14/09/2024: As always, really delicious food in beautiful surroundings. These are well-composed dishes with good ingredients, where the different flavors are well coordinated. We were served a nice mouthwash between starter and main course, an apple panna cotta with blood orange sorbet. For the main course, which was veal tenderloin, we chose a glass of the house wine, we did not regret it - a really good Italian red wine.

31/05/2024: Visit the beautiful old beech tree, but skip the restaurant. The location is perfect, but the restaurant is not worth the drive. 😵💫 My husband ordered a shooting star and he has had it better and bigger elsewhere for less money. The traditional cooked fish was missing, it was salmon slices and not salmon pieces which makes a big difference in the texture. And a tastier dressing was missing. I got a burger and it was kind of dry... and since the bun was so crispy it completely crumbled and didn't hang with the rest of the burger at all, which was a shame. It tasted okay, but the big disappointment was definitely the half-melted fries that came with it... You get soda in small 0.25 glass bottles, but you pay just as much as you do for half a liter of soda elsewhere... The place seems expensive and a bit too nice for ordinary Mr and Mrs Jensen.. We felt very out of place here.

24/10/2024: This place is amazing. The food is fantastic, the service is great (Maria), and a very cozy atmosphere. The fish as entrée, the Hylleflynder, is a must.

24/08/2024: Hidden gem in Aalborg! The food is incredible and very reasonably priced. We had their 5 course meal at 575 kroner with a scallop course, mushroom crouton and a delicious vol au vent with beef. The sauces are delicious. And they will suggest fantastic wines to go with their food. Great wine selection. And they serve oysters and cremant which is a lovely way to start the meal. The restaurant itself is decorated with original French items like brass pans which gives it a really authentic feel. Very knowledgeable staff who present the food to you. Definitely worth a visit

13/10/2024: Visited on 12-10-24. There were a lot of people, a lot of noise, not much fun, the food was nothing to write home about. The 2 girls who stood in front / the bar did what they could, there were many of us who were up and asked at the bar if we would be served soon. So a recommendation from here: more staff, more management, noise reduction and raise the quality of the food, then it will be a super restaurant.

20/10/2024: Small kiosk with souvenirs, simple dishes (hot dog or French toast, cold and warm drinks, ice cream. Friendly service. Small playground for children.

04/11/2024: My friend and I went to café min Olivia and had brunch on Saturday 2 November 2024 and we had a good experience, there was a nice selection and the food was fresh and delicious, I am actually surprised by the negative reviews, that's why it gets from me full screw on all stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I found the staff to be friendly and service minded and nothing bad to say about the food.

23/08/2024: Wow, a Black Angus steak is so delicious. We ordered for 4 people and everyone's was tender and delicious. It is every time we order, simply perfect. And with a delicious barbecue taste. The steak comes with fries, a tasty sauce of your choice and salad with a delicious thick dressing/dip.
