29/12/2025: fishmarket, a fish restaurant smack in the middle of the centre.
good menu with a danish/french orientation.
we had a 3 course meal with cured salmon, cod and a sticky toffee pudding. paired with a bottle of taittinger rosé. the flavours where balanced, portion sizes where good and the service was friendly, happy and fast. prices where in line with what u expert in kopenhagen.
so if you are in the centre, craving for fish and want a cozy bistro setting go here.
we will be back if we are in kopenhagen again.

10/12/2025: It's always nice to come to activities in Absalon. From South Jutland cake table-banko to creative pursuits like clay and painting. There are super cool activities that are very popular. There is always a good atmosphere in the house

26/10/2025: I went with my friend for Copenhagen dining week, and it was about 385 dkk each for a five course meal, and we were both very happy with our experience! The dishes were wonderful, the sushi was great, and the meat sticks were very tender and nice. We really liked the croquettes (korokke) and sushi in particular.
18/10/2025: We came two days in a row. No matter what you choose, everything is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful in choosing a menu based on your taste. I highly recommend it. The beef tataki is my favorite.

30/12/2025: Clear recommendation from here, had bought sweetdeal with 6 course menu and it was worth every penny. Bought a bottle of wine, water and a mocktail menu for 3 people, it was a bit on the expensive side, plus there was an environmental surcharge of 20 kr. It's probably the way the times are, but it certainly doesn't change the service and food experience which was top notch.

The seating is not the most comfortable, but it fits the fish market diner atmosphere.

16/12/2025: I had oysters, steamed shrimp, steak, and eggplant, all accompanied by wine. Everything was delicious. It was a Tuesday, but the place was packed, and the staff were friendly despite their busy schedule. I appreciated the restaurant's thoughtfulness, even changing my steak order when I made a mistake. It's a bit outside of downtown Copenhagen, but I highly recommend it as a local favorite in Copenhagen!

09/11/2025: We got turned away, she told us that there was no tables free despite there being multiple tables free inside and outside with the heaters on and no reserved signs on any, it was very strange.
06/11/2025: I visited Hooked Restaurant in May 2024. Tried the Mac and cheese appetizer and it was delicious. The lobster roll was pretty good too. The fish and chips was ok. 13/09/2025: I visited ILUKA about a year ago, and it’s still one of the meals I think of whenever I think back to Copenhagen. Everything was so flavorful I could hardly sit still while eating, and even the simple oysters were outstanding. I’d love to come back again!

01/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding at Viva and could not be happier that we chose this place for our special day. We started with our wedding ceremony on the deck, which was magical and very cozy. After that, we enjoyed a fantastic three-course menu. The chef ensured that all dietary requirements were met, and everyone was absolutely speechless about the food. The lovely team at Viva took great care of our guests, it truly felt like they were part of our party. Our host, Buster, was very easy to communicate and plan with, and he made sure we felt in good hands throughout the entire planning process.

23/10/2025: Had booked dinner at Hummer via a deal. All in all a good evening and we left the restaurant very full after more than two hours.
Relatively few guests on a Wednesday evening so easy to get a seat and the noise level very low.
The food was generally good with pasta orzo as the absolute highlight. The Tataki dish apparently contained sun-dried tomatoes which were absolutely inedible (tough) so they were left on the plate. The dessert was a bit messy and nothing to write home about.
All in all an okay experience - but not 5 stars in some categories.
