19/09/2025: The selection sounds big and nice on the website, but it was much smaller the day we were there.

29/08/2025: My wife and I were in Frederikshavn for the first time and found the place by chance. We came in a little late and were served by Bettina who assured us in the sweetest way that we would make it. And she made the experience absolutely fantastic. She provided the best service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Apart from that, the food was fabulous! My wife said the only thing she could have wished for was a little more vinaigrette for the salad 😄 we will definitely be back!

27/09/2025: We had a bad experience. Ordered a fried chicken BBQ burger and what we were served was raw. I commented on it and was told that's how they are. Ended up paying 150 kr and threw it all out except for the fries. Last time we eat there..

19/09/2025: A very authentic snack bar, with rustic tables and chairs. But it's cozy and hyggelig. The fish and chips were excellent. Exactly what you'd expect. The staff is very friendly, and the fried fish was really good. We felt at home.

01/06/2025: Tip: You can sit here and eat something even if you don't play golf. Someone recommended the fries, and they were 👍. We were a bit unlucky with the weather. I think if the weather's nice, you can also sit outside with a nice view of the fjord.

12/09/2025: Hotel with a great atmosphere. There's an indoor pool. The rooms are okay, and the bathroom is adequate, although the shower curtains are a bit unusual. A kettle with coffee or tea in the room would be nice.

09/09/2025: The area around the hotel is truly beautiful and invites you to long, lovely walks in nature. The location also makes it an ideal place for company events, seminars and courses. The rooms themselves are nice and functional – nothing special, but excellent for the purpose. Where the experience unfortunately fell significantly was in the restaurant. The food did not live up to expectations at all for a hotel that markets itself as a four-star. The selection was extremely limited with only one main course to choose from (in addition to a vegetarian option), which meant that everyone was effectively served the same dish. The main course consisted of three small pieces of pork on top of celery puree, accompanied by good potatoes and a tasty sauce – but the meat was overcooked and dry, which gave the impression that the plates had been prepared in advance. The dish was also not properly warm, which further detracted. The starter and the vegetarian option also did not seem well thought out: a carrot tartare, which in practice did not really bear the hallmark of culinary ambition. On the other hand, the staff deserves praise. The waiters were smiling, attentive and quick, despite a very full restaurant. All in all: A beautiful area, good surroundings and nice rooms – but the restaurant experience in no way lives up to a hotel that wants to call itself four-star.

07/10/2025: Cozy coffee shop in the metropol shopping center with good choices for both adults and children. There are games to play while enjoying a hot coffee or maybe an iced coffee☕️. On the slightly expensive side for both cake and something to drink, especially if there are more of you. But good choices, a little loud music. But definitely a place I can recommend to enjoy.

31/08/2025: Quick stop for iced coffee. The baristas were lovely and my drink was delicious. Recommend!

30/08/2025: Nice service, good sandwiches, but the hot food (fish & chips, steak with fries) is greasy and tasteless. The vegetables are two broccoli florets. It's a shame they serve cheap, packaged fish instead of quality.

24/08/2025: I have been there and the staff are so friendly and food is just great. If you're in Denmark try to go and enjoy everything they have to offer. Amazing Restaurant 💐🌹

17/09/2025: I would venture to say that I have known about Bella Firenze since it came to Sæby many years ago (possibly around 21-22 years ago). Back then it was Sæby's best pizza. This summer we needed a couple of really large pizzas (their biggest), and could see that it is still the best pizza in town. The restaurant is also nicely decorated and in a place with a good view of the square.

26/06/2025: I have just been to a 'trial shooting' with a bow, at Hadsund Shooting Association, I have not shot a bow and arrow in more than 10 years and three moves. I was welcomed well, good atmosphere, very modern ranges (newly installed facility) good equipment for beginners.

18/04/2025: It was a really good meal. The mussels and shrimp were really good. The sauce was a little on the strong side, but the taste was great!

15/06/2025: The cake here is baked with a lot of love, and you can taste it. Whenever we're in the area, we always stop by. The cake is always worth the time! It's great that bakeries like this still exist. Keep it up!

28/09/2025: I can highly recommend this restaurant, both in terms of ambiance and food and service. We ate fresh mussels from the Limfjord – a delicacy!

20/08/2025: The food tastes good, but it took a long time before we got our food, even though there weren't many guests in the restaurant. Furthermore, I think it's very expensive to pay 119 kroner for a children's meal for a 2-year-old boy.

28/09/2025: A bit boring place and almost no seating. On a summer day it is nice to sit outside though. The wait was short and the barbecue food is definitely on the better end and the portions are quite large, so you won't leave hungry. When ordering takeout they pack the orders in free recyclable cardboard boxes - that's really good! According to the expectations of a barbecue bar, they deserve 5 stars... Not so many frills... Highly recommended.

11/01/2025: Jag var färdig med museet och tänkte ta en öl i väntan på familjen skulle bli klara. Fick vet av en i personalen att restaurangen var på väg att stänga men fick ändå köpa en öl (i plastglas) och ta med ut på terrassen vilket var vänligt och tillmötesgående av dem.

06/10/2024: A very cozy restaurant in an unexpected location. We also received excellent service from the waiter. He was very concerned about my health 😉
