05/04/2025: Was not allowed to rent "pool"! It's simply too bad. You then go to a bar to play pool and drink beer!! 0/5 from my side!

24/05/2025: Was amazed by rudeness of the staff. Came in to ask for coffee and sandwich. After “taking”my order the staff just proceeded to prepare it and I realized myself that the machine was ready for payment. I decided to take the seat and when my coffee was ready no one announced my name, it was just there. Same happened with sandwich. I said “thank you” and no one said even a word to me. It was h three young people “serving”, laughing loud, pushing each other and paying zero attention to customers. I work in customer service myself and to be honest in my company I can hardly imagine treating people like this. There should be a line.

04/04/2025: I usually never, and I really mean never, write reviews, but the customer service was horrible. Both workers were rude and dismissive. They ignored me for several minutes while I was waiting to have my order taken, and when my international card got denied, they clearly didn't want to help - literally told me to get out of the way so the other customer could order. Not sure if it's because I'm a student or because I'm a foreigner, but regardless, you don't treat people that way. 2 minutes later, the worker's tone is suddenly friendlier to the next customers - one can't help making assumptions as to why. Will not be coming back again. Unbelievably low standard for customer service and the quality of people working at this particular store.

08/08/2025: Lukewarm pizza delivered 37 minutes after promised delivery time.. forgot salad for the pizza, but it was delivered (that gives an extra star after all) You can save yourself a lot of trouble by ordering from somewhere else!

03/08/2025: Was told my order would be delivered at 6:55 PM. Normally I give them 10-15 minutes, I waited 20 minutes then I call and get told “it will take some time”. 1 hour after it was supposed to arrive I call again “he just drove”, 80 minutes after it was supposed to be here what I ordered arrives and it is not even what I ordered. I don't know if I should laugh at how strange this is and it is the first time I have ordered from them and probably the last.

19/08/2025: When you just close the store, customers drive in vain

07/07/2025: It was probably exactly as I expected - but maybe a little worse than that. Ordered brunch and a cappuccino, and the latter came first; tasteless, lukewarm and without foam. So the starting point was kind of in place. Here after a plate of things that looked and/or tasted like they had been in the fridge overnight - especially the butter had taken on color and flavor. The rye bread was dry and boring, the pancake was missing a liter of syrup, the yogurt was tasteless, the “scrambled eggs” came from an egg stand, the salad was sloppy, the pickled red onions were pale, which also only happens when it is not freshly pickled and the toppings were completely tired. The small sausage was actually the only thing where you thought that this, on paper, is a family-owned chain with a focus on raw materials - but it was probably just taken out of a bucket. It probably won't be a return visit.

14/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dear Marie Thank you for a heartwarming and special experience at Tranekær Slotskro. We were looking for a wonderful experience on Langeland and came across your inn. We ordered samosa and beef fillet with fried banana and salad. For dessert we had coffee and cake. We sat next to the most beautiful open fireplace, where the fire was warm. A real candelabra with three candles lit the table and created a cozy atmosphere. The food was really delicious and different, cake and coffee were also a tasteful experience. The icing on the cake was the energy and love that Marie and her daughter radiated. An African explosion of openness, warmth and joy of life - we left both full and full of love and good mood. A high recommendation from here - and remember dear guest: the energy you come in with also has a great impact on what experience you get ❤️

21/09/2025: While wondering what to eat in this city, where we were visiting as tourists, we entered this shopping mall very close to our hotel and stumbled upon this place. Although its name doesn't sound Turkish, the food was all Turkish, the variety was plentiful, and all the products were delicious. They also told us their meat was halal, so we ate it with peace of mind. I recommend it.

30/08/2025: I went to eat at your place in Fields today, which was unfortunately a really bad experience. It starts with your waiters walking around doing nothing, while my sister and I sit and wait for service. After 15 minutes I get up and ask for help. When we finally order, we are deeply disappointed with the buffet - almost all the dishes were cold, the bread was dry as sand, the fries were completely limp and unfinished, there were no signs in the buffet, so we couldn't see what each dish was (we are not from the Middle East, so we don't know your dishes). In addition, all the pizzas were unfinished, and there was a very poor selection of pizza for the first 20 minutes - only one cold pizza was left. Both my sister and I got an upset stomach from your buffet tonight. However, the cola and ice tea were really good😉 We expect to get our money back for this bad experience.

16/09/2025: When they first opened the shop, its name was Shamiyat and it resembled our country's sweets, but the last few times I bought it, it was inedible. It was all sugar on the solution. And the problem is, they put a quarter of it in pistachios and the rest in cashews because I was smoking outside and didn't see it. And a kilo for free is 290 hahaha. Next time I will melt a little sugar at home and drink it. It's better than all these lies.

13/04/2025: A member for about 40 years and was visiting today and wanted something to eat and ordered a club burger. I have never had such a bad meal. It was a small bun with a steak, a slice of tomato and a little cucumber, a little salad for over a hundred kroner, simply robbery. A burger is usually not a small bun but a meal and many times with fries.
