13/12/2025: We have just held our company Christmas party at Mela. We were very satisfied, the food and service were really good. We have eaten anti-pasti, pizza and desserts. We have tried many dishes from the menu. The pizza was exactly as it should be: lovely fluffy dough and very tasty topping. We have tried several pizzas and all were really good, especially the Tartuffo pizza was popular with our employees. The dessert was simply perfect. The staff was very friendly and service minded. We will definitely come back.

11/11/2025: Unfortunately a bad experience. The menu we chose was not in line with the price. The steak that was the main course was far too bloody and was served without any accompaniments. Probably won't be our first choice next time.

11/11/2025: After the mood of the letter, we just wanted something to eat. And then we celebrated with some delicious and authentic Italian food. The interior made us a little skeptical, because it signaled a different time, but candles and delicious food made us positively surprised. Can definitely be recommended if you are into quality and high service.

11/12/2025: Warm and delicious folded pizza. Went during opening, there were several choices. Love the rustic and cosy feel of the shop and friendly service.

09/11/2025: Food was really average. Waiting time (for a cup of coffee and a piece of cheesecake) exceeded 20 mins. Tips are included by default and you have to unselect them.

08/11/2025: It was fast and delicious, the employees were friendly and sincere🙏🏻 Since I went at opening time, I was the second in line and did not wait long.

16/12/2025: Permanently closed, yet still offering online ordering and delivery. Unprofessional.

23/11/2025: The food tasted good, but it was expensive. The flatbread was well handmade, the spices gave a lot of flavor and the owner was polite to explain to me their ingredients and procedures. Big plus that it is a Greek who makes the food. However, I will say that the prices were more expensive compared to other Gyros places I have tasted in Copenhagen, which have also received the same rating.

23/12/2025: We walked in and the place looked really nice, but it took them five minutes to actually talk to us and tell us to order at the counter and sit wherever we wanted. The only problem was that at around 2 PM there was no food left, but we only discovered this after trying to order two or three dishes. The four people at the counter didn't even look at us, and we were standing 2 meters away from them... really unkind people. We left!

21/09/2025: We had bought a 4-course menu via Early Bird, but from the start the experience was a disappointment. The first serving was not at all the dish we had bought in advance – with no explanation other than that “the menu had changed” after we had to ask ourselves why we got something different. This is in itself unprofessional when you, as a guest, have ordered something specific. Unfortunately, the service experience was no better. We were not asked once if we wanted water – we had to ask for it ourselves, and only after about 20 minutes of waiting did it come to the table. We also ordered drinks, but it took half an hour before we got them. We managed to eat the entire first course without anything to drink at all. At the third serving they had forgotten to give us potatoes. The side dishes were simply forgotten and only came when we were already halfway done. Of course, they should have been served together. During the entire visit (2 hours) we had only had one drink, because no one at any point came by to ask if we wanted to order more. Overall a really bad experience: lack of overview, long wait for drinks and no attention to the guests. We left very disappointed

16/09/2025: Wonderful family atmosphere and delicious cuisine. Unsurpassed fish dishes. Service at the highest level. Thank you for the pleasant time spent in your restaurant, I advise all guests and residents of Copenhagen to visit.

15/12/2025: Absolutely terrible service from a rude owner/server. Similar to other reviews, I was dumbfounded when I was told that the server will take order after 20 minutes without ANY explanation. At the time, more than half of the tables were empty. The server did not even bother to explain why and had grumpy attitude while taking orders and serving my food. Food was good (good bulgogi, but subpar kimchi stew). However, you can get better Korean food at Ouri with much better service.

13/12/2025: Our favourite local spot! The service is so genuine, the wine is great and the vibe is exactly what you want from a local neighborhood spot. Down to earth, authentic and the place you end up spending more time than you initially planned for. Copenhagens best kept secret 🤫
