02/10/2025: Very disappointed during our current stay We are currently at the hotel and, unfortunately, our experience has been very negative. Upon check-in, we were given a room inferior to the one we booked and paid for six months ago. The excuse was that "the supplier" confirmed a different room category, and since then they have only been blaming each other without offering any real solution. The only option they gave us was to pay more for a superior room, instead of honoring our original reservation. We felt no empathy or interest in compensating for the problem, especially on a special date like our anniversary. It is very frustrating to see that the only thing the supervisor seems to care about is making more profit, without worrying about customer satisfaction. A huge disappointment, especially after the good experience we had on our first visit.

30/09/2025: Good location. Close to the metro, for easy access to the airport and city centre.

02/01/2026: The food tasted great, but unfortunately we didn't get everything we ordered. When we called and asked if they could either give us a refund or bring us what we were missing, we were told by the café that it was not possible to get a refund, but that they would bring us what we were missing... unfortunately they never came, which was a huge shame for the experience, since the food was otherwise good.

17/10/2025: I stayed at this hotel this past August when visiting Copenhagen. I was extraordinarily pleased! The room was a bit small, but since I was by myself, this didn't affect me too much. The rain shower was really nifty, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding- there were tons of options to choose from. I really made sure to load up on food at this time, haha! The location was unbeatable- Tivoli, the train station and nightlife locations all were a short walk from the hotel. I will certainly consider staying here again when I visit Copenhagen next.

13/03/2026: Absolutely amazing place. The staff were super nice, helpful and genuine (which can be hard to find these days). The food was Korean and tasted like it, while also being amazing. We feel very lucky to live close by - thank you very much.

18/08/2025: Visitamos aquí dos veces en nuestro viaje a Copenhague, nos sentamos afuera en una carretera muy transitada y vimos el mundo pasar. Entras a la orden y el personal siempre fue amable y rápido. Solo visitamos en una tarde, así que era bastante tranquilo, pero recomendaría.

08/07/2025: Me llamaron mientras paseaba por Copenhague. Un hermoso día caluroso y soleado y nos sentamos afuera a tomar algo. La otra mitad entró, pidió bebidas (creo que como es un pub escocés, asumimos que uno entra y pide), pedimos una pinta de IPA y un jugo de naranja natural. Las bebidas salieron en cuestión de segundos y nos sentamos a observar el mundo pasar (¡y algunos personajes!) por un rato. Excelente ubicación. Buen servicio. Costo total £ 12 . 16

28/12/2025: A very quiet place with delicious food. We ordered a set menu, which is quite filling if you're hungry. Perhaps the worst dish was the main course, which was roast chicken, but the starters were good.

22/11/2025: Came in there wanting to have a beer. There were plenty of empty chairs and tables but the waiter said there was no room. Very strange and really bad.

01/01/2026: We had dinner at this pub on our last night in Copenhagen. The burgers were excellent, and everything else was excellent. The waitress was super friendly and smiling (a rarity in this city). Prices were a bit high, but the atmosphere was pleasant. The service was quick and friendly.

14/12/2025: There were two of us for dinner on a Saturday night. The place was less crowded than advertised, but we found a table right away. The service was excellent, except for a moment of confusion over who had ordered a Coke. I recommended the garage burger, which was actually very good. The fried chicken nuggets were also good, pleasantly crispy and not greasy. They also have very good sweet potatoes and potatoes with spices (like curry or something else) that were equally good. Probably way out of budget compared to other European capitals, but still average for "non-local" food.

17/10/2025: Nice bar with good beer and atmosphere. Nice garden with grills that make it pleasant. Mixed types of people of all ages, friendly atmosphere, good service.

21/10/2025: 100% vegan I'm vegan for 10 years now and this is the best vegan restaurant I've ever been at! You really should book a place in advanced because they are always full 😍

19/10/2025: Anyone who would sit down at the table and eat blindly would not notice that there is no meat on the plate - very tasty cuisine - friendly service
