05/06/2026: I ordered a matcha latte and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere of the cafe was lovely and relaxing. I chose to sit outside, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a great spot to unwind and enjoy a drink.

16/05/2026: Cute place. But no Decaf, and no option to make a vegan matcha, cacao or chai. This is very disappointing in 2026. The place is cute with second hand different furniture and good atmosphere. The toilet stank of pee.

11/10/2025: Got a simple sourdough bun with cheese, the bun was a bit dry and the cheese a bit boring considering the price, but good service. Also got a cappuccino, but quite simple, not a great pleasure. Bad acoustics when full.

25/08/2025: The yogurt with rhubarb compote and GRANOLA! Wow. The granola was out of this world.

30/12/2025: Pizza is the best and it was good here . It tasted better than the same kind in the States. We had the Hawaiian, The Chicken BBQ and Pepperoni . The BBQ was very tasty and our favorite of the 3. They have half of all Pizza's every Tuesday and that is an awesome deal . A little piece of home in Europe .

06/06/2026: Nice place, and pretty good prices. But that is probably the most mediocre sushi I have ever had. EVER. Like every single grocery store sushi I have had in my life has had more flavor than that. It tasted like they did not season the rice at all, and I’m pretty convinced that all the soy sauce was watered down. Obviously the fish is great, but it doesn’t help when you pair it with everything else that had no flavor.

16/04/2026: The entrance fee is around $14, then you have to buy a drink ranging from water to champagne, inexpensive to expensive. Then, a show followed by the girls trying to convince you to spend the evening with them. Private dance is around $100. Afterward, they'll try to milk you of more money. I say stay away from all strip clubs overseas.

29/09/2025: We were preparing for a great family dinner, for which I had reserved a table online in advance. Unfortunately, we were faced with the fact that the place was full and the staff didn't even see my reservation in their system, which I had received two confirmations about by email. Although the staff was nice, it was surprising to us that they didn't even offer us the option to sit on the terrace, which was otherwise empty. So unfortunately I can't write an opinion about the food. I sincerely regret that it turned out this way. So that others don't have such an unpleasant surprise in the future, I suggest you look into how you can mistakenly reserve a table through your website. All the best!

28/09/2025: After eating here (my worst meal out of 3 days in Copenhagen), feel like this is a kitchen that does not care about the food they serve. had the "Big Yes-Hat" menu, which sounded like a good way to try a variety of dishes, but it ended up being a letdown. The snacks were fine, good bread, the prawns, salmon, and steak bites were decent, but everything after that felt rushed and poorly thought out. The salads had very simple flavour profiles and forgettable. One of them was literally green beans with broken crackers on top, presented in a tin. Poor presentation. A few minutes later, all the main dishes arrived at once, which felt chaotic and way too much food at once. The mussels were also questionable, many were barely open (a crack and I had to pry them open with my hands) and when I asked the server, she said the kitchen hand-checks them. Well. Not really a high standard considering the high price. The cauliflower dish I couldn't tell was baked, it was so soft and almost mushy it seamed over-steamed. The pork and puree was okay, but it also felt like a very simple taste and not what I would expect from a rather refined restaurant. Servers were nice but I had empty glass on my table and one of them didn't check in til later, even after clearing dishes and noticing empty glass. For 478 DKK per person, it felt way too expensive for what you get. I had much better meals the following two days at much cheaper prices. Oh and the trifle was also just okay, wayyy too much jam. I'd prefer quality over quantity, this was too much quantity and uncohesive and poor quality.

18/05/2026: Terrible brunch. The eggs. Tasted like flour and were completely dry, plus the "juice" was more lemonade than juice. The only good thing was the bacon, everything else was garbage. And it was expensive. Maybe other food is good, but not the brunch - not worth the money at all

02/05/2026: I am really disappointed with my experience at Café Phønix in Valby. I ordered their beef dish for 189 kr., but the amount of meat was completely unreasonably small. It honestly felt like you got the same portion of meat that is usually put in one pita bread – and only with half a pita on the side. For that price you expect a much more substantial and satisfying dish. Unfortunately, it seemed very stingy and not worth the money at all. I hope they take the criticism to heart and adjust the portions, because as it is now, I cannot recommend the dish.

22/02/2026: Really nicely located restaurant. Large, nice room with white tablecloths and good furniture. The service is really good. The friendliest employees. The buffet is also good and with a nice variety. We enjoyed it all. The only small minus is the coffee. Not so good. But everything else makes up for it. Nice parking. We would love to come back.

21/04/2026: Totally tasteless pizzas. We got two different pizzas in the Odense branch. They were simply so boring and tasteless, and they didn't have salt, pepper or other spices to add either, and it was sad to sit and eat them at the restaurant from pizza trays, as it is a waste of packaging. Without a doubt, this is both the first and last time we come there!
