02/10/2025: Very disappointed during our current stay We are currently at the hotel and, unfortunately, our experience has been very negative. Upon check-in, we were given a room inferior to the one we booked and paid for six months ago. The excuse was that "the supplier" confirmed a different room category, and since then they have only been blaming each other without offering any real solution. The only option they gave us was to pay more for a superior room, instead of honoring our original reservation. We felt no empathy or interest in compensating for the problem, especially on a special date like our anniversary. It is very frustrating to see that the only thing the supervisor seems to care about is making more profit, without worrying about customer satisfaction. A huge disappointment, especially after the good experience we had on our first visit.

21/09/2025: We ate at this restaurant twice during our time in Copenhagen. We had spectacular service from our Portuguese-speaking waiter, Alex, who paid close attention and gave us suggestions. The food was delicious, well-served, and reasonably priced, considering we were in Copenhagen. The drinks were also on point.
