04/05/2025: Nice place to sit outside, nice reception and totally ok prices.

31/03/2025: Always a really nice place to stop by and get warm before we take the last train home to Sæby. The sweet host couple are open all week, bank fun, music and there is always an instrument if someone wants to entertain us and there is always dancing here. Smoking is also allowed, but they have a cozy side room, farm environment, both on the street and more quietly on the farm, so completely reliable to bring non-alcoholic tea with you, who just needs cocoa with whipped cream. Try it, one of Denmark's very old pubs which in my youth was the place where the town's fiddlers created a party in the street. We just have to take care of these pubs, on an equal footing with the sausage cart.

18/05/2025: Got Tuesday's pork, however the sauce was very thin and had a hint of dried parsley and not fresh, it was extremely tasteless.

18/03/2025: A quite good and cozy place for both parties and meetings and to have fun with good food and drinks.

27/01/2025: Experienced it very strange to be turned away at the door because they were fully booked - despite us having booked a table in advance. The explanation was that they had sent an email with the cancellation only that morning, as apparently they are the first to discover that it is fully booked (the booking was made on Thursday and this takes place on Saturday morning). Incidentally, this email has not arrived either - and also not a particularly optimal method of communication with such a short time to arrive. For good reasons, I therefore cannot rate the rest of the experience we thought we were going to have, and will not do so again. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would of course have done so. So be careful, even if you think you have a booking, there is no guarantee of getting a table!

19/11/2024: Excellent pizzas and barbecue in the middle of Svenstrup town, with delivery. The nicest staff and always good service. They have also delivered to parties where we have made arrangements in advance. The warmest recommendations from here.

24/04/2025: The food was semi okay. However, their service was incredibly poor. You could activate a voucher where you both got DKK 100 on your first order and a shopping basket. However, you could only use one of them, at a table. The food took a long time to come and they didn't ask until what dip you wanted for your fries. They merely assumed that everyone wanted BBQ. The first batch of spare ribs we got were really tender and almost fell off the bone. The second portion was so good that one's teeth were about to be pulled out of one's mouth when one tried to eat it from the bone.. overall. Can only give you 3 stars
