The view is amazing, the barista is very friendly, and the hot chocolate is just insane. You absolutely have to try it.
I'm definitely going to stop by again before I head back home after my trip!!!

22/09/2025: I was disappointed when the cashier didn't provide a receipt and handed us a plastic lid for our hot tea, made from PS, which is harmful to health, especially for small children. Given the high prices (which are above average for Copenhagen), it seems reasonable to expect that the bakery would use better-quality plastic lids. I feel let down, especially since the bakery is advertised as eco-friendly.

22/08/2026: A great location to take a seat at this restaurant for eat and drink at the same time enjoy the view of the lake. The restaurant has brunch particularly on weekends. Good place to sit both indoors and the outdoor there are plenty of tables and chairs. This is a self service restaurant. A glass of cafe latte is 50 or 55 Kronor which roughly around 6.50 or 7.40 euros.

If you are going to eat, it is a good idea to book a table.
The cafe is open all year round and I have been happily coming there for over 34 years.

25/08/2026: Nice drinks and comfortable place. Our bartender Laura had some great recommendations and prepared us some tasty cocktails. I recommend getting some olives and peanuts to go with your drinks. The tequila selection is horrible - maybe get something else.
02/08/2026: That was a fantastic taste experience! I drank the best cocktails of my life here, and the bartender Laura's incredible friendliness made the whole experience even better!
So, an absolute must for anyone in Copenhagen :-)

02/08/2026: Very unfriendly place for tourists. We were tired and took place at the street tables, we were waiting for coming of the waiter but nobody came. After 15 minutes I entered inside to ask for the service and the woman who was waiter said that she will come after 3 minutes and also gave me the menu to my hand, that was very disrespectful. And she didn’t come after 3,5 and even 10 minutes. We decided to go due to the awful attitude towards clients or maybe towards tourists.
28/07/2026: There's both indoor and outdoor seating available; the interior decor is truly outstanding, but we sat outside in July because the weather was so nice. The Swedish meatballs were fantastic. The service was also very fast, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were very pleased. You can also try the local beer.

11/08/2026: Beef tartare, chocolate mousse, and the wine—everything here is delicious.
The servers are incredibly attentive, especially Lena, who served us. She's very professional and was fantastic all evening. When I open my own wine bar, I'll definitely try to recruit her. Go without hesitation if you appreciate good food, fine wine, and kind souls.
