18/09/2025: Today, September 18, 2025. at 5:45 PM.. I was at the cafe expresso house city 2. The girl with the scarf works there. She was so rude and aggressive with us. First of all, she won't serve me coffee in one go because she has to leave in half an hour!! Second, she follows me and my fiance and yells at us in front of everyone Heyyy you have to clean up your table!!!! I answer what??? She comes like a gangster and yells again!! Yes... Now you have to clean up. I say No. Why? You work in the cafe and that's your job. She answers No... You clean up. So she calls security and he was a nice man who could tell how rude the way to talk to him and to us as customers. I have never experienced such stupid employees in this cafe. .. expresso house in City 2. I would really like the owner to know what she is doing there.

12/09/2025: Worst coffee shop ever… I wouldn’t go again and thank you so much to the girl who gives me unnecessary attitude without any concerns and make my sandwich extra hot… 👎

25/08/2025: The worst highway food I've ever tasted and the smallest portion for the most money. Completely gone!

16/08/2025: DKK 185 for a dry burger and then you have to buy extra dipping on top, not worth the money, probably will never come again

03/07/2025: Not only did it take over an hour for one of my pizzas to be delivered, I got the wrong order. I had ordered without tomato sauce and then with mascarpone instead but it was with tomato sauce.. not only that, the middle of the pizza was completely wet and separated from the pizza, when it was wet the pizza tray itself was also wet and was about to fall off when I lifted it and then the ham had the strangest color. One last thing was that I had asked them not to knock since it was late and just leave the order outside the door.. they knocked hard on the door anyway.

21/08/2025: It has become really bad, overcooked steaks with no flavor and then a clammy taste of burnt onions. Not recommended!!!

12/08/2025: The clerk was quite rude. The steak sandwich is also not as good as it was a few years ago.

13/08/2025: Completely surprising how disgusting it was ordered a margareta got crispbread but tomato sauce NOT RECOMMENDED!

02/08/2025: The worst restaurant I've ever been to in my life. I only ate one bite of my spaghetti and left. I'm so sorry I hadn't read the reviews before. When you hear the microwave go off and your meal is ready in less than 2 minutes, there's no question about it. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to throw up that same evening. Good luck to the daredevils, this restaurant deserves a spot on the show "Kitchen Nightmares."

10/09/2025: We have used them for many years. 2 machines and lots of coffee. Unfortunately I have found that they are good at selling but poor service (0) if you are unlucky enough to buy a machine with a congenital defect. So now it's over.

11/08/2025: Bought an espresso pot to give as a gift. Tried to exchange for another pot from Rigtig Kaffe, but gave up because their process is so cumbersome.

15/05/2025: The only good thing about the canteen is the cinnamon sticks for 16kr Everything else is incredibly bad Moon had already eaten all the food before I arrived I was shouted at for taking too long

04/12/2024: Was looking forward to eating here, booked for 11am for when it opens, got there at 11am and the place was locked up and closed, peered through the window and the place looked dirty and disorganised with chairs and rubbish bags scattered around, stood around for about 15mins to no avail then decided to head elsewhere

16/07/2025: Really bad experience with Uptown. Bad service, unpleasant and rude delivery guy, delivered the wrong pizza and wouldn't fix it, bad and tasteless food. Absolutely no recommendation from here!

15/07/2025: I am writing to complain about a very disappointing experience we had with a pizzeria recently. We ordered food and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes, but the food never arrived. When we called to find out where it was, we were first told that it had “run out”. Later, when we called again, we were suddenly told that the order had not been made at all. This is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had problems. In previous orders, parts of the order have been missing, and when we have tried to point this out, we have been met with a rude and angry employee who refused to take responsibility and simply said that “it was included”. This is simply too bad

05/06/2025: 0/5!!!! -100/5!!!! THE WORST SERVICE AND TASTE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! So, this was the worst experience i’ve ever had with ordering sushi. I’ve waited 40 minutes for a delivery, was searching for a delivery guy on the street for like 30 minutes. Before this I called the restaurant like 20 times, half of them they didn’t even answer, other times a person who answered didn’t even speak english, even a little bit, i tried using danish, just to explain what happened, and I think it was successful, like basic explanation, but the person on the phone was keeping telling me something in danish while talking with someone else , maybe her colleague . So i hang up and then tried to call again like 5 times until someone answered AND FINALLY HAS SPOKEN ENGLISH!!!! but they didn’t help me at all, all they said “wait, order was given to delivery, we cannot follow it” and that’s it. i’ve waited for another 15 minutes on the street, searching for a delivery guy, until he called from a place that was like 500 metres away from the place that i put as a delivery address! PLUS the guy didn’t speak English at all, he just said the name of a place near which he was standing and I was supposed to find him myself, only by 3 words that he was able to tell me on the phone. AND mind you, it was like 23 o’clock, and I am 17!!! So i don’t know how, but I found him, took my order AND THE WORST THING IS THAT IT WAS THE WORST SUSHI THAT I HAVE EVER TRIED😭😭😭 the fish tasted like it was expired, too salted, the pieces were falling apart and they were extremely small!!! i paid 230 dkk, of course i wasn’t expecting the best quality, but not rotten fish and terrible ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service!!!!! NEVER ORDER HERE!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!!!
