20/09/2025: We are actually regular customers and visit the restaurant often and often. The buffet is unusually rich and varied, it is checked and renewed throughout the evening. The dishes are tasty and, as I said, the selection is large. Our used plates are removed immediately. The service was polite, helpful, but not intrusive. Yes, we like to come to the restaurant The Great Wall again and again.

22/08/2025: Good food and good atmosphere. However, it is best to sit far away from the children's play area.

21/08/2025: Great café with delicious food and a great café. The star deducted for service is because we went there twice in one day, and the lady in the afternoon couldn't keep up with the friendly gentleman in the morning.

29/07/2025: The place has an elegant feel. Definitely a nice spot to spend some time. The location is very central, which is another plus. The way the dishes were presented was also quite appealing. However, the food didn’t quite live up to the atmosphere. Everything we had tasted a bit ordinary and overall "mildly flavored." It wasn’t bad, but the flavors didn’t meet our expectations, especially considering the price, which felt a bit high for what we got. It was still an enjoyable experience overall, just not the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again.

05/08/2025: Nice staff, their food is very dependent on who is behind the counter. I especially like their baked pizzas, so I would recommend them.

13/09/2025: One of Aalborg's best grill bars, here you can find traditional grill food and the more modern. The place is recommended

20/09/2025: Good traditional brown tavern. Really cozy atmosphere and the possibility to borrow dice for games at the table.

25/02/2025: Kultur cafe/Hammoud is busy, and maybe too busy, because the 2 family pizzas we picked up the other day were bad, dry and not as good as they used to be... The last times we have picked up regular pizza in the culture cafe, the pizzas have not been the best either... When the cafe is busy, they just let the phone ring, or pick up the receiver, which is a huge source of irritation when you are sitting as a customer on the other end... Financially, it is extremely positive to be busy, but not when it affects the customers' experiences... Sorry... Otherwise, we have ALWAYS ALWAYS preferred and bought pizzas from here...

15/05/2025: Not a la carte in the restaurant, but in the Aalbogtårnet you can enjoy delicious cafe dishes, coffee, beer, water and ice cream. All this is enjoyed with a fantastic view up to 30 km. Seasonal business

27/09/2025: every time i order from there it takes minimum of 20 minutes for them to make one burger and fries. it’s always extremely dirty in the dining area and the workers seem to be only chatting around instead of actually working.

20/09/2025: Very bad experience. I ordered a Whopper, and that's where the problems started. The machine couldn't print a receipt, and when I politely pointed this out to an employee, I was met with a stupid remark: "Well? You want me to make you a Whopper like that, huh?" after which he turned his back on me and started looking at his phone. It's simply not right to meet customers that way. I suggested that maybe they should get the printer fixed, but it was just brushed aside with an indifferent "Well.". No interest in service, no sense of responsibility - just arrogance. As if that wasn't enough, the info screen where you can follow your order didn't work either. It was either turned off or just broken. So no receipt, no order screen and in return an employee who would rather look at his phone than do his job. I understand if, as a young employee, you're not passionate about spending your Friday evening making burgers for others. But once you've applied for the job, been offered it at a reasonable salary, and taken the job, it's a commitment. The least you can do is treat your customers with respect and take care of your work properly. It was an embarrassing experience, and I won't be back.

12/10/2025: Nice rooms and a great water park. The breakfast buffet is good, but they have skimped on juice, they could just as well have poured water into the container, it is simply too thin. You have to keep an eye on the cutlery and plates at the breakfast buffet, it is not the cleanest there is. Food leftovers were on several knives and forks. Parking tickets are often issued, so there is no guarantee of a parking space even if it has been paid for. A lot of noise in the hallways from children running around. I have now been there twice. The first time in March 2023, where cleanliness and service were somewhat better. Otherwise a great water park, it just doesn't make up for the other things, so it was probably my last visit in the future.

10/09/2025: We made a short stopover here with an overnight stay on the way back from our Scandinavian vacation. The reception was very friendly, and the rest of the staff were very helpful. We ate in the hotel's restaurant. The food was decent, and there was a separate menu for the children. The rooms and the rest of the hotel are beautifully decorated. The room was clean, and the overnight stay was perfectly fine. In the evening, we received some coins for the games lounge. There are several things you can play here, both with and without coins. Very cool 👍🏼 The absolute highlight the next day was the hotel's water park. We were able to spend a few hours here after checking out. The area is huge and really cool. It was great for us that we had everything to ourselves. I highly recommend this hotel for families. The location is also quite good for excursions. The only thing to keep in mind is that, due to the proximity to the road and the harbor, it can get quite noisy if you have the windows open. But that was fine for us.

26/06/2025: They were very friendly. 🙌 The pizza was dry though, and there wasn't much cheese on it, there were many places without cheese. But otherwise it was okay.
