06/01/2025: Here they have really managed to bring the cozy farm atmosphere that they are known for out at "Essens Gaarden" into the city! The food was absolutely fantastic and from their own fields. I got a "whole hectare" as they say in there. Top service! Will definitely be back!..

10/08/2023: This motel is located in Hirtshals, right next to the aquarium, and offers bed and breakfast. Guests staying at the motel receive a discount for the aquarium. Check-in and check-out are hassle-free, and parking is free. If you'd like to take the ferry to Norway, the dock is just a few minutes away.

02/08/2025: The worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life. I only ate one bite of my spaghetti and left. I'm so sorry I hadn't read the reviews before. When you hear the microwave go off and your meal is ready in less than 2 minutes, there's no question about it. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to throw up that same evening. Good luck to the daredevils, this restaurant deserves a spot on the show "Kitchen Nightmares."
