15/10/2025: Rooms were pretty comfy, the staff were always very kind and helpful, but what i lived was the big communal area where we played billiards and also great connectivity!

14/10/2025: Our stay in “Urban Camper Hostel & Bar” was great! Tents were really cute and comfy and the temperature permits you to sleep only with a t-shirt. We were a group of friends in a tent of 4 and there was space enough in the lockers to put all our things. The common bathroom is very clean and the staff is gentle and disposable. We really appreciated that. We also took advantage of their breakfast (it’s around €9,00 a day, but in a city like Copenhagen it’s more cheaper than what you think! And it was really good.) Another point in favor is the fact that the metro line is just a 5 minutes-walk away from the hostel and there’s a small spot just outside full of food trucks. I fondly recommend it for your stay in Copenhagen!!

20/09/2025: The starter was cold nachos with guacamole and salsa. The dip was nice but maybe you expected the nachos to be lukewarm? The main course was 3 flatbreads with meat/potatoes/chicken. And garnish on top. It was heated up, but not properly so it was also stewed when you got the plate. The chicken cubes were dry, and none of it seemed particularly fresh.

16/09/2025: One of my favorite places when I invite clients or colleagues out for dinner. Italian non-heavy food, typically five different dishes. Really good service. Scores 5 on food, but the tuna was a bit salty this time.

04/09/2025: Disappointing! I have had good experiences at Famo Metro years ago, and I can't even recognize the standard now. Several dishes were almost inedible. Famo Metro needs to seriously pull itself together.

26/10/2025: Breakfast Review October 2025 Overall very disappointing experience for the price - I suggest people who read this to consider other venues, recommendations below. To start with something postive though, the venue is very cute, and the place is cozy. However, the price for breakfast is 285 dkk. You will get a small baguette per person four small slices of cheese, 1 egg, a small piece of cake, butter, jam a small bowl of yoghurt. There is filter coffee and green tea which you have to get yourself from a tab inside the room. The quality of the food was average, especially if you compare it to other breakfast places in Copenhagen. It is unfortunate that there is no use of ingredients from the garden and very little creativity when it comes to the dishes. The amount of food was insufficient for some of our group. We had one vegan person, which was an option to select beforehand on the website. Instead of substituting and offering vegan alternatives the breakfast was the same just without eggs and cheese. Hence for the vegan person the only thing to put on the bread was jam and margerine, still for 285 dkk. Many other small details were adding up to the frustrating experience: No salt on the table for the egg, Knife missing originally, waiter using phone inside the small dining hall extensively Before going we have noticed that there were multiple other breakfast reviews with similar experiences to ours. Despite responses of management that they will address portions and quality it seems like they are not serious about it. 25/10/2025: It's not simply a restaurant, it's an experience! Starting with the elevator, the vegetable garden, the chicken coop, and the very welcoming reception by the staff, followed by delicious dishes which were explained in detail by the chefs. The highlight for me was the dumpling and the dessert! I could eat each one another 100 times! It's also worth trying the Oerstrego Snaps at the end of dinner!

23/10/2025: The worst food ever! The food was burnt, ice cold, several things were missing! Paid 244kr and only offered to get 150kr back 😡

27/08/2025: My girlfriend and I sat down to eat there today and the food is really delicious, just like the name of the restaurant 😉 It was fun to hear a little Hebrew in a place where there are hardly any Israelis there. A really good option for those who keep kosher and want to enjoy good, hot food ❤️ The service is kind and homely, Meir, you are a true prince👑 Thank you very much!

31/03/2025: I booked a table on their website last Tuesday (25/3) where we planned to order Sushi Ad Libitum. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we arrived and were told that we could sit wherever we wanted. It sounded like our waiter was in the process of being trained but he was so nice and hospitable which we appreciated. We were given (almost) two laminated boards with their menu on them. They were a bit big and awkward to sit with at the small table but it worked. In addition, you were given a note where you could cross off what you wanted to order. We got our food super fast and it was so delicious! The tempura shrimp were crispy and warm and all the sushi was super delicious! The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the restaurant's interior. There were still Christmas balls hanging in the windows and garlands across the counter. In addition, the rest of the interior was pretty boring and not coherent. It could do with a makeover. Overall it didn't matter that much as the service and sushi were so good. We will definitely come again with family and friends!
