18/08/2024: The staff is really nice and I like that things are not too perfect. The decor is old school and it's a bit cool. And if you have to take a knife and fork inside yourself, then there is something funny in the fact that it can just be a young, cute boy looking after the counter. Their pizzas and pita bread taste heavenly. I am really happy to buy there.

01/11/2023: A fantastic time smørrebrød for lunch. A fish fillet pan-fried just as it should be. The biggest shrimp meal I've had in many years and a perfect potato meal. Homemade bread, mayonnaise and remoulade. Finally, coffee and a couple of well-poured cognacs. Last but not least, an innkeeper with time for his guests. If we didn't live in Ringsted, it was a place we would come often.

08/10/2023: Poor access to rooms. The bathroom not cleaned with faeces in the basin. Double room with only one high chair !! Everything was already closed at 9pm. After this time there is only access via an external fire escape!!! A very bad experience!!!!

01/09/2024: The food tasted fine and they are quite friendly. But the hygiene doesn't seem to be top notch. The table we sat at was not clean, two out of three of the glasses we were given were dirty and had clearly been used before. There is just generally a little dirt all over. But we sat and ate, one of the pizza bakers went out the front door, he came back 15/20 min later. He went straight to preparing pizzas again, without washing his hands first.

21/08/2024: Almost always order pizza from here as the quality is always top notch. Good with filling and super taste. The staff are smiling and always fresh

23/08/2024: No smile when you arrive boring and too few toppings for brunch no butter lukewarm coffee the only positive was juice and converted into a cafeteria you have to clear your own table but the price is not after that

01/08/2024: Since there has been a new owner (July 2024), the service level has been turned up. Maria works magic in the kitchen and the staff serves with a sweet smile. Suddenly, peanuts are put on the table without being asked for. According to the new owner, there will be new initiatives going forward. It will be exciting to follow what she comes up with😀😀

08/08/2024: Fantastically beautiful and elegantly well-maintained older building with high-level cooking. Super service-minded staff who go the extra mile for customers. We look forward to the next visit. 💪🙏👌

09/08/2024: We came seeing good reviews but were very disappointed! The coffees didn't look at all like the ones in the photos on Google reviews, and had no taste, they were the coffees you would get for free in a company. We paid 28€ for 2 cappuccinos and 2 cakes, not great either...

01/11/2024: We ordered a round of food, and looked at the screen that everything was there - we then discovered that an employee had typed in 2 extra tasty cheese menus - we asked him to remove it, and when we got our food, we ended up not getting all that we had ordered. We were missing a team box menu, and got the 2 tasty burgers. We called and wanted to ask if there was a possibility of a new team box - but instead we ended up with a 5-minute call, cold food, and no team box :(

14/10/2024: Okay hotel located in the southern part of the festival street in Aalborg. Nice, not so big rooms. The hotel is on the 1st floor and, despite a stairlift, is not particularly suitable for people with walking difficulties and people in wheelchairs. The hotel has been nicely renovated with a thought for uniform details. Friendly staff. Breakfast on the level, there is a reasonable selection but nothing special.

25/09/2024: Tip in advance: It's better to sleep in the trunk of your own car, it's not smaller or more uncomfortable (says the guy with the Opel Corsa)! There are no dedicated parking spaces, although the hotel can offer a 50% discount on the parking garage next door, but like all in the city, this is expensive even by Danish standards. Aalborg apparently hates visitors. The rooms are tiny, if you wear a dress size L you will probably have problems here. Plus point: you can literally shower in the toilet. You have to, because after the shower everything is wet anyway. There is no proper ventilation. Windows lead either to the party area at the front, the dining room inside (yes, you read that right!) or to the alley at the back. Our window was at the back and there was a hotel sign right next to it that was lit up all night long. I have no idea who is supposed to read this, because you can only see it from the alley, which only serves as a garbage storage facility for the hotel and the bars next door. Thanks to the translucent curtains, we didn't get any shut eye; it was literally always bright as day (see photos). To compensate, at least it was loud, because the building is very noisy. I don't just mean slamming doors (you have to close the door firmly when leaving) or coming home late. I could hear a guest snoring on the floor above us. The breakfast was sparse (e.g. only one type of sausage and cheese, but pancakes and yoghurt), but quite good and what was there was enough. Ole Ahlberg's pop art pictures certainly meet my sense of humor, especially after a night of sleep. However, if you are traveling with children, you may find yourself having to explain what Tintin and the captain (that's right, the ones from "Tintin") are doing with the woman who is only wearing suspenders. The ladies and gentlemen at reception were always friendly and probably endured a lot of suffering. The breakfast buffet was quickly refilled and old dishes were quickly cleared away. But it's certainly no coincidence that we don't have to answer the question "Was everything okay?" like everywhere else. were adopted. In the room card booklets and the guest information, they boldly claim that the goal is to give us a pleasant and relaxing stay. We didn't understand the irony at first, but after the first night we did...
