16/08/2025: Restaurant Savana in Østerbro delivers an absolutely top-class experience. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by a warm atmosphere and a welcoming staff that manages to combine professionalism with genuine hospitality. The food is exquisite – the ingredients are fresh, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the flavor combinations are well thought out down to the smallest detail. Every element on the plate feels well-considered, and it is clear that the kitchen works with both passion and high professionalism. The service is attentive without seeming intrusive, and the staff has a good understanding of creating the right balance between presence and discretion. Savana is without a doubt one of Østerbro's gems, and I give my warmest recommendations to anyone who wants a well-rounded, high-quality experience.

20/09/2024: The food was delicious, but the service was even worse. We've been there several times and, unfortunately, we've always had the same experience. The service was very unfriendly, and we even had to pay for something we didn't get. When we pointed this out, she simply told us not to complain, but to just pay. Something like that has never happened to me before. Still, kudos to the chef.

05/09/2024: I preface this review by saying that the main server was excellent however the entire experience was dominated by the interaction with the front of house. We arrived to a practically empty restaurant and were told to sit right next to the only other table being served. Following that we waited over 15 minutes for any sign of service. I then went up to the front bar kindly enquiring if it was possible to order. The front of house then barked at me as if I was a dog saying that I had to wait to be seated before ordering. I then reminded her that she sat us down at the table shortly prior. She did not believe me and said that I had to wait till they could seat me down and that I shouldn’t expect to order without being assigned a table. All with an aggressive tone. I then pointed at my friend and belongings that were perfectly seated at the table. She then apologised saying that she was tired. There is absolutely no reason to be aggressive in this setting with paying customers. Can only imagine it had a lot to do with being a tourist as the same front of house seemed to change demeanours as soon as she interacted with the table next to us who were locals. Food was otherwise great but would not worth the risk of having that sort of emotionally charged interaction. Do better and show a little kindness!

27/10/2025: Very good bakery and friendly staff. I had a Kanelstang stykke, a low, stripy cinnamon bun. As always, cinnamon-y and delicious!

21/10/2025: I arrived within my Too Good To Go pickup window this evening; staff members were inside but had locked the doors and wouldn't acknowledge me or explain why. I'm a local resident and this felt surprisingly cold and unkind—especially after paying for an order.

13/10/2025: The pizza I ordered was really good. They put in plenty of toppings. I don't know his name, but there's a medium-sized chef who does a great job. This will be my next favorite spot. I definitely recommend it.

16/08/2025: The kids and I drive from Kastrup to Istedgade and the kids only want Dürum from here, I've been coming there for 30 years and like to drive here.

25/10/2025: The food never disappoints. Always order either a burger or a skewer and it's always good. Service: nice staff no matter how busy it is they are down to earth. Atmosphere: there is not much space so it's not family friendly but more of a takeaway But otherwise 5 out of 5 from me

13/09/2025: I've been happy with the place in the past, but lost a lot to you guys when I observed a box of burger buns from the fridge being dumped onto the kitchen floor so that everyone who hit the floor was put back in the same box. I saw it all, and the person in question also saw that I saw it, so as not to make a face. If it's the kitchen hygiene, I don't know what else is happening. Sad, because the food is generally good.

21/11/2024: Small corner cafe near magstrade. Went in for a cup of coffee. Very friendly owner serving the well balanced coffee. Recommend.

18/05/2025: We were welcomed and helped to choose a drink to our taste. They have some classics, but also their own. We were served the drinks at the table. A very pleasant and cozy experience.

06/09/2025: Good and solid brunch menu including several items with chocolate. The chocolate-Hazelnut spread is absolutely delicious and so were the crepes. We had booked a table, but they didn't inform us, that we had to order at the counter... still the service was kind ad efficient.

12/08/2025: Central location, shop ok, toilet very clean and delicious. We were the only customers, and after ordering brunch at the cash register with coffee and a jug of water, it took 15 minutes before water and coffee arrived. The coffee tasted bitter and was one and a half. The water was with ice and ok. When the brunch arrived we were introduced to what it was and it was ok delicious, especially the truffle sausage and the pesto. The pancake with dark chocolate looked nice and delicious, but tasted a bit like it wasn't freshly made. The 3-4 people standing at the cash register/front kitchen were so busy talking that they didn't notice us leaving. In their defense, one of them came over when we had eaten the spread and said that we should just say if we wanted more water or bread. (without spread) All in all, a mediocre experience, hope others have had better luck

30/09/2025: Very nice restaurant. All staff is really good, I have to admit. I visited the city in July and went to this restaurant three times. Now I am back and need to provide this review before I forget to do so. I was served by Karla tonight, which is a nice and quite efficient girl. Beef tenderloin is my favourite with a whisky sauce.

27/09/2025: A Must-Try Spot! This place is truly worth visiting — a really enjoyable and delicious experience. The food was cooked perfectly, exactly how we ordered it, and every bite was full of flavor. The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant itself was very clean , with clean tables and a nice cozy atmosphere. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and overall everything came together beautifully. 28/10/2025: It’s been 2years i come for my studies to Copenhagen and as i stay near Vanlose station, it became ritual to take pizza from Superbello restaurant and i can highly recommend it,very friendly staff, high quality of ingredients and delicious food , charming atmosphere, very satisfied
