28/02/2025: A bad experience here tonight, burger and fries were really cold and no taste of salt pepper or similar. Steak completely neutral, We didn't eat half of our food. Practice

20/04/2025: Friendly staff. Uncle in the kitchen making wok based on your choice. We came late, maybe 1hr before closing but staff brought out fresh food to the buffet.

19/04/2025: Too bad that Kaffebaren can't live up to its name. I got the double espresso, where it is quite clear that there is neither investment in craftsmanship nor good coffee beans. The shot was clearly overextracted! The price was something similar to what I pay in Copenhagen for some of the world's best coffee beans, so it is quite clear that the place exists to optimize a profit margin.

27/03/2025: WONDERFUL COFFEE I dropped by for a cup of coffee. Tried the regular filter coffee with a bit of sugar and milk. They do have a nice selection of coffees as well as snacks/sweets/shakes/bread. The coffee bar is a cozy place with several tables and enough room to quite a lot of people - but still cozy. The server/waiters/waitresses are kind and professional. Btw - I got warm milk for the coffee - an extra plus I believe. The restrooms are clean and well kept - so nice I even got you a video of it.

20/04/2025: Vi kom relativ sent så der var kun tre borde som var ledigt. Fik bordet ved smækkende dør. Bestilte rejemand, hvor rejerne var mange og smagte veltilpas. Garnituren til rejerne var sparsomme men de smagt godt og frisk. Tataren var relativ almindelige og var rørt helt traditionelt. Er personligt blevet træt af rørt tqtqr da de ofte bliver for syrlige. Pomme friter var hjemmelqvedr og sukkede efter lidt salt. Fiskefilet var stegt med kærlighed men hold da op hvor var de meget små. Det var lige i underkanten af hvad man som gæst kan forvente. De smagte godt og remuladen fungerede fint til. De to salatblade og tre skriver agurk er Ole noget at skrive hjem op. Brødet ankom og det var lunt og havde en god smag Pilsner var lokal og smagte som den skulle. Fin og venlig betjening

13/04/2025: Vi har før fået stjerneskud her i glashuset som var lækre, men må erkende at det er gået ned af bakke med kvaliteten, og blev oven i købet betjent af en som var møg beskidt i tøjet ikke særlig indbydende.

15/05/2025: Nice place, but I think the food is way too expensive for what you get. The bread is delicious, but the toppings you get for the bread are barely enough for each slice. Not student friendly prices.

19/05/2025: Large room with a large, comfortable bed. Beautiful, large pool. Absolutely quiet, window open, not a sound. Second door in the room eliminates hallway noise. Very good breakfast.

15/05/2025: We have had 2 good days at the hotel with lovely food and great service. When you stay at a hotel in Hanstholm you have to eat fish, they are so fresh that they almost wag their tails when you get them served.

02/01/2025: Waited for half an hour and the pizza was pretty cold when we got it. We paid for extra cheese but there was barely any cheese on at all and only toppings right in the center. Unacceptable. The flavor was bland. Disappointing.

28/04/2025: Place looked very cosy on a sunny day. Unfortunately it took 55min and twice asking, before we saw any food. The fish filet is smaller than the usual size, but food tasted good. Decided to get ice cream to brighten the mood after the long wait, that took repeating each step of the order at least 3 times and still got it wrong. Ice cream fine. Nice choice of unusual flavours.

22/06/2025: Cozy hotel with service-minded staff 👍

14/06/2025: The pictures on their website are fantastic, however all rooms face the road (Route 55), and there is a lot of traffic noise. Upon arrival we were given a key, but no information about the place, and not a smile from the staff. We also visited their restaurant, here we tried their 3-course meal for 199. The dishes were served as a buffet, there was tuna mousse for starters, and the first bite was with a longer hair, so it was not particularly delicious. The main course was veal fillet, with a sauce that can best be described as thick brine, salt was the only thing you could taste. The dessert offered chocolate mousse, which tasted like the one you can buy in a bag at the local supermarket and stir up with milk. Both during dinner and the following days' breakfast, we struggled to "keep up", emptying dishes and things that were not refilled. So take the place as it is, a bed to sleep in, and then go out and experience the north coast and all its glories, you shouldn't expect much from Søparken anyway.

09/05/2025: Ordered Uramaki menu with 42 pieces and extra Uramaki Super crispy shrimp, Super Uramaki crispy Shrimp. The Super Uramaki was with crab and there were 3 rolls on the menu also with crab. We don't really like crab in sushi. We have had takeaway from Kamii before which was significantly fresher and crispier.

26/04/2025: order Sushi for a little DKK 900. where the rice is partly porridge and several of them are very hard, which is unpleasant both in taste and experience.. I call kamii, but get the short answer that unfortunately they can't do anything about it.. That was the last time I order Sushi from you

08/12/2024: Wonderful cozy Christmas treats and hot drinks. Informal atmosphere and super friendly service - who took time to play and welcome our baby. The food was home made, fresh and very tasty. We're surely coming back!

16/06/2025: Okay, honestly… this place? No thanks. I have never in my life been to a place with such a bad atmosphere and so little respect for both guests and their own employees. The food was… well, it was A LITTLE lacking. As in, it was dry, boring and tasted like something you could have made at home – if you had not cared about life. And it seriously cost way too much. I paid like I was going to have gourmet, and was served something that looked like a school cafeteria from 2008. And yes, the service was actually nice enough. The girls who work there are actually really nice and try to do their best. BUT you can clearly tell that they work for a boss who just… should be illegal to have anything to do with people. She was so rude. Not just a little bit sharp in her tone – I mean downright mean. She went around snapping at her employees, looked at everyone angrily and generally had the energy of a grumpy high school teacher with a hangover. And let's not forget the most disgusting part: She was walking around the kitchen touching things WITHOUT washing her hands. I saw it. With my own eyes. I've seriously never had a smaller appetite in my life. And you know what? This place ONLY hires young girls. As in, they don't hire any adults, not any guys, just young girls – probably because they can get away with paying them properly. It's like they think "if they're young and smiling, people won't notice how insanely bad this place is." But guess what – they do. And you get absolutely NOTHING in return. Not even a smile from the manager. Just bad atmosphere and overpriced. All in all? 0 out of 10. I'll never come back. And I honestly hope someone sends the Danish Food and Drug Administration over for this? It shouldn't be allowed to continue.
