10/09/2023: Decent overall, but big flaw was that the fish had an unchewable membrane inside that should’ve obviously been cut away. It was there through all pieces of the roll, and was clearly visible from the outside. Gives an impression that they’re trying to utilize every single bit of fish although the quality doesn’t justify it (food waste minimization is of course great)

17/10/2025: Dear Sawasdee, The food is fantastic as always, I have ordered from you every time it is on takeaway as you make the best food in Hørsholm without comparison. But unfortunately the last 3 times I have ordered from you, my order has been wrong. I have noticed that there is a very big change in staff in front of house, and I also completely agree that it can be very stressful on a weekend evening and having to take so many orders. But it has started to be quite annoying to get the wrong order again and again. Would it be possible to create a function on your website where you are allowed to order online, that way it can only be your fault if the order is wrong, rather than confusion/wrong orders occurring when you call and order. All the best, A huge fan of your taste experience, but not so big a fan of the service here at the moment.

17/08/2024: The chicken thigh and aioli were the best thing on the menu. Unfortunately, the remaining pieces of chicken were dry and the fries had no salt at all. Unfortunately for us it was not worth the money. However, the host was friendly and polite.

24/06/2025: After several visits to KN2 Pizza, we unfortunately have to admit that there are a number of things that disappoint us as customers. Here are some of the most important points that drag down our experience: 1. We have experienced several times that the pizza bases are not baked properly. It is a basic part of a pizza, and it is disappointing that it happens repeatedly. 2. Having to pay 10 kr. for dressing seems unreasonable when it is a small cost for you as a business. It would be a better experience for customers if it was either included in the price of the pizza or just part of the service. 3. When you pay extra for dressing, you expect an appropriate amount. I think it is a slightly unreasonable dressing painting that I have been given on my pizza. Cute idea with a little flower on it, but for comparison there is much less dressing on one pizza than on the other (see the pictures) :(((. 4. When you order online, it says, for example, "Pizza Kosantina – 69 kr." But that is only the price for a children's pizza. The regular pizza costs 85 kr, which only appears later. It smells a bit like 'let's trick people into clicking and hoping they don't notice until they've paid'. I don't think that the majority of people who visit your website want to know first what a children's pizza costs. It would be much more transparent and credible if you showed the correct price from the start. 5. Your flyers promise "up to 25% discount the first time you order online and always 13%", but the real discount is only 13% even the first time you order online. This seems like a deliberate strategy to lure customers in, which feels dishonest. Furthermore, the discount only covers the cost of the dressing, which we used to get for free when we ordered in person. Why is there no real benefit to ordering online when that is what you promise? 6. It is also a bit disappointing that there is only one vegetarian pizza (besides the Margarita) on the menu – and it is honestly the most boring pizza in the world (mushroom, tomato and green pepper). There are only two things that could make it worse: artichokes and gorgonzola. It would be a big improvement to add just one more exciting vegetarian pizza, so that vegetarian customers do not feel like it is a punishment for wanting to avoid meat, but actually feel valued as a customer. Inspiration can be found, for example, in competitors such as Guy’s Pizza, which offers a lot of more exciting vegetarian options. Overall, we unfortunately feel that it is expensive and does not meet expectations. There are also several things that make us feel pawned as customers – which is not acceptable. We have given KN2 Pizza many chances, but now we unfortunately have to say stop. We hope you will take this feedback into account you and improve the customer experience in the future. Update 24/06/25: We made the mistake of giving KN2 Pizza another chance. 85 kr. + 10 kr. for dressing, i.e. 95 kr. for a pizza may not sound completely absurd, but we also got a shock the last time we ordered a pizza for 85 kr. and wanted cocktail sausages and dressing on it. Because we had to pay 20 kr. for some cocktail sausages and 10 kr. for dressing, i.e. a very ordinary pizza, which neither thought nor love has been put into, for 125 kr.?! That's too crazy. That's what a well-made pizza costs at an Italian restaurant? The quality here is not up to par at all.

10/06/2025: It seems to be good ingredients, and the bread is definitely really good - chewy and flavorful, so it indicates both good time and fairly good flour. Unfortunately, they have misunderstood the concept of deep pan pizza, and instead make pan deep bread with toppings. So, 2-3 cm bottom is a strong guy, and it will be somewhat dry without the "deep" filling. In the same way, a "half-baked" turns out to be, well, almost, an oblong bread, with a slit, where a little cheese, etc. is necessarily placed. A more accurate sign would probably be Star Backery Ryomgård, but we are different, and there are probably some who like it that way. Hygiene is a strange thing, because it's surprising that you keep the place neat, tidy and clean, and with fine alcohol at the entrance, when you have to watch the sniffling french fry packer stand and wipe her nose in the palm of her hand, repeatedly, without washing her hands, without alcohol, and afterwards touch the french fries I was supposed to eat directly. Adrv, it was just disgusting, and tells me that hygiene may not be a priority. If you haven't learned that you shouldn't use your hand for snot, and also to wash your hands, then you shouldn't work with food. I hope I never experience something like that again.

08/06/2025: very tasty and good food! We have tried bacon cheese burger and rullekebab. the size and meat quallitty surprised in a good way! We will come back there for sure
