18/11/2025: 2024: Once Denmark's best hot dog stand, but has declined in quality after the change of ownership... 2025: And now it's completely gone downhill. Shrunken overcooked hot dogs and overly dry hot dog bread despite the fact that the price has just increased by 10%. Scary and boring. For more than 30 years I came to "Danmarks Bedste Pølsevogn", which has now sold out, but I now drive to Biltema in the east city, which serves soft delicious hot dogs for 25% of the price. Practice :(

29/10/2025: Friendly and fast service. Wide selection of hotdogs and sausages. We had a classic hotdog with three kinds of sauces, onions and cucumbers. It was delicious.

23/09/2025: Review of Restaurant California in Frederikshavn Restaurant California at Lodsgade 4 in Frederikshavn offers an authentic and satisfying burger experience that I highly recommend. I visited while in Skagen for the day and was drawn to the cozy ambiance and welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the Texas Burger, which came with a warm bun, a 200g beef patty, salsa, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, and homemade dressing, all served with crispy fries. The flavors were bold, with the jalapenos adding just the right amount of spice, and the homemade dressing tying everything together perfectly. My wife chose the Hollywood Burger, featuring the same delicious 200g beef patty, topped with sautéed mushrooms, onion rings, cheddar cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, and the house-made dressing, also accompanied by fries. She loved the richness of the mushrooms and onion rings, which gave the burger a unique, hearty flavor. For our daughter, the Children’s Burger was a hit. A simple, well-sized burger served with fries, it was the perfect portion for her. Restaurant California not only delivered on flavor but also on service. The staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. 30/11/2025: This has been one of my favorite cafes for several years, but it's over now. Because WHAT is the point of a code on the door to the toilet? That you have to stand in a queue that is at least 10 minutes long and ask for a code to a toilet door. It's absolutely ridiculous! I can understand from the staff that it's because they don't want people from outside to use the toilet. That attitude is both hopelessly old-fashioned and completely Unsympathetic. We are in North Jutland!!!

14/10/2025: buy some cocoa powder, mix it with milk and 1L small ice cubes for the same taste experience of a “Chocolate Frapino”

19/12/2025: No matter what you order, there are always wrong items in the order. The last 5 orders, if not more, have either been missing something or wrong items. It must be very difficult to pack items in a bag.

12/11/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing food and great service at Bindslev Pizza & Restaurant! I ate here recently and it was a really good experience. The food tasted fresh and delicious – the pizza was crispy, the toppings were of good quality and the portions were generous. The staff were smiling, quick and very welcoming, which made the visit extra pleasant. There is a nice and relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, and it is clear that they care about both the food and the guests. I can definitely recommend Bindslev Pizza & Restaurant to anyone who wants good food at a fair price – I will definitely be back! 🍕❤️

31/10/2025: Really slow, we waited 1 hour for our pizza despite it not being busy, we had ordered in advance and not placed a very large order. We did not experience much service and the food was not very tasty

02/09/2025: I've never been there before and I won't be back. The staff was super nice and smiling so it's all about the experience and price vs. quality. This tiny plate with two mini spring rolls from the freezer, 10-12 limp fries, burnt and dry rice, an egg bathed in oil and then some melon and raisins for almost 80 kroner.. The amount of almost 80 kroner is irrelevant - it doesn't break the budget. But the price in relation to the amount of food and the quality of it is such a mismatch that I would honestly be ashamed if I demanded such an amount from a customer. My son was hungry and we tried - and it was definitely a one-off performance. But nice people - they should be given credit for that after all. But will I come back? Never.

05/11/2025: Had ordered brunch, was promised at 10:30. It turned out that the cafe opened. We were the only guests for the first hour. They had obviously forgotten the reservation, ½ hour wait before some of the food and tea/coffee/juice were served. Further wait for Greek yogurt (scrambled eggs and sausage tasted great) after 1½ hours we gave up, we never got our pancake and there was no discount, even though you hadn't had the whole menu.

29/12/2025: Really nice staff and delicious pizzas. Came 5 minutes after closing time and still he stayed longer and made pizza for us

14/10/2025: Fine food for a pizzeria. Really good pizza bases and friendly service. An input for the new potato pizza is more potatoes and less cheese, delicious with rosemary and just the right amount of salt.
