01/11/2025: Very good food, excellent service from the staff, Jonathan was the best, very friendly

06/10/2025: I had the shish chicken and it was good. The meat was tender, well-spiced, and flavorful.

26/02/2026: The type of bar slowly and sadly fading out of memory. Taps are dedicated to Åben, but my best guess is that a bajer with a chaser easily outsells these more modern beers. From the outside it looks like Edward Hopper’s Nighthawk, with patrons from all walks of life. TV screens gone black once streaming services started dominating the airwaves. A few The Bruery and Cascade bottles on the shelf as a reminder of early ambitions. Now mainly collecting dust. So, obviously a bad place then? Quite the contrary. More heart and soul than many sleek and sterile pubs these days. Met a nice couple who insisted we try some Limfjordsporter. That doesn’t happen in too many places.

12/11/2025: Nice experience on most fronts, I just never got my last dish, but was allowed to pay for it. I have now written 2 emails to them without hearing back. Hence the review even though it is a nice place otherwise.

20/10/2025: Nice grill bar, with okay food and service. Boring that you have to pay 3 kr. for dipping fries or something - it should be included in the price.

22/05/2026: A truly talented baker, the bread tastes great, when I'm in town I always HAVE to stop by to get both rye bread and French bread. Highly recommended💪

02/05/2026: We ate there yesterday and had an 8-course menu. The food was generally delicious and well-prepared. Unfortunately, an unpleasant experience brought it down – there were intestines in the shrimp, which is not acceptable at this level. We pointed this out, but received neither an apology nor any kind of reaction. It left a bad impression and negatively affected the overall experience.

02/06/2026: A very large and delicious sandwich. The juice tasted perfect without ginger (prepared upon my personal request). A cozy and welcoming place. Highly recommended.

23/02/2026: Very cosy café hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the center of the city. Friendly staff, amazing chocolate bun and banana cake, good coffee and marrakesh tea, and super nice jazzy atmosphere. A new favorite in the lovely Shabaz series. Check out the other ones as well! 🧡

17/02/2026: The driest and least filling salad pizza with chicken. Ask for cucumber and tomato on it 😳 No menu just a really poorly lit screen to stare at....just no. This is definitely my last visit from here

30/09/2025: Usually a lemon pie is a delight for the palate, BUT NOT the version I bought here and for several reasons: The filling that otherwise tastes fresh of lemon had just a “dish” taste The crispy thin base was replaced by a thick, soft and floury base And the sweet creamy meringue that otherwise goes well with the lemon flavor, was not stirred enough, which meant that it was crunchy and full of untouched sugar So completely inedible However, it may be that I was just unlucky that I chose this cake - one must hope so

14/11/2025: I have exclusively utilized the takeout service at this establishment. The pizzas consistently feature a well-crisped crust and fresh ingredients. It appears there has been a recent change in staff, so I advise a degree of patience. The owner typically prepares the pizzas. The staff members are very courteous. MobilePay or cash is the preferred payment method.
