19/11/2025: I've had the best experience at this bar. Came in a little too drunk the first time but have always been greeted with openness, kindness and understanding. Bartenders Magnus and Paprika have especially treated me so well. Finally came in and said hello :)

06/11/2025: Fun place to take a drink, good bar tender, awesome vibe if you just want to take something and have fun.

14/12/2025: Forgot my cap after visiting. Picked it up the next day. Professional service, despite being busy. Great food 😀

14/12/2025: I have booked a table on 4/11 for 13 people, this can only be done by phone due to the number of people. Arrived at the agreed time on 13/12 at 7 pm, to find out that they were expecting me the day before, and that there was therefore no table and no room for 13 people. Everything is abandoned, mistakes can happen... but the appearance of superior behavior to meet me and their misunderstanding/forgetfulness was definitely not okay. Just stand 13 people on a Saturday in December and find another place to eat....It was actually a bad experience from a place we have been to several times.

21/08/2025: Good place to stay, we were a group of thirty people coming out of nowhere and there was enough space for all of us. Good variety of drinks and affordable prices

26/12/2025: It shouldn't take an hour to get a bad burger. Gasolin has clearly sold out completely and the quality is totally unacceptable. The interior is simply downright depressing

20/12/2025: Ordered a classic burger alone without fries or drink, waited 32 minutes and still had not gotten it, asked for a refund and left

22/01/2025: The food was delicious. The menu includes a fantastic tuna appetizer. The rib-eye steak was excellent. The dessert was okay. The service was very good. Excellent wine recommended.

08/06/2025: The food was excellent – not quite five stars, as the selection is limited and prices are on the higher side. Service and atmosphere were both great. Just be aware that the seating is very tight – but that also adds to the cosy charm of the place.

22/02/2025: I probably had the best Crispy Chicken Burger ever in here! Super delicious, fresh, flavorful and crispy!☺️ they also showed the football I wanted to see, and the atmosphere was just great, and the same can be said about the service!☺️ I've also been here for brunch, and it was also really delicious! JOHN'S is definitely recommended!😊

14/02/2025: Hidden gem. Excellent brunch. Now I could never think of taking pictures of food, but if I had to, it would be their brunch. It's not cheap, but good quality and nice surroundings, even if you sit a little close.

13/08/2025: me and my boyfriend chose to eat there because we were really hungry and hadn't eaten much we chose to buy the spicy chicken crispy but it ended up giving us an upset stomach for two days compared to also it wasn't a really good place to go and eat

01/10/2025: A wonderful cafe and shop staffed by young and incredibly friendly people. Greetings to the friendly waitress, whom we invited for coffee in Germany. Delicious pastries and coffee. You can sit inside or on the street. A fantastic place. We'll be back soon. See you soon. 🙋‍♀️🙋

20/08/2025: A lovely little courtyard that keeps out the traffic noise. The barista was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable.

30/07/2025: Opening hours are wrong on Google maps and their website. We are standing outside and it is closed at 16:24, and no information about when they are open or if they are on holiday. A bit of bad style I would say.

25/07/2025: Not as advertised, just sells ice cream, there is no hot food served here. Dont waste your time going here for the advertised hot food.

20/09/2025: Ordered a durum with kebab and a small french fries. It wasn't the biggest durum but for 55kr it was really nice and tasted really good. The french fries were super crispy and you got a lot for 35kr. Will definitely buy there again. -The redhead on 1 wheel.

12/09/2025: I ordered fries and they were the best ever, insanely crispy and a small tray of fries is completely filling.

19/09/2025: Usually, the staff are really nice to me, but this wasn’t the first time that one of the guys served me with an attitude. I wanted to grab a pastry from the bakery section and was curious about one of them. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Danish, so I didn’t know what kind of filling the pastry had, and I also wanted to know if it was very sweet or not. Instead of a helpful answer, I got a reply with attitude. He corrected me (of course, on how to pronounce the pastry name) and said, “Yeees, it’s sweet, because it’s a pastry…” Excuse me, but if you want to sell your products to someone who is simply trying to learn about them, that’s not the way to respond. I just wanted to know if I would actually like it. Usually, it’s a nice place, but I know that if this guy is working the next time, I won’t go inside — because he ruins my mood instead of improving it. That’s really sad. This also wasn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with him. Whenever I order something from him, his attitude makes the service really unpleasant.

19/09/2025: Very cozy cafe with sweet staff and nice decor <3

29/11/2025: Came here for lunch, waited to be seated, nobody acknowledged me. I hung my jacket and seated myself. One employee ended her conversation with her friend, and proceeded to clean tables, ignoring me. Another employee came in after speaking with friends on the sidewalk. She also did not acknowledge me. No menu, no attempt to engage or offer service. After 10 awkward minutes waiting, I retrieved my coat and left. Unfortunate experience on my first visit here to Denmark.

24/11/2025: boring food that looks great on instagram, the hollandaise on the eggs had literally no taste. the rösti tasted mostly of oil and no spice. And they gave us dessert before we had our food. and completely overrun with families with children, so it's not cozy for the rest of us. and the coffee was nice but quite small for the price.

20/12/2025: Nice café with good vibes, but a few details spoiled the experience. The cutlery wasn’t 100% clean, which is something I really don’t expect at this price level. Also, the menu said “waffle” — not half a waffle. For what you pay, getting only half feels a bit misleading. The butter was definitely not spreadable. Trying to butter the bread turned it into a small battlefield🤣 One more thing: the hanging decorations are fine unless you’re taller than about 195 cm. In that case, they are basically face-level obstacles. Overall, the food was okay and the place has charm, but the details matter. That’s why it’s a solid 3 stars, not more, not less.

07/12/2025: Poor porridge! We paid 240kr for two congee. There was almost no chicken, half of the topping was just coriander and spring onions😡 the porridge was watery and slimy and had no taste. The small amount of chicken that was there tasted good, but NOT worth it…
