01/09/2026: Worst experience I've ever had The man burned our pizza and got mad at us for it. He was completely uncommunicative and said sorry we waited half an hour for a pizza

24/08/2026: Ordered a falafel durum and had half a falafel in it. When I mentioned it he told me you pay 65, but what ?? put 2 falafels at least for that price and not half of one…

03/05/2026: Got the wrong order delivered. Called down and was told: “What are we going to do about it?” Offered to come down and pick up the item I had ordered (and have a receipt for), but there was no interest as that would mean Punto would have to deliver food that they didn't get paid for. Fantastic customer service. But then just don't shop there again - so kudos to Punto for actively discriminating against customers.

13/09/2026: Quite low value for the price of the food. We should have consulted Google reviews before dining here. My wife, mussels enthusiast and native Dane, specifically asked about the quality and size of the steamed mussels and was assured that they were of ample size to find that they were the smallest and worst she has has while in Copenhagen. The burger I had was also subpar. Avoid this place there are many alternatives.

19/09/2026: Very disappointing. Arrived at 3pm Friday when they should open lights off but door open when we asked if they are open they said no and come back later. Wouldn’t even allow us to wait inside before the kitchen was open despite the poor weather outside. We decided to go elsewhere where the welcome was more friendly.

01/07/2026: Great place. We had the jalapeño steak burger. It was amazing. And also the garlic dip to it. Service very attentive and nice. Location obviously also great.

08/05/2026: The food in the outdoor booth was really good. It was cheap but at the same time good, it's easy to walk by and take it with you as you get it in to go boxes. I don't know what the inside is like but probably just as good. Very good food for such a cheap amount. Recommend to everyone I know because they were really 5/5!!

30/08/2026: The food was standard for McDonald's. Service was very slow and the seating area was dirty, the floor hadn't been cleaned and was very sticky and the bins were overflowing.

01/09/2026: ​Very disappointing place. The party was advertised as a men-only fetish event, but the door policy made no sense. Men had to answer annoying test questions just to get in, while women were let inside with no questions asked. ​The staff at the door were rude, acting like they are above everyone else and behaving unprofessionally. It’s also unfair that people who bought tickets in advance get rejected at the door with no refund. On top of that, bringing political agendas into the entrance makes people feel unwelcome instead of creating a safe and fun party. ​Real fetish clubs in Berlin and Madrid know how to respect people. A real safe space means clear rules and good vibes inside, not rude games at the door. Save your money and go somewhere else

30/08/2026: I went to this club for Whipped x Eros Haven party. First it was not a Mens only party although the ads said it should be. 2nd, I didn't feel safe coming to this party at all. The host was wearing a Kaffeah and 2 huge Palestinian Flags at the entrance. That was not a friendly welcome for 2 gay Israeli couples that want to enjoy a gay party at Copenhagen. I wish the organisers took off political agendas aside and respect all people. When i told the reception i want a refund and i don't feel safe they said that this is my own problem.

26/09/2026: Tourist trap Exorbitant prices for frozen food Luckily the waitress (an Iranian woman) was lovely The view redeems it somewhat, but that's the only good thing about this restaurant

03/09/2026: The food was really good and the service was very quick and efficient, I took off one star because it was a little bit expensive.

09/08/2026: Lasagna soup and what looks like frozen pizza from Lidl. Stay away.

20/04/2026: Always fantastically delicious pizza baked in a stone oven and sourdough. Never had any problems there. Flavorful pizzas and sandwiches👍🏻👍🏻

13/08/2026: The food was very good for the price, with a large selection of salads. The vegetarian options should have been clearly marked. Otherwise: a very good eggplant sauce and a delicious tabbouleh.

07/06/2026: What happened to YOBURGER? The quality has dropped drastically French fries replaced, no longer wave Chicken tenders are no longer a piece of chicken, now blended chicken mass (like a nugget) Burger has shrunk too. Used to be the best in town, a shame

02/04/2026: Extremely bad experience. I could make a better burger at home, and the portion was way too small for the price. I got about 5 fries, what a joke. Not recommended🤢
