28/03/2025: EXCELLENT COCKTAILS I dropped by here an evening after dinner along with three friends. It was a busy place and no doubt people was having a good time - hygge. We did get a table immediately - and you find the menu via a QR code. They have a great selection of cocktails - and quite a few on the menu”Happy hour”-list. And here happy hour is 9PM-2AM !! And happy hour is 2 for 1 price. Really nice. Across the four of us we tasted 6 different cocktails - Alm tasty and well balanced. The acoustics of the place is great also - even though crowded we could talk without yelling. The service staff is great - attentive, busy and professional. Great place to drop by for cocktails - we dropped by a Thursday evening in MAR 2025.

29/05/2025: I can't bear to write why they get 0 stars, but basically it's about total bad service by phone in connection with booking/change. Never, never! We have misunderstood the conditions, and try to make an appointment (which we get the green light for), but are called shortly after by the very aggressive employee that it doesn't apply - it was a student who gave us the opportunity to choose a new date - but that was obviously not their policy - she got a shitball from the director, and good service is overlooked!! That hotel, and others, will never come into our focus again!

27/03/2025: We have just returned home after 3 wonderful days at Løgstør Badehotel. A really nice experience, super competent and service-oriented service by a really committed employee. Super delicious food every day served really invitingly. The hotel has a fantastic location with the most beautiful view over the fjord. We can highly recommend this hotel if you want a few relaxing days in Vensyssel.

26/04/2025: we received a completely cold bacon/cheeseburger, the fries were sloppy, and no dip. Cracked chicken breast half warm, French fries cold and soft. In addition, there was a quarter of an hour longer waiting time.

23/02/2025: Har besøgt Jacobs Fiskerestaurant en del gange efterhånden, men syntes det atter var tid af sende en vurdering af stedet. Var der til frokostbuffet og der var klokken 13.00 en hel del gæster. Fik hurtigt et bord og fik bestilt drikkevarer og så kunne man gå i buffeten. Rart at personalet mindede alle om ,sprit hænder og brug plast en gangs handsker der ligger klar til brug. Her er bare så mange lækre retter, salater, supper og godt brød så det er svært at vælge, man kan simpelthen ikke prøve alt. Men utroligt lækkert anrettet og der blev hele tiden fyldt op med nyt, dejligt. God kvalitet og priser der stemmer. Kommer gerne igen og kan anbefale stedet.

18/01/2025: Super lækker buffet. Mange retter. Der blev hele tiden fyldt op og skiftet ud, så den hele tiden var frisk og indbydende. Indretningen er lidt trist, da lokalet er så stort, men far man et bord ude i kanten, mærkes det ikke så meget. Styr på hygiejnen. Sød betjening.

30/05/2025: Terribly long, I mean terribly long, wait for 2 boba teas. So far we've been standing here for about half an hour, and the girls just look confused to say the least. It would have been faster to drive into town and get boba tea.

10/04/2025: 2 on the job No other customers and we waited 30 minutes for the food The girl came and said we have forgotten you and tell me if you want new fries these are apparently cold?? What!!! Yes they were cold and the bun not heated But we didn't get anything new What a service it was though🤛

20/04/2025: Regrettable experience with you last night.. The cheese burger was the most boring burger and completely tasteless. The steak was not spicy at all, and in fact we were very much in doubt as to whether it was pork instead of beef, which we asked the waitress about when she finally passed by at the end of the restaurant where we were sitting. She went to the kitchen and asked, and returned with a non-committal answer that yes.. It IS beef, and then moved on. We are still very doubtful. When paying, the young man behind the till said: I hope everything was as it should be, and we replied that we weren't very excited, as we were very doubtful whether the burger patty was actually pork instead. He politely replied: I'm really sorry, and that was the end of the matter. There was not much commitment to be found from any of the employees. The burger bun was completely soft, the burger was STUFFED with salad leaves (which seems completely crazy when you have bought a salad bar!) and then there were two rings of pickled red onion, which were almost raw. There were two small tomatoes that were just halved next to the burger. The dressing in the burger did not taste of anything. The most boring taste experience to date. Fortunately, we had then bought a salad and a potato bar, so we ate our fill from there - we both left half a burger, it wasn't even worth finishing. The burgers were served by a young girl who looked very upset. They were placed resolutely on the table, without a word or a smile. Not much customer service there. There was no follow-up on the food - no one asked if everything was OK. And then it might be JUST as simple as a roll of kitchen paper on the table, instead of napkins. Klochs.. So that's an ommer! Really disappointing experience. It will be a long time before we feel like visiting you again. Unfortunately - Klochs used to be our favorite burger bar - before the concept was changed.

19/04/2025: Dear Klochs We have visited the area several times and each time visited you, and we were also on Easter 25. Sweet and friendly service, but no follow-up on food etc. after the food was served. But your concept where you have to buy fries and salad as an option for burgers for an additional DKK 50 tends to be a peasant trap. Boring and small selection in the salad buffet, and having to pick up fries or potatoes with lukewarm sauce doesn't make the experience any better. But it's a matter of taste and preference, and we'd much rather have a burger served with hot and crispy fries. But our biggest complaint was the burgers, they were almost burnt, they tasted so smoked that they were almost inedible, pickled red onions that hadn't reached the pickle layer, it was a boring experience. It has previously been a good burger, made with care, and good ingredients. All in all a boring experience on the food side. And just a tip - a restaurant has napkins and not paper towels😊

19/06/2025: I can only warn people to eat in this restaurant. Firstly I didn't like the food very much (i.e. the gorgonzola sauce was just a cheese sauce without any gorgonzola) and secondly the owner does not accept foreign cards but only Euro or DK. He knows exactly that most tourists who normally pay with cards and therefore don't carry any DK will then pay cash with Euros and he will exchange the bill amount from DK to Euro, but he uses an exchange rate more than 10% higher than the official rate. I consider that as fraudulent.

11/06/2025: Rarely have I experienced such a dry and dead "sirloin steak". Ordered a shrimp cocktail for starter. A boring salad with something that looked like shrimp, with a very small amount of thousand island dressing, probably the cheap one from NETTO. I hoped that the steak would lift the experience a bit, it definitely didn't!! A completely cooked steak that was almost as thin as my phone. A tough piece of meat that could easily go like a shoe sole. The pepper sauce tasted of absolutely nothing and was mostly reminiscent of an average store-bought sauce. But let's be honest, the potato boats were pretty good.

14/05/2025: Imagine paying 2x179 kr for Grill Mix. Never before have I had such tough and dry meat. Not even what was supposed to be minced beef steak/Greek steak could be cut with a knife. The piece of beef fillet was like a shoe sole and the 3 pieces of some kind of skewer were like bouncy balls. So it was an expensive round for fries.... I really hope Mr. Chef takes it up after thinking... He heard my words well. But wait, back off. The poor young girl can't help it.

30/12/2024: It was a bad experience with ordering medium-sized smørrebrød for a birthday, they didn't fill much in the cardboard tray they were delivered in, there was so much decoration in the form of greens that we could hardly see which piece we chose on the plate then the toppings were overflowing with greens. A bad experience in new clothes, I must conclude.

06/06/2025: Ordered food for delivery. The food never came. Phone is not answered 🤬 Hassle on the ordering page, then got charged twice.
