19/12/2025: Overpriced and less than average fare. Clearly relies on its canal side position as a tourist trap. Much better places along Nyhavn

23/12/2025: Service and food are good but it’s where I got my phone stolen so won’t be visiting that particular place again. It would be nice to prevent pretend beggers (thieves) from entering those places. Again loved the food, but since it’s a thieves stop I wouldn’t go there again.

13/01/2026: My friend and I went for lunch, and we loved the cheeseburger, especially the bun and the high-quality meat. The place is minimalist, but that doesn't stop you from feeling comfortable. The girl who took our order was very kind and attentive.

08/01/2026: I went to Gasolin expecting a world-class burger made with care and attention to detail. What we experienced was the complete opposite. The first thing you notice when entering is the smell, it resembled a public toilet. Despite this, we decided to stay for the burgers and walked toward the empty seating area. A young man rushed over to tell us we had to wait to be seated. After standing around for 10 minutes, with no one else in line, another employee finally came to take our order and seat us. We were seated directly in front of the chef. Instead of focusing on his work, he spent most of the time flirting with two girls sitting next to us. He put our patties on the grill but forgot to turn them while distracted, resulting in severely overcooked meat. While assembling the burgers, one of the patties fell apart. We clearly heard the staff discuss making a new one - but they didn’t. Instead, they tried to hide it and served it anyway. When the burgers finally arrived, they were deeply disappointing: overcooked patties, cold buns, and almost no sauce, leaving the burgers dry and bland. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. I’d honestly rather go to McDonald’s.

15/01/2026: We had one very rude and arrogant waitress. The other people were friendly but quite full of themselves, borderline arrogant. When mentioning that the food was good, I got hit with a: "we know". The food was good, I really liked the fried duck. The Pho on the other Hand is not recommended. The broth just tasted like cinnamon and was not very good otherwise. The Noodles/Broth Ratio did also not work. Everyone else on the table enjoyed their food. If you don't mind a place that doesn't care about you, as they don't seem to have an issue with not having enough customers, and treats you like you should be thankful for eating there, come here. My experience was soured because of that. Also, why is it not possible to sit with five people on a table for six (cramped up on two tables meant for four people) when available. But it is fine for three people to sit on a table for four. If I were alone, I would have left the place immediately because of the rude welcoming. But I did enjoy my dish.

14/01/2026: We had a wonderful meal. The dishes were tasty, well-cooked, and filling without weighing you down. The staff were extremely kind and professional. The price was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

11/10/2025: The staff were so friendly and the ice cream was delicious! Even on a cold, rainy day, the ice cream was delicious :) The portions are generous, so I highly recommend it.

06/12/2025: Cozy little place. Unfortunately the waiter was running around as if he was super busy, but there were only 7 guests besides the 4 family members who had a small, very loud child with them. I have nothing against children in restaurants, but people moved into the adjacent room. I first got an excellent soup. When the waiter was going to pick up the very empty bowl, he asked if I was "finished" with the soup. His stressed manner was...well, stressful. The main course, chicken with ginger, was quite good, but it was more of a soup, as the sauce was not smooth.

05/11/2025: The place is nice with good food but could be a little faster, I ordered two hotdogs and waited 40 minutes, the atmosphere was nice with lots of people talking, but with no background music it was a bit boring

07/11/2025: The food is not good enough. Christmas menu Not at all for the price. Good duck with bought red cabbage. Inedible rice salad, good salmon. Nothing that was really good.

16/08/2025: Atmosphere Indoor and outdoor seating. With heatlamps. Not very packed. Food Good and good prices. Different than what you get elsewhere. Where tasty and many options available. Appetizers good too. Service Friendly and attentive. Fast service.
