16/09/2023: Delicious food of the highest quality. Friendly and fast service. Very good mussels, among the best I have ever tasted. A chance discovery on this small island that is definitely worth a visit and a lunch break. Absolutely recommended.

29/08/2023: Fantastic place. Everything works. The music, the food, the wine, the beer, the owner, the chef, the decor. A place where there is an eye for detail and a love for the beautiful things in life. My new favorite place! Highly recommended from here.

10/03/2025: I have just been served a Caesar salad in which there were 2 balls with mud in them. I only noticed it when I had eaten a lot of the salad. We approached the owner who reacted super unpleasantly and would not give us the money back or a new salad. It was very clear that the mud/dirt came from not having washed the lettuce properly. The lumps were big enough that you could easily have gotten sick from eating them. I have rarely received such good service. Of course mistakes can happen, but then they offer a new one or the money back. Never again will I set foot here.

02/01/2025: I always eat my chili con carne from zhabas. Can really be recommended. Also their buns. I lived next to it on Ryesgade and it was also nice to sit and enjoy a coffee there.

20/11/2025: Cozy local bar in the middle of Grindsted. Every time you come to La Flamme, you end up talking to people you don't know and everyone is always happy.

19/08/2025: We found hair in the strawberry ice cream and took it to the person who works there.. she says that from the color she could tell that the hair belonged to the person who makes the ice cream in the morning. We got another round and we chose strawberries and got a new box.. this time there was hair in the hazelnut and we gave up... never again ice cream from there.. The store in Reberbansgade

31/07/2025: Very large balls, bought two in a waffle and it's more than enough for one person 💪🏼

12/10/2025: Friendly service. If they say large fries, they're big! One large fries is roughly 3-4 servings. Burgers are freshly prepared.

16/08/2025: Expect at least a 45-minute wait. Staff are completely overwhelmed, even though the place is 25% full. Adjacent tables have been sitting with old dishes for 60 minutes. After we asked when our food would arrive, we were told that a burger would take longer (over 45 minutes), and we were given a burger that was overcooked. Please work on your service and staff.

03/04/2026: Absolutely terrible food. It tastes terrible. How can you order a pizza with garlic and chili pepperoni and meat sauce and it only tastes like tomato paste. It's just such a miserable place. It's probably the worst shit food on Amager.. it's food straight to the trash or for the dog. I complained about this to Wolt yesterday but they apparently have such bad taste at Martins that they think their dog food is okay
