08/03/2025: if you haven't been here before, you've been cheated of an experience out of the ordinary, everything is made with love down to the smallest detail and it tastes heavenly and is served with a twinkle in the eye, and even here everything is just under control, it runs right by the book, so what are you waiting for, come on out
01/03/2025: Historical restaurant, very narrow inside, good quality food, not cheap but ok for Danish standards. Food very tasty and fresh!

03/03/2025: We can't say anything about the rooms because we didn't stay there. However, four of us had dinner and it was a wonderful stay. Cozy atmosphere, excellent food and relaxed, super friendly and attentive service!
Every dish we ordered was a delight, from starter to dessert. Price-performance ratio, as far as the food is concerned, is correspondingly good.
If we were to be in Ribe again, we would definitely come back!

01/04/2025: Had a wonderful experience at Caffe Salys! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax. We had the tapas breakfast, and everything was delicious—especially the sourdough bread, which was fresh and full of flavor. The cheesecake was also excellent, a must-try! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the visit even more enjoyable. Plus, they serve decaf coffee, which is much appreciated. Highly recommend this café if you’re in Ribe!

31/12/2024: Unfortunately we were unable to access with a guide dog. The icing on the cake, when hesitating before refusing us, I was asked what my disability is!!!! What a shame.
07/12/2024: The hot chocolate at this place is exquisite. There is a variety of chocolates, ice creams and some liquors. Mandatory stop when you visit Ribe.

14/12/2024: They are simply so sweet, and the food is extremely good! The homemade dressing is so delicious! They provided food for our christening and it was so good. We like to drive the 15 minutes there rather than the 2 minutes it takes to get there in our own town

04/04/2025: Wow, what delicious soft ice cream. Due to a mix-up, there were Sazlicorice sprinkles - unexpectedly really tasty! Be careful, a lot of students come by for a break at lunchtime, then it's packed.

17/09/2024: Great location to relax and enjoy the ambient of the island. The hot chocolate and sandwich were delicious and the staff was very nice and helpful.
17/09/2024: The personnel was very friendly and the food (the Baguette in my case) was delicious. The price seemed average for denmark, maybe slightly higher than average. I can suggest this place!
