22/09/2025: A little off the beaten track, Mangholm is beautifully situated in the autumn sun. It's cozy and nice here. The restaurant is located in a newly renovated cowshed, which is cozy with comfortable furniture and a good atmosphere. And then you get some really delicious seasonal food.

28/04/2025: There were a few staff members who were kind, professional, and wonderful. However on one occassion, I got horribly ripped off from a rather grumpy and apathetic employee. I asked for two (quite expensive) red bull vodkas. She seemed perplexed as to how to make them and proceeded to put such a comically small amount of vodka that it would have been debatable whether the drink would be considered haram. 🤷♂️

18/02/2026: I was looking for the dish of the day in Viborg and came across this little gem. I drove there and got the warmest welcome from Frank and got exactly what I was looking for... the dish of the day with a + on it. Family friendly food, with love. At a price that invites you not to drive by, but to come in and say hello.
The homely cosiness made me stop by 2 days in a row, as for the menu in the cafeteria, there is healthy, unhealthy and today's. A warm recommendation from here.

29/11/2025: We had a lovely lunch at Gustav Lind! Due to the Christmas market at Trapholt, the restaurant was very busy, and there was therefore a bit of a wait. However, the waiters were incredibly skilled at running fast and ensuring the best possible experience for the guests.
The menu was simple, the food was exquisite, and there is a lovely view from the dining area. All in all, a great experience that gets my warmest recommendations.
13/08/2025: Ordered 2 salads. Boring grilled heart lettuce and canned beans. Lack of flavor and the flavors didn't go together. Couldn't eat the dish.
Very expensive. We didn't want anything but tap water and had to pay 25 kr per person for this despite 170 kr for a salad for lunch.
Was shown a table quite quickly but then a long wait for ordering and food. Can't recommend eating here but probably fine with a cup of coffee after visiting the museum.

27/07/2025: Maden var meget lækker, fik et meget godt stjerneskud, men blev godt nok betjent af en utroligt flabet mandlig tjener.
Service skal man gå længe for, for at finde her.
