but this time it was a completely different experience. The clerk who served us was rude and completely lacking in customer service. The cake was almost thrown over the counter and the box was full of cake scraps, making it impossible to carry without a bag. When we therefore bought a bag, it was delivered to us - but the cakes were not put in it. Again, it was clear that the clerk did not want to provide friendly or helpful service. We were really saddened by the experience, especially because we usually only meet friendly and helpful employees at your place. We hope that this can be addressed internally so that other customers do not receive the same treatment.

01/03/2026: I booked a table from 12 to 5:30 today. On my way to the restaurant – after fasting all day – I receive an email saying that my reservation has failed. When I call to get an explanation, I am told that the table has been cancelled because I should not have picked up the phone when you supposedly called to inquire about our food choices. This simply does not fit – I have not received any call from you. Since you also ask for my name, it seems like an excuse rather than a real reason. I booked well in advance, and it is unacceptable to have your reservation cancelled like that – especially so late and without proper documentation. It is a very disappointing experience and shows poor service and a lack of responsibility.
