02/11/2025: When choosing takeaway, WeMeat has always been a safe choice in the family. We have always been very satisfied with WeMeat and the quality of their burgers. BUT today we were surprised… A lettuce bath, a slice of tomato, two onion rings and two pickled cucumber slices were what could be achieved in each burger - see the attached picture. At the same time, it has always been good, probably homemade and juicy beef steaks, today it was what we assume, ready-made and VERY dry beef steaks, where the roast crust tasted burnt. Previous good reviews are not on par with what is served now. Rather raise the price than lower the quality. We will buy from elsewhere next time and hope that the strategy changes, because then we will happily come back! It was really good before, but the burgers are really bad now. This review is not meant badly, but we would like to ensure that the damn good burger place is also there in the future.

07/11/2025: (Norwegian tourist in Denmark) Ordered pulled pork burger. Good amount of meat but the meat was dry. The burger could have been good but there was so much BBQ sauce on it that you really didn't taste anything other than low quality sauce. Fries look good but are dry. Not salted but I suspect they use cinnamon. My wife ordered American steak. We don't understand what kind of animal the meat comes from but are afraid of cat pee. Asked for the meat Medium/raw, got shoe sole. The restaurant's concept may work but then the food needs to be significantly better. The reception and service were 100%, very nice man at work. Unfortunately we won't be back here.

23/10/2025: We've been going there regularly for three years, and it was always delicious. This time, everything just tasted bitter, like old low-fat oil. We had a chicken burger; my 12-year-old son didn't even eat half of it and had a stomach ache in the evening. It's not very busy either; we couldn't pay with a card; we had to hide it behind the wicker and look at our phones. It's a shame, but that was the last time we ate there.

22/11/2025: I feel cheated so many times. Once they cheated me for 1 cake, they were about to give me one and it was paid for. I got enough compensation for the cake, but gas is not cheap. Yesterday I gave her 20kr in cash and had to pay 80kr, so I was cheated for 10kr. It's gradually adding up. And they never answer their phone, and when you point it out to them, you get told "there are only two of us at work" - it's true, but it has happened several times.

14/12/2025: Disgusting!!!! No hygiene. There is not soap in the bathrooms and neither in the information/dresser room. Disgusting is the only word that describes «Heidi’s» well.

07/11/2025: We had a business dinner with a group of 6 people and chose the Bistrolux menu, including the corresponding wine menu and it was EXCELLENT from A-Z! The courses were all prepared to the point and tasted great. The wines presented were well selected and delicious. Service was very good, too. The menu comes with a price, but is worth every single Danish Krone.

12/10/2025: It was simply a flop of an evening. The service was absolutely terrible, we were served snacks before we were offered drinks, the snacks were bad, the shrimp tasted too old, they were lukewarm even though they should have been cold… The waiter was rude, and almost rolled his eyes when I tried to order water and wine. And went to come back and take our order. When the wine came it was infinitely boring. I have never had such boring bland wine. The starter was fish with a crouton and lobster souffle it sounds good, but it tasted of old fish and deep-fried batter. The serving was sad. And everything was beige on the plate, fennel and leeks were fried beyond recognition. You thought the main course could only get better. We were terribly wrong! Phew, a simply disgusting chicken that tasted like cold cuts, it was sous vide but just extremely boring and disgusting consistency. In addition, a “mushroom sauce” that was completely tasteless. Half Jerusalem artichokes that were cold were on a bun, you could have gotten better from Frost down in the supermarket. There was “Karl Johan Mushrooms” I ate one of the stalks and it was dry as a rock, simply the world’s clammiest feeling in my mouth and that was the last straw! Then I didn’t want to sit and try to keep the good mood going any longer. It was downright disgusting. The restaurant manager couldn’t explain to me what a completely dry mushroom was doing in my main course… I also started to get a stomach ache after the main course.. And after the dry mushroom we got up and left. Of course I wanted the main course and dessert refunded but I could get a 50 kr discount for water and bread. They got a new head chef last year and I think it has gone really downhill since then. Because I trusted all the good reviews. It was disappointing and as an early retiree with a very small amount of disposable income, the 800 kr is not well spent. It was a disappointment and the disappointment itself to be served like that when you have been looking forward to it all week. Wow, it was a really, really bad experience that I would not recommend to anyone. I will try and contact the owner again and see if I can get compensation, I simply cannot afford or want to pay for such a bad experience. And the toilet stank of sewage… to say the least. It was a disgusting experience. Worst restaurant visit of my life.

30/07/2025: Super poor service, I call them to buy food, the girl who answers the phone gives the quick one to someone else, who says wait a minute and hangs up, I wait for 15 minutes but I can hear them talking in the background, I hang up and think they must have forgotten me, I call again and get put on hold, tell the girl that I've waited 15 minutes but they're talking, she didn't care about that, then I try to order 4 pizzas but the last one is with half ham and half pepperoni, they won't do that, she gets very surprised when I ask that then I won't have anything. Good thing there are other pizzerias. Buy your pizza somewhere else here, they don't care about the customer.

25/06/2025: Very good, cozy snack bar/restaurant. The food came quickly, was delicious, and plentiful. The prices are absolutely reasonable.

09/11/2025: The food is a bit below average compared to what you can expect, the price is far too high for a non-professional chef. It's a shame, but they lack the skills to create well-designed food and match the price, the room is not very cozy, narrow and with high ceilings, I would like to support that but it requires an improvement in the experience. Especially the food

26/10/2025: A bit too strange a combination of open sandwiches, a huge layer of mayonnaise underneath and applesauce on grey roast pork...

19/07/2025: Ordered a menu through their app, so I could get the food before my train left, it ended up with me having to run over to my train to get food because it was supposed to take 20 minutes to cook food where 15 of them were where it was the only one, I have worked at various fast food places myself and it is a mystery to me how it can take more than 7-10 minutes to make a menu especially when you are not in a hurry.

28/11/2025: Such a delicious brunch! Super friendly and accommodating staff. We also had a 1 year old who could also eat with us and it was nice to have a clean high chair. We will definitely be back 🤩
