06/07/2025: We attended a community dinner based on a local friend’s recommendation and could have not been happier with our experience! Delicious food, better company, amazing vibes all around. We left feeling so high spirited :) My top recommendation for anyone visiting Copenhagen.
05/07/2025: We had a family reunion here. We met no Danes, but there were right of us. The food was roast turkey, roast potatoes, bread, and mint yoghurt or creme fraiche. There was beer. Fruit salad for dessert. It was very nice and relaxed. I think I will come again on my own next time. Since it was very convivial in a kind of old theatre.

15/08/2025: We went for dinner on a weekend break in Copenhagen and were glad we did. The food was lovely, really tasty and flavoursome. We had some scallops to start followed by turbot and crème brûlée. All totally delightful. Nice relaxed ambience and the waiter was very attentive and helpful. Best restaurant of our visit.

25/08/2025: An extraordinary first fine dining experience in Copenhagen. Excellent culinary technique, balanced flavors, and careful attention to detail. We had the six-course menu, and it was more than enough. We paired it with the house bread, which was also delicious. Excellent pairing and service. The bonus was that our servers spoke to us in Spanish :)
22/08/2025: It was a dream in terms of the quality of the food and the service. I was lucky enough to get a free table on the first evening of my vacation and was truly spoiled.

15/08/2025: Havde bestilt bord dagen før og har gjort dem opmærksom på at min datter er algerisk, men at vi ønsker en bestemt ret. Ved ankomst får vi af vide at den ene ret, som jeg har nævnt vi ønsker ikke kan imødekommes eftersom der er mælk i som jeg specifikt har nævnt hun ikke kan tåle. Får besked på at de har forsøgt at kontakte mig en time inden vores ankomst. Det vanvittigt uprofessionelt og ikke et sted vil anbefale andre med nogen form for allergener, så står man uden bord en fredag aften på vores datters fødselsdag. Tak!
06/08/2025: I was a little disappointed that the fish was deep fried. That took away from the pleasure. On the other hand, I loved the dip. I felt trapped in the 2-person space under the table with my legs

16/08/2025: Food was alright. Long wait times, 20 minutes until I had my drink and another 20-25 until food arrived. Additionaly unfortunate was, that the starter arrived at the same time as the main. Otherwise service was friendly.
16/08/2025: What should have been a pleasant evening with a table for 8 booked in advance turned into a nightmare due to the exceptionally poor service. The food took an incredibly long time to arrive, with a full hour of waiting between starter and main course. We had to wait in vain for drinks. It took 20 minutes to pay because the neighboring table was also dissatisfied. Even with a calm and patient mind, 1 star service is too high a rating. The only plus - the chef knows his stuff.

22/08/2025: We spontaneously googled oysters in Copenhagen. We got a table for two without a reservation. We were served wild Fine de Clair for around €32 for six pieces. This was followed by very good mole frite with homemade dill aioli. We drank an excellent Burgundy.
This was followed by petit fours and B52 for dessert.
The ladies and gentlemen serving were very attentive, polite, and efficient.
It's quite busy at 3 p.m. on a Saturday in August, even though the place is more of a backyard on a side street.
Magnificent.
21/08/2025: Quality of oysters are not it. I used to love this place, but the oyster deal was a letdown. Beautifully played but the oysters were small, not meaty, and honestly not worth it. What made it worse was the service: no one came over to ask if we wanted more oysters or anything else, even though we tried several times to catch a waiter’s eye. It just feels like you’re expected to come in, eat your oysters, and leave. The vibe is nice but way too busy, and the whole thing comes off more like a money grab than a good dining experience. The staff themselves are friendly, but clearly understaffed for the crowd.
A bleh experience.

07/07/2025: Ordered some starters and main dishes.
We had the salmon tartar, which was enjoyable. For mains we had the ribeye and the mussels.
The mussels had were riddled with pieces of styrofoam and plastic, the ribeye was frozen.
Serving your guests frozen product and dishes that are tainted with pieces of plastic is a mortal sin for any restaurant that has standards and respect for their customers.
None of the staff ever asked if we enjoyed our meal.
Shame to see the quality of this restaurant has taken such nosedive. Avoid this place.
(To the member of staff who took care of us, you seem very nice and involved, you deserve better than this restaurant. I hope you find a place that serves food you can be proud of.)

Five of us are coming for dinner. We order two glasses (20 cl) of Chablis from Droin (see attached photo) for a whopping €17 a glass... and at the first sip, it's obvious: first, the wine has been diluted with water, and second, it's not Chablis, at least not a Droin vintage. We ask to see the bottle. And then we're presented with a Chablis from the Laroche estate, 2023, at €19 a bottle in supermarkets. A low-quality sloppy wine. To compare, and to verify that the wine has been diluted, we ask for a few drops from this bottle in a glass. The waiter explains that he can't do this because he has to insert the bottle into an electronic system in the kitchen, which measures the exact amount of wine and calculates the price of this glass at the table that ordered. To avoid paying for a third glass of this sloppy wine, we abandon the discussion. The restaurant manager doesn't even dare confront me, but instead has the waiter say he won't count the wine! Thank goodness...
The wine is so bad and so watered down that we don't drink it. The restaurant doesn't even offer any sales pitch on the bill. A real scandal. If I didn't know a thing or two about French wine, I would have paid €34 for two glasses of stale wine. The rest of the meal is no different: overcooked and obviously reheated salmon, and pasta on the side, unsalted and undercooked. Everything is greasy and lacking in finesse. We still end up paying the equivalent of €250 for five people, with four starters, five main courses, no coffee, and no dessert.
Above all, move on. Avoid the restaurants along the Nyhavn quayside, but rather eat at restaurants in town after checking their ratings. We should never have let ourselves be taken in by the pretty table, the pretty view, and the pretty light at dinner time.
