01/11/2025: I've stopped coming here. Their opening hours are so unstable that you never know when they're open or closed. When they finally are open, you have to order via an app - even though you're standing right in front of the staff. It seems both cumbersome and impersonal. Their ice cream machine almost never works, and it's quite disappointing when you've been looking forward to an ice cream. The food is okay (a little too salty sausage mix), but otherwise excellent. Unfortunately, that's also the only positive thing.

29/10/2025: The best place in North Zealand Where you get the best Pork steak sandwich and Burger also all the other food they have super good Pork steak sandwich only 65 kr is cheap service is also great every time New with new owner Simon and it is just as good as it was before Simon has worked under the old owner he does it well (I only see a small problem when you stand in line for 18 minutes and see all those who have ordered online come before you so fun it is better not to stand in line😪so all 4 of us left again without buying😪) get the problem solved I know you are busy sometimes.

06/07/2026: Cozy restaurant. Not particularly good food, almost cafeteria-like. Last year it was really delicious. Too bad you can't buy children's menus, expensive to throw away so much food. I did take a fish fritter home from the meal. I bought fish and seaweed salad in the store, which is delicious.

18/08/2026: The food was a big disappointment – ​​nicely presented is not enough I visited the place on July 29th, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The burger was simply not good – the steak was completely dried out, and the bun was cold and completely ordinary. The fries were a story in themselves and completely unbearable to eat. They looked completely dried out, as if they had been put in cold oil, and before it had time to heat up, they had simply dried out completely. It all looked really nice on the plate, but what good is it when it was completely inedible? In the end, about 70% of the food ended up in the trash – it is simply a shame to spend money on such poor quality. The only plus of the visit was the ice cream, which was really good and can definitely be recommended. On the other hand, I would definitely not recommend the food.

09/08/2026: Love Heaven Crane have been coming here and eating my whole life, they are the sweetest people ever always accommodating and happy. Will always be my favorite place to eat sushi❤️

06/08/2026: Nice place with an all inclusive Chinese buffet which also includes good sushi and dessert as well as coffee. For what you get I think the price is very reasonable and the service is really nice. I will definitely come again with my family

15/07/2026: We spent a full month at Zoku and enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean and practical in a DIY sort of way, and having free housekeeping available anytime we called for it was a really nice perk. Since Zoku is a B Corp, there's no AC, only ventilation, which meant we ended up switching rooms three times because of some issues, so that's worth knowing going in. The location is about 45 minutes to an hour from the city center and not really walkable, though Amager Fælled right behind the building was a lovely spot to walk to, everything else meant biking (about 15 minutes) or taking the metro. Having a Fotex and a Netto just around the corner made day-to-day life easy, and breakfast was genuinely good, we never got around to trying the pizzas, which we regret. What would have made it even better, especially over a month-long stay, are the small personal touches: staff remembering our names, someone checking in about the AC issues throughout that week, even just being recognized at the rooftop restaurant we ate at every single day. Thomas, the GM, was the exception to this and was genuinely generous and helpful when we had to switch rooms, and it made a real difference. Zoku's own tagline says it's "a place you can call your second home, even on your first visit," and it's exactly those little things, being called by name, someone checking in, that would turn a good stay into one I'd recommend and come back to every time.

05/06/2026: The concept of having the reception and the breakfast room at the roof-top is just amazing, especially when it's coupled with a sound of birds (artificial but pretty realistic though) and plants everywhere. I loved how well furnished is the loft and well thought is its design. The personal is welcoming and nice at all times. It's less than 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station DR Byen that is just 2 stations away from the city center, so very well located. The only disappointing aspect was the fact that housekeeping is upon request. So if you don't feel like requesting things while you stay at a place, then maybe you should mention it at the start of your stay that you want housekeeping on a certain cadence. Otherwise you'll not get your place cleaned and tidied. It felt great staying at this place for a week. I will definitely look for a future stay at Zoku, either in Paris or back in Copenhagen.

24/05/2026: Was going to celebrate 5 years with the light of my life. And I chose, as a surprise, that we should eat at Brasseriet. And again, I was not disappointed. The food was perfect, really good atmosphere and NOTHING was missing. Thanks to Brasseriet for a perfect celebration.

19/08/2026: The place is nice, it transports you to a Danish atmosphere. The burger is really good, the meat is juicy and delicious, a real treat! Their lemonade is really good and not too sweet, it's perfect!

18/08/2026: Nice place, great drink selection. Very tasty milkshake. The meat is delicious, but I wouldn't recommend the spicy burger—it was a bit greasy for me.

29/07/2026: I usually shop online, but after my experiences at this specific branch, I have decided not to return. I don’t want to casually accuse anyone of racism, as no direct words were used, but the behaviour and treatment I experienced made me question whether I was being treated differently because of how I look. The lack of basic respect and customer service was impossible to ignore. Last Monday, I was the only customer in the store. The employees saw me but did not greet me. When I asked several times for help choosing and trying the new coffee pods, I was repeatedly ignored. Nobody offered assistance or even made a sample for me to try. I felt less like a customer and more like I was begging for service. I like Nespresso as a product, but the attitude of the staff at this branch has made me feel unwelcome every time I visit.

21/06/2026: Alex asked me to write a review, so here it is. He tried to flirt with me, which made me quite uncomfortable. It seemed uncomfortable and it wasn't a good experience. Won't be back.

26/07/2026: Cozy 3 star with charming harbor views. Old-timey feel to the building and the room. The hotel kindly supplied earplugs - and with good reason because of the creaking floorboards. The bathroom had some wear and tear and was alright, but ready for refurbishment. Simple, but well-stocked, breakfast buffet with decent selection of dairy, bread and cheeses. Sweet, hospitable staff.

02/09/2026: Delicious Italian food - like home-cooked. We had lasagne and minestrone soup followed by tiramisù and good strong coffee. Highly recommended!

14/09/2026: We called several times within 1 hour to book a table but didn't get through. We drove in, the staff were nice to help with a parking space.. The staff gave us a table close to the food, which was a buffet with a little bit of everything. A different experience when the chef comes to the table and cuts the meat from a long skewer. Promfriter were not that hot. Otherwise an ok place

23/07/2026: Went for the fish buffet and was greatly disappointed. Small selection, bland tasting. Overall really unimpressed, especially at 469dkk per person. I've had twice the experience at half the price. Go for the a la carte menu instead. Staff was great.
