08/10/2025: I was here on 8/10-2025 and the guy on duty was incredibly polite and gave a good vibe.

02/10/2025: Very disrespectful little kid working here.

12/03/2026: Ordered 3 pizzas to take away. Only one was the one we ordered, but only because the only filling was sausage. Another pizza that was ordered as per the menu was missing mushrooms, and the other one that was ordered with bearnaise and mushrooms was missing both, even though we paid extra. In addition, 2 of the pizzas were swimming in tomato sauce, and the bottom was completely rubbery when we got home after a 2 minute drive. Really miserable and disappointing experience, as we are usually always very satisfied with the food from there. Today there were different employees than usual there.

25/09/2025: We were 5 people and couldn't have a conversation because of the noise. The chicken was dry and boring. Will never go there again.

20/08/2025: The food was okay - boring atmosphere - there were very few customers. Maybe it would have been different if it was a day with a full restaurant. I had seen their Instagram profile and it is not quite the same feeling you get when you come into the restaurant

28/07/2025: Was at a party and was supposed to have a whole roast suckling pig brought out to the community center The meat you got was no bigger than a 5 krone and the skins were dark brown and soft It was served with cream potatoes and cold potato salad that tasted like it was bought in net Not very lucky Cannot be recommended

24/11/2025: I ducked in here this morning because it just looked welcoming (and the sleet was getting in my eyes). What a great chance encounter! Awesome flat white, super friendly staff and that bun….!! I may bring my work back here later.

21/11/2025: We came in and sat down, and went up and ordered, AFTER we ordered, a completely disrespectful young lady who worked there came and said we couldn't sit down, but we had ordered, so we were welcome to. The coffee was very bitter and overall a very bad experience with service and food, but it's an okay nice and cozy place to be, but just make sure it's VERY obvious that you've bought something, otherwise you'll get some very disrespectful behavior from the employees.

28/11/2025: BEWARE of ReCaptcha on the website. If you are greeted by a dialog box that wants you to prove you are not a robot by pressing "windows key + r", "ctrl + v" and "enter", then STOP. It is malware. If you have done so, check your computer and remove whatever has been done. With that service message over, it is really good food, and the staff has always been super nice.

19/07/2025: Booked a table 16/7-25. Received SMS confirmation that we have a table today 19/7-25 at 2:00 PM. When we stood at the restaurant it was closed for the holidays. Bad service, will never set foot there again. On the other hand we got great food and service at the neighboring Hokaido Rammen. 10 stars...

12/07/2025: Fantastic service and crazy good weather and wonderful food for an 80th birthday👌 Only “complaint” both my husband and several others in the party tripped on the small step down to the toilet. One day it will go really wrong I think! Maybe you should go into the think tank and make that step more visible. Dark carpet, dark step and dark room. It all flows into a🫣

10/07/2025: I rather be home and do the laundry 🧺 then be here alr alr let me explain so when we first got here it’s alr but when we sit down and we are waiting for the robot to come to our table to give the sushi 🍣 but when it comes it took 20min for it to come I guess that’s normal but when we order more sushi it took 30min bro like I paid much for this and it is like this I get treated NEWER GONNA COME BACK At first glance I should have turned around. The sign hung crooked, the door creaked like a horror movie, and there was a strange smell of burning without anything clearly being prepared. But I, naive and sushi hungry, entered Kaito Sushi with hope in my heart and a rumbling in my stomach. The rice was dry, crumbly, and crumbled just looking at it. The fish was... strange. It had a smell that reminded me most of a port in July, and the kind of sheen on the surface that you usually see on old mackerel fillets in oil. What was supposed to be salmon tasted like a mix of canned tuna and defeat The avocado in my maki was brown. Not that slightly brown – but like: “Hey, I was cut 2 days ago and have been in the fridge without a cover”-brown. There was also a tempura roll where the tempura was so soggy that I honestly thought it was wet bread until I took a bite and was like, "Oh my God!" Hygiene The toilet? No thanks. If you value your health, don't go. There was no soap, the mirror was covered in... something, and the paper towel holder was hanging by one screw. The floor felt damp. Not wet. Damp tS The prices: The insult is complete When you pay 198 kroner for a deluxe menu, you expect to at least leave the place without regrets and an upset stomach. The only "deluxe" thing about the experience was how much I was ripped off. I would have rather spent that money on 7-Eleven sushi, and that's saying a lot. 05/02/2026: Delicious tacos and burritos, fresh ingredients and quick service. A good choice for a casual dinner.

30/01/2026: Bought a burrito and some tortilla chips. The tortilla on the burrito was tougher than leather which made it difficult to eat and enjoy the food. The tortilla chips have no salt on them but sprinkled with a little paprika powder. Doesn't taste good
