Yes, you are not allowed to eat there. So not a place I would bother to drive to when you are turned away.

05/05/2025: The place is very tiny and the food without chilli on the menu was anyways with chilli oil. I had a coconut milk soup with shrimps whereby there was 2 shirmps, a mushroom, a slide of carrot and a tomato. Very disappointing place.

20/08/2025: Cozy little station cafe. Nice sandwiches, nothing fancy. Good way to keep the station lively, so you can get a coffee to take with you on the train.
28/07/2025: Very boring sandwich. Slack lettuce. Sour red onion. Tiny pieces of cheese that were cut into small cubes. Boring bread. Can't recommend it.

23/10/2025: I had ordered a plank steak with beef fillet and red wine sauce. The meat was wonderfully tender and the sauce had good flavor.
The service was good, however it seemed a bit strange that they started turning off the lights on the wall at other tables when we were the last ones even though it was only 8:00 PM

07/10/2025: Mega cheap lunch offer: Only 35 kr. for a pita bread. The bread had a crispy crust and was a bit dry inside. On top there were large amounts of dressing and salad, and on the bottom large amounts of kebab could be found. My card was canceled and I offered to pay with MobilePay, but the clerk was very eager for me to pay with card. However, no receipt came out of the machine....

- Okay taste
- Strange distribution of fillings
- Possibly black money in circulation

Maybe I'll come back when I can get a receipt and have my fillings distributed properly in my pita bread.

02/09/2025: I can't recommend it because it has nothing to do with an Italian restaurant. It's a very dingy snack bar run by nice people from Sri Lanka. The former dining room is run down and seems to serve only as a storage room. If you want a quick pizza to go, it's fine, but if you want an Italian restaurant, you'll be bitterly disappointed!

16/10/2025: A very good experience from the moment you enter until you leave,. Very friendly staff, fast service. we tried the chicken durum, kebab durum, pita kebab and the kebab box with rice, everything was delicious and fresh.

14/10/2025: Today we celebrated a child's birthday at Hvalsø Restaurant Pizza, and received fantastic flexible and accommodating service. The 14 pizzas/burgers were served surprisingly quickly and the taste was top notch. Both guests and the birthday child enjoyed the visit. Thank you very much! Highly recommended.
17/07/2025: Terrible phone when calling. Can barely hear what is being said.
Found several hairs in the food.
The pizza base was the driest I have ever had. Not much filling on the pizza.
Not recommended.
