05/07/2025: Ordered online. Waiting time of 1 hour after it was supposed to be ready. Had ordered 2 pizzas and one was ready long before the baked one was even made. Several of us were waiting over 1 hour for food that was supposed to be ready. The regular pizza was cold and the baked one with spaghetti did not contain spaghetti but fettuccine instead. Was informed after almost an hour that they had run out of spaghetti, so I had to choose something else. However, I got my baked pizza when it was another customer who had to do without their baked pizza. There were 6 people in the kitchen and everyone was running around like headless chickens. Definitely not a place that I would recommend.

24/08/2025: Scam parking lot, you always have to check out via QR code - otherwise you get a fine!

04/08/2025: Yesterday I passed by Olga's. I wanted a cup of coffee. I think I've gone the wrong way, alone from the worn out shed that faces the parking lot. Filled garbage containers and in general a neglected place. Goes inside. A guy is sweeping. The interior is just as bleak as the outside. A mug of old coffee is burning on the coffee machine. At the same time, a customer kindly asks the young guy if he has hand soap for the toilet. No, he doesn't, he answers disinterestedly. The overall impression makes me want to go again. I don't feel like getting wet or dry in this place. So if you're going by ferry to Jutland, try to save your hunger, thirst and toilet visits for the ferry. At least there is soap in the toilets and good coffee.

02/08/2025: I am a regular customer at O Snacks, but at this branch the portions seem noticeably smaller than elsewhere. The sandwich I ordered on Saturday around 2pm was particularly small compared to what I usually get. I would appreciate more consistent portion sizes across branches. Thanks for looking into this.

01/08/2025: Damn bad style. Ordered a veggie burger on Wolt, but ended up not getting one. I then wrote to Wolt and they talked to the place and sent me a new one. GUESS WHAT!! It wasn't a veggie user either. If you want it, it should DEFINITELY NOT be from here!!!!! Now it's closed and therefore no food for me.

03/07/2025: Been coming here since I was a kid and it's always as expected. The food is good for the price and the place looks the same. It's a time warp, but we always have a good time and the service is nice and the price is extremely reasonable. Have used their takeaway many times also for guests.

21/06/2025: They have tightened up a bit since the last time we were there. We bought chinabox and this time there was more in it than last time, so now we are almost back to the good old level

13/09/2025: If you could give 0 stars, yes, they would have! This is for me a first timer: It is apparently forbidden to sit with a computer in this café. Not just inside, no, not even outside where I would have sat down to sit in peace and quiet with my coffee and read a little. The owner comes rushing out and asks me to pack my computer away without giving me a real explanation. What kind of place is this where you are not even allowed to sit with your laptop and work while drinking your coffee? I had bought both coffee and a crossfit, but apparently that was not enough. I was directly asked to pack my computer away if I had any hope of being there. This is extremely petty. If you run a café, you have to expect people to use it to sit and socialize, work or read. Otherwise, it just ends up as a coffee shop without customers!

05/09/2025: Expensive and poor quality. The sandwich was more like toast. And the iced coffee was a bit weak.

29/05/2024: There are 4 large pieces of glass in my spaghetti dish. I break glass in my mouth with my teeth. I call the restaurant to have him remove his aluminum trays or find the cause. The owner gets angry and denies that there could be broken glass in the food.

26/05/2024: The absolute most horrible takeaway I have tasted in a long time. The food was tasteless. It was like sticking your tongue out the window. The pasta was overcooked and soggy. We ordered three different pasta dishes and you couldn't taste the difference between them. I had ordered a pasta dish with prawns and pesto. There was none of it, instead I got a pasta that wasn't even on the menu. The place was dirty and unsanitary to look at.

17/09/2024: It's the worst I've ever experienced on the hill, the service consisted of a lady who tried to speak English, she couldn't understand we had ordered on the spot and said we were using Ældersagen. We wanted some dark beer, she didn't understand and I could go on like that. The torilets look like something that was a lie, it was so disgusting, so we used Bakken's torilets.

20/06/2025: The burger was a dry experience. The place was nice and clean.

06/06/2025: I ordered food from this restaurant via Wolt on Thursday, June 5th. When I received the food an hour later, the fries were unfortunately inedible — they were cold, overcooked, without salt, and seemed like they had been sitting out for a long time. I contacted Wolt and only got a response the next day. They offered 20% compensation, which I appreciate, but it didn't cover anywhere near the cost (155 DKK) of the fries. The restaurant offered to make new fries, but since this was only suggested the next day, I wanted my money back instead. After that, the conversation on their part stopped, and I was simply transferred to another Wolt employee without any further resolution. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant if you expect freshly prepared food and good customer service in case of errors.

27/08/2025: The vegan poke was HORRIBLY salty. Couldn’t even eat half of it. Do not give your money to these people.

19/08/2025: I ordered a prawn poke bowl and it was delicious!!! The prawns are very tender, warm and tasty. The dish is not dry at all, there is a lot of rice, delicious pickled ginger, enough sauce. Yes, the price may be overpriced, but for such a crowded place it is normal. The service is fast

23/08/2025: Insanely high prices, compared to what you get for them. 160kr for a piece of rye bread with cold cuts. Unfortunately also a bit Dirty glasses

13/08/2025: Nice service even though the kitchen was about to close, cheerful, fresh and smiling innkeepers. I, who am used to cooking, really like the absolutely homemade meatballs with potato salad which was seasoned with mustard. And a vinegar dressing for the salad. And yes you get full😀 thanks for the food

20/09/2025: Everything went wrong. They had booked our group of 17 incorrectly. The food was below average. There were not enough glasses. The staff tried, but there was a lack of an adult.

02/07/2025: I ordered a small Americano yesterday - it was nowhere near having seen a coffee bean. I have no doubt that the staff make the coffee as they have been instructed - so the management has decided to use as few beans as possible to "optimize" - then it is just false marketing to call it coffee - besides the fact that it is far from what other Starbicks deliver... Grab an Americano at McD - it is 18 kr. cheaper and it tastes the least bit like coffee.

11/05/2025: I found a worm in my drink and it was really unacceptable. Also, the chocolate cake didn't taste good - I regretted ordering it. I expect better quality from Starbucks.

02/09/2025: The worst pizza I've ever eaten. The crust was mediocre, the sauce was ugly and spicy (it looked like tomato puree), there was little cheese, and the other ingredients were scarce. We ordered a pizza with mushrooms, and it had at most seven slices on the whole pizza. The service, at least, was okay. The prices were on par with other places that sell good pizzas.

20/08/2025: Probably the worst pizza you can get in your life, an insult to Italy, not even mentioning the price... Shameless

21/07/2025: Expensive pizzas with poor filling. Charge for a paper bag. Small boring pizzas. 25 kr for tzatziki which is so tiny.. Order somewhere else and get something for your money
