14/08/2025: Seriously the slowest joe&the juice I've ever been to! 45 min waiting time at a club in a café with 7 people where 4 have already had theirs. They whispered my name when the sandwich was finally ready and it was the worst joes club I have tasted in a long time.

10/08/2025: Served with a backwards cap and a slightly dirty t-shirt. Bread rock hard and didn't seem freshly made. Complaining about being run over by customers. It's just not good enough for that price. I've only had good experiences with this place. But today Sunday I wasted my money.

07/02/2024: We got the most wonderful burgers and chicken via Wolt. It tasted absolutely fantastic.

02/08/2025: Vi spiste frokost på Mash og valgte deres burger – og det var helt klart en god beslutning! Burgeren var super lækker, saftig og perfekt tilberedt med masser af smag. Til prisen var det virkelig et godt måltid, og vi gik derfra både mætte og tilfredse. Et klart anbefalelsesværdigt sted til en god frokost i hyggelige omgivelser.

30/12/2024: I have rarely experienced such abysmal customer service as I was met with at Joe & The Juice. My experience was nothing short of disastrous, and I am appalled by the level of indifference and rudeness that was displayed. When I entered the café, I was ready to order and expect the smiling and quick service that one would expect when visiting a café. But no – instead I was ignored for a full six minutes. Six minutes, during which four employees stood around doing absolutely nothing but talking and laughing with each other. Not one of them took the time to acknowledge my presence, as if I were invisible. When I was finally allowed to order, it took them an incomprehensible long time to make a simple juice and sandwich. There was no rush, no queue, no apologies – just a shocking lack of efficiency and respect for the customer’s time. And for what? A mediocre juice and a sandwich that could just as easily have been made in a supermarket. I can safely say that I will never step foot in that hole again. If Joe & The Juice wants to keep their customers, they should seriously consider training their staff on what proper customer service means. As a customer, you should feel welcome and appreciated – not an annoying interruption in the socializing of the employees. Shame on you, Joe & The Juice. You get one star – and that’s only because I can’t give zero!!😡😡😡😡😡
