26/02/2026: Nothing authentically Italian about the quality. We ordered 2 different pizzas. Even though it had slightly different ingredients they managed to taste exactly the same. The ingredients didn't seem fresh. Some of them tasted a bit weird, like they were canned vegetables. Anyway I got an absurdly sick stomach a few hours later, so we won't be back.

24/02/2026: I've eaten there a lot. Their "lago" pizza and their pizza with gorgonzola and parma ham are definitely recommended.

17/09/2025: I rarely write negative feedback, but my experience at this venue was deeply disappointing. After a long wait in line, I was dismissed with nothing more than a curt “go outside” and a dismissive gesture. There was no explanation, no courtesy, and no respect shown. The way guests are treated here creates a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere. Instead of hospitality, the vibe is arrogant and dismissive. A club should make people feel excited and included, not humiliated at the door. Unfortunately, this place left me with the impression that professionalism and basic respect for customers are not part of their culture. I cannot recommend this venue to anyone who values a positive and respectful nightlife experience.

28/08/2025: Very clean place with giant cappuccinos and a good selection of scones and cornetti. Very kind and friendly staff.

30/08/2025: If we could have given 0 stars, we would have. The service was terrible, we start by entering the restaurant and there are no people and one waiter is sitting on his computer and pretending like nothing happened. After 5 minutes of waiting, an employee comes out and we are served. When we finally get the food, it is not very tasty and on top of that, there is a long hair in one of the burgers, really bad experience we will not be back.

25/08/2025: Even though the restaurant was open, we waited a long time for the menu until I went to get it myself. The tables were extremely dirty, the chairs were broken with rusty nails, the food was okay, but the service was terrible... 🫤 The orange in the Aperol was dried out and puny. Incredibly bad...

15/10/2025: I got a chicken gyros menu. The gyros was pretty boring. Dry chicken not a lot of flavor. Also I asked for no tomatoes which they added anyways.

16/04/2025: I bought a log, it was very hard and the consistency and taste were like the snuffs from Bisca.

29/12/2025: Toasted crispbread with a little mixed - quite delicious chicken - but otherwise mostly genderless and drowned out by toasted crispbread. The coffee was good. A bit expensive; poor sandwiches, self-service and mediocre juice.

05/09/2025: The food we ordered was good and the beers excellent. The service could be improved; in my opinion, there shouldn't be any need to ask for cutlery and napkins; they should be brought with the order.

04/09/2025: Lived up to previous visits in every way. Bad ordering experience, slow, impersonal and unfriendly service - sick food. Sad that they take up so much space, in such a good location. Think it will be a few years before they see me again

29/03/2026: Last month, my wife and I visited Burger Mania, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. We ordered the chicken nachos, but what we received was far from what you’d expect. The plate was mostly filled with chips—hard, dry, and not very tasty. There was barely any cheese, and the amount of chicken was minimal. Instead of a well-combined dish, it felt like a random mix of separate components: plain chips, a little cheese, and some scattered chicken. It didn’t feel like nachos at all. What made it worse was that we couldn’t even finish a single plate between the two of us—it was that unappetizing. When the waiter asked for feedback, I shared my thoughts honestly. I mentioned that I had worked here before, and the nachos used to be much better. Considering the higher price now, the drop in quality is really disappointing. Overall, not worth the money, and definitely not the quality I expected based on past experience.
