29/03/2026: The most unfriendly employee ever in Lagkagehuset on Østre Havnegade at 9:00 on 29/3 2026. The girl could barely say good morning, and her whole attitude was simply terrible. I paid a “nice” extra price to have my rolls buttered, but look at her “work” in the pictures! It will be the regular baker next time!

25/07/2026: Beautiful place, friendly staff and cozy room. It is of course not state-of-the-art but then I would have been disappointed, it really felt like you were staying in a historic place! Several living rooms were coolly decorated and looked like a duke or king would come for dinner and there was a lot to discover both inside and out. We were alone in the pool too which was luxurious. Will be back!

05/06/2026: We had our anniversary dinner at Kokkedal Slot. We loved every moment of it. Jesper the cook just created amazing meal. We travel a lot and have not had this level of quality for long time. We highly recommend dining at Kokkedal Slot. Thank you Jesper

06/06/2026: Nice place to stay, good rooms, nice staff, only gets 4 stars because you can't eat there, only breakfast.

23/07/2026: I was going to celebrate my birthday for 11 people at the restaurant and had coordinated with the place in advance and made a reservation. When I arrived I saw that 2 tables were set, so the party was divided into two units and could not talk to each other. I think it was a disappointing experience when I had just wanted to gather my guests - and at the same time the restaurant had not informed me about this in advance. The waiters were not very accommodating and said that I had to write to them afterwards if I was dissatisfied. I have since done so, but never received a response again.

13/06/2026: The staff provided impeccable service; I sat in a well-lit restaurant with a sea view and enjoyed my delicious food.

02/08/2026: My parents are extremely satisfied with both the service, delivery time, taste, quantity and variety of dishes in general. My mother has always cooked good old-fashioned food herself, but can no longer do so now, but I still get it - just made by Sønderup Landkøkken now. I have also had the pleasure of eating with them and it was really delicious and filling. It also seems that there is a focus on good nutritional content and a healthy and varied diet. You order yourself per month - what you want to eat. Upon delivery, you can make the dishes warm in the microwave oven, which my mother prefers. They are warm upon delivery. If you move the dishes from the trays they are delivered in and onto a plate, they look just as delicious as they taste. Attached are pictures for example.

30/07/2026: We ordered durum today for the whole family. It's been a long time since I've had such a bad durum. Bad and loosely rolled, paper stuck to the dough which is holed. Paper is rolled into the durum, so you have to separate it and eat it with a spoon.

23/07/2026: Great stop before crossing to Norway! Ideally located before catching the ferry. The food is excellent, and the park right in front makes for a truly pleasant and relaxing break. It was perfect; you can go without hesitation!

14/04/2026: A really good big cup of coffee in quiet surroundings. A place that will definitely be visited again

11/07/2026: I got the tropical smoothie and I was disappointed. You could pretty much only taste a low quality (store) orange juice. Would be fine if the orange juice dominated if it would have been better quality (Tropicana style). Also the texture was a bit of a ice slush. Probably the other options would have been better as the place seemed to be rather popular (lot of people picked up take-away orders).

29/06/2026: We come in just to have a sandwich and a milkshake but end up having a good chat and cheap food 5⭐️

20/06/2026: Ordering a wrap and then not getting one. So bad. Maintain your system then, so you can't order it.

29/12/2025: Dry rolls, really tacky product. The breakfast pastries are without soul or love, just squeaky sweet

19/11/2025: Pastry shop with a baker and indoor serving. Good bread, good cakes and a nice atmosphere.

21/07/2026: Many interesting things on the menu. We chose sushi and it was tasty. Nice to be able to order ala carte and not just all you can eat. Was a bit difficult to get hold of the waiter, although the restaurant was not full. Would like to come back and try some of the other Japanese dishes. Seems very authentic with an older Japanese gentleman in the kitchen

06/07/2026: 10/10 Amazing atmosphere, super kind, warm and welcoming establishment. The best Ramen i have tasted since I was in Japan years ago. Bring your friends and family. You wont regret it. Lots of love from Norway 🇳🇴

28/04/2026: After a long night on the town, I was finally ready to die. But wait what is it? City pizzaria, a feeling of joy coursed through my veins. Drawer pizza, remoulade, and an extreme smell of tires were the next thing that hit me, what an overhyped mass of indifference I have stepped into. After I had ordered my pepperoni slice and sunk my teeth into the half-baked cardboard plate, a true sense of bob hit me. my experience at city pizzaria has been a true buffet of disappointment calories, the pizza is like an emotional dry biscuit and I have now been a full-time schizophrenic for 4 weeks

29/07/2026: A summer day in July 2026. Arrived at about 2:30 PM, found a Menu 1/2 chicken and fries DKK 80, lunch menu until 3 PM. The service was quick. The salad was very roughly chopped, at least the person in question couldn't hurt themselves with their fingers. The fries were slightly light and the chicken was reasonably deep-fried. When I paid a little after 3 PM, the payment was DKK 89. I was politely asked if the food tasted good. It wasn't worth three stars, which from the expression showed agreement from the clerk. But the fact that the menu price is after the time of payment is a bit rude. The menu was registered at the cash register before 3 PM. My receipt shows the order received at 2:32 PM. I didn't see one of the staff who had a wrung-out cloth to wipe the tables - despite a great need for it ❗ It's sloppy when there is enough staff ❗

28/07/2026: Great service, service-minded staff. We ate there. Only 3 stars because the quality of the pizza was not great. I think it was baked with pure wheat flour without the use of tippo flour. There was supposed to be Gorgonzola on it, but it couldn't be tasted at all. There were many Wolt delivery people picking up pizzas. So maybe I'm just better used to it! Top marks to the staff and nice and clean everywhere.

25/07/2026: Really good Pizza - Never more than a 15 min wait! The staff is always super nice!

18/07/2026: Worst service I've ever experienced. When you arrive, no one greets you to give you a table or comes to give you the menu, you have to look for a waiter yourself. When the menus were given, the waiter runs away immediately, does not offer to take drink orders. Again I have to try to get hold of one of them. I order drinks and food, very simple dishes for two people, this then takes 40 minutes before the food arrives. The cafe was not even full of people. Finally I had to go in and ask what's going on. The food tasted just fine. When I ask for the bill, another 15 minutes pass without the bill arriving. Finally I have to go in and go to the bar again to get help. The waiters are truly shockingly incompetent. It's absolutely not their fault that the food came late, but the fact that they can't look around and see customers and have such bad attitudes when communicating with them is truly unbelievable.

12/07/2026: Underwhelming experience. Brought the danish card although very clear that we don’t speak danish. Did not know about what was available and what not. Unfortunately not a single vegetarian menu. In sum one of the worst restaurants we have been.
