26/12/2025: How the mighty have fallen. If this is the level McDonalds is delivering, their future is bleak. Food is abysmal, service is slow and inattentive, not clean, piles of boxes in the kitchen, food was packed by a three year old (or so it seemed). Stay as far away as you can.

24/08/2026: Ordered a falafel durum and had half a falafel in it. When I mentioned it he told me you pay 65, but what ?? put 2 falafels at least for that price and not half of one…

16/08/2026: Very rude service, he misunderstood our order and gave us something we didn’t order and when I asked him to change our food and give us what we ordered, he turned very agry and rude and pretended he didn’t understand me. We never got what we actually ordered. 100% not recommend this place

19/07/2026: Visited the cafe a few months ago and had a somewhat bad experience with the food and partly the service. We thought that everyone can have a bad day, so today we had booked a table for 3 people for a small lunch. When we arrived, the room was almost empty (maybe due to outdoor dining). One of the nice employees directed us to a 2-person table, where a 3rd seat was squeezed in. We asked if it was not possible to get a larger table, but were told that the new boss did not allow this. We then ordered our food and drinks, which were served quickly thereafter. Unfortunately, we had to admit once again that the food is obviously not a priority for the new boss. The 2 salads were ok, but no more. The 2 pieces of open sandwiches were gapingly boring. I think that the new boss might need a little inspiration, for example, a visit to Munkeruphus could be educational. Here they serve fantastic open sandwiches made from good ingredients, made with great love and care for their craft. It simply makes for happy and satisfied customers:-) It annoys me that a cafe in such a fantastic and lovely museum can't live up to the other high qualities of the place. But maybe the new boss just needs to find his feet?

01/09/2026: ​Very disappointing place. The party was advertised as a men-only fetish event, but the door policy made no sense. Men had to answer annoying test questions just to get in, while women were let inside with no questions asked. ​The staff at the door were rude, acting like they are above everyone else and behaving unprofessionally. It’s also unfair that people who bought tickets in advance get rejected at the door with no refund. On top of that, bringing political agendas into the entrance makes people feel unwelcome instead of creating a safe and fun party. ​Real fetish clubs in Berlin and Madrid know how to respect people. A real safe space means clear rules and good vibes inside, not rude games at the door. Save your money and go somewhere else

30/08/2026: I went to this club for Whipped x Eros Haven party. First it was not a Mens only party although the ads said it should be. 2nd, I didn't feel safe coming to this party at all. The host was wearing a Kaffeah and 2 huge Palestinian Flags at the entrance. That was not a friendly welcome for 2 gay Israeli couples that want to enjoy a gay party at Copenhagen. I wish the organisers took off political agendas aside and respect all people. When i told the reception i want a refund and i don't feel safe they said that this is my own problem.

07/04/2026: Ordered 2 large rooms over Wolt and was told it would be between 20:59 - 21:19 after waiting 30 minutes overtime I wrote to Wolt customer service where it was and they wrote they were closed and the pizzariat itself was responsible for delivery even though they had accepted the order and deducted the money I have nothing good to say

23/07/2026: Bagel was good size, ingredients fresh and tasty and staff positive and friendly. They made it fast.Great price/quality ratio. Will come again !

13/08/2026: The food was very good for the price, with a large selection of salads. The vegetarian options should have been clearly marked. Otherwise: a very good eggplant sauce and a delicious tabbouleh.

06/08/2026: The food did not seem fresh at all. Several dishes tasted as if they had been refrigerated for several days, and the quality was generally very poor. It honestly felt like a waste of money.

06/07/2026: I have otherwise been very satisfied with the service here. But today I had bought my coffee and my family had also bought cake and coffee. The clerk came and took their plate and cup when they were finished. But they stayed seated for a while afterwards. Then the clerk came back and said that we were sitting in the best seats without buying anything. I hadn't even finished my coffee. Besides, there were plenty of empty tables.

01/09/2026: Employees were yelling at each other in the kitchen to the point it was uncomfortable´θεθεσαφη My Sprite was half full and when I complained and asked for more I was laughed at and your employee spat in my Sprite but she was lovely so I give two stars

28/01/2026: Bought 2 Shrove Tuesday buns. They were not from the same day, even hardly from the day before. Poor quality, which should have been thrown out a long time ago. Unfortunately, it has been a long time since Søren was a guarantor of quality.

17/08/2026: I came here because my flight got delayed and I had a voucher from the airline to eat in selected places so I had nog big hopes but… For the price I paid, I am really dissapointed. The service was bad, no smile no hello no nothing, my server basically just pointed me to a table. It took ages for him to take the order while there were basically no other tables, maybe 2 or 3. my starter, the tartar, was bland, not bad but there was no seasoning. The burger was ok but not cooked medium-rare like I asked, it was medoum-well. A table next to me with another server that arrived while I was eating the main course got served the the burger and cleared way before mine(I was done eating before he got served), clearly his server paid more attention than mine. So overall, especially for the expensive prices, not a good an experience, I will not be back.
