21/11/2025: First time I visit piatto pizzaria, unfortunately my pizzas were a little late, but never mind that can happen, on the other hand I got the opportunity to experience their service level and regardless of who came in and how busy they were, they were super accommodating.
I also got a nice apology for the delay and he was even so generous as to sign off with two sodas.
The food was delicious and the service excellent, well the first time I was there, but definitely not the last time.

13/11/2025: I was greeted by an employee sitting there looking down at her phone. It took a few tries to get her attention, and unfortunately she forgot to wash her hands before she started preparing the food.
I ordered a kebab roll, which tasted okay, but resulted in a bout of food poisoning.
I used to think they cooked good food, but unfortunately the quality and hygiene have deteriorated significantly over time. I won't be back.

19/12/2025: 3 out of 3 food was cold 2 out of 3 dishes were not what was ordered and you are just told they can't do anything about it
27/07/2025: We ordered a pizza, the dough was very good, nice and crispy. I know pepperoni is greasy, but it was dripping. There were two of us, so the server could have brought another plate, but it was still tasty. The prices are very good, I recommend it.

11/01/2026: I have eaten here a lot but it is over now. I have never had such a dry and boring chicken. It seemed like it had been in the fridge for days and had just been heated in the microwave. The meat itself had a yellowish dry crust.
Really disappointing meal

01/08/2025: Absolutely pathetic service!!! Never going to buy from them again. Liars delivered food 40 mins after expected time. Called in 3 times and each time they said food was sent and my house was 10 mins from the place. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 i repeatedly told them kids are hungry and be honest with us.
27/07/2025: If you see ‘ham’ in the menu as a part of pizza you can’t see real ham in the pizza in the end. But we got free ice cream :)
