26/10/2025: Way too expensive. The food was terrible – the eggs were dry, the chicken sausages were cheap supermarket sausages, the rye bread was like the cheapest package from Netto. Dirty glasses. Worst brunch I've ever had, and also the most expensive. Absolutely not recommended. Simply too bad.

11/03/2026: Negative experience. It was my first visit today with my little son, unfortunately the visit was a very bad experience as the employee I asked for help was in no way helpful or service-minded, she seemed really angry and was in no way friendly considering it is a playland, a place for children where you want positive energy. In addition, we were the only guests without a queue or anything like that so I am very surprised that she did not bother to help us with our request. Regards. I hope you will take this up with your employees, you can go a long way with service and a smile. This bad experience resulted in us choosing to buy an annual pass at your neighbor Dino's playland instead.

19/02/2026: The children were very happy with the play area. I missed better service, no smiling or welcoming staff. The food was definitely nothing to shout about. The food is too expensive for what you get. The dining area looks nice, but is completely taken over by fruit flies in February, it's a mystery. They swarm all over the place when you sit there and they sat on the sofas, tables, by the microwave by the coffee, etc. unfortunately this is a sign that cleaning is not really existent. We went to the toilet 20 minutes after they had checked off their schedule that they had gone through the toilets. It was definitely not visible that they had been there. All the toilets were dirty, it had been many hours since the toilet seats had been dry, there was "lxxt" on the seats. They were dirty down the sides both outside and inside the toilet. The floor around the toilet was completely yellow with dirt. And the play area was not overcrowded that day. There were maybe 10 parent groups in total during the time we were there.

10/11/2025: Thorkilds is an excellent place, I got the Long Island, which has a water tank so you don't get dehydrated.

06/09/2025: We had a Margherita pizza, chicken rolls, and half a chicken. The chicken was good, but the chicken rolls could have used a bit more dressing and seasoning, and the salad was also good without any of it. Perhaps not quite what German tourists are used to. The pizza was really not good; the base, while thin, felt like cardboard, and the cheese seemed to be a cheap imitation cheese. It was absolutely useless, unfortunately. The staff was very friendly, though, and the wait time was acceptable given the busy times.

16/11/2025: Stayed there for 3 nights in the red house no. 5 and it smelled of mold and we had to drive home because it was too bad the exhaust ducts were not clean The food was ok but breakfast was poor Service was fine

07/10/2025: We had bought a deal with food and accommodation. Dinner was quite good; some seafood salad, pork cheeks and an excellent dessert. Drinks are expensive. The room was large, with a tiny toilet/bathroom. A small kitchen table where we could make our own coffee. A TV where everything other than DR costs money. Breakfast was very primitive, with bad juice. The best thing was actually the staff, who were all really nice

06/01/2026: Good sandwiches at a good price but above all very friendly staff. A bit rough environment, as it should be at a beer bar in Helsingör.

08/12/2025: We ordered food and waited over an hour but no food came despite several reminders. Apparently the kitchen had run out of food but no one on the staff thought it worth notifying us. No more visits for us here.

28/02/2026: It's always perfect and good food, some people say they're missing something on the menu, well I don't know what it should be, uh yeah Frisch and chips should probably be on it, or an insert in the folder and it's easy to make. But thank you for always good service and management

11/03/2025: All too sweet and all too wet. The balsamic is of the completely sugary kind. The filling had also slipped off during the transport home (has been put back on in the picture). Answer to their response: thanks, I think I'll try my luck elsewhere. There’s so many good options, and with both taste and presentation being off, this was it for me :-)

30/01/2025: A lovely place for a dinner that tastes good without being pretentious or taking up the whole evening. It combines a cozy and cool atmosphere that makes it nice to hang out, both for a quick bite or a longer meal.

17/10/2025: We got our food very quickly, but it was missing a pancake and even the pancake dish was NOT as described AT ALL. There were 2 tiny vanilla lumps with a splash of syrup on the plate. On the other hand, their sandwiches were super good.

04/10/2025: Add for an experience 🤮🤢 We read that it was fresh ingredients, but their Fish’n Chips were anything but fresh. The “fish” were partially frozen and their fries tasted like rancid fries. The poor waiter apologized and offered another round. My wife refused and I really should have too, because I had to give up eating it after a few mouthfuls and left the place with a sickening taste of fries in my mouth. We will never return so we were offered a free meal, ugh 😠

06/01/2026: The portion is very large, suitable for a hearty meal.

31/12/2025: Wasn’t very good food. The “vibe” inside is ok to say the least, yet it’s extremely hot upstairs. Bathroom is a major plus, yet the food didn’t live up to expectations unfortunately. The bread was like a tortilla, which marked the durum as a lesser experience here in Copenhagen.

20/09/2025: Tried to order at the bar. Bartender was more busy talking to female guests than doing his job. After being ignored for almost 20 minutes we decided to move on. Saturday night, September 20th.

04/10/2025: Amazing burger. The most damn good burger I've ever tasted! Makes me think of English breakfast!

13/01/2026: Large selection. Nice food for the price. It's not a culinary experience. Not the best pizzas I've ever had. It's quite nice for the price. The owner is nice and welcoming. The price matches the food you get. It's cheaper than others in the area. If it was 20% more expensive, I would buy somewhere else. But it's fine enough for me.

26/09/2025: Large selection - but the baker has dropped the salt jar in the dough.. It has gone completely wrong - if that is the norm, then it is very close to being harmful to health!
