06/02/2025: There's pizza, and then there's that pizza. The kind of pizza that's not just food, but an experience. A life-changing journey for the taste buds. And the pizzeria we're talking about here doesn't just make good pizza—it makes the best pizza in the world. If you could move in there, I'd have moved by now. So one night my friend and I decided to make a pilgrimage to this temple of culinary perfection. It was a 40-minute drive, but it was worth it. There was one detail, though, that we hadn't considered: On the way, we drank a booster. And as everyone knows, a booster has a side effect that's as certain as gravity—it makes your bladder go from "perfectly fine" to "I'm going to explode in three minutes" in record time. So when we finally arrived at the pizzeria, we weren't just hungry—we were desperate for a bathroom. Luckily, they had one. Unfortunately, one of the employees had gotten there first. "That's fine," we thought optimistically. "How long can it take? 5 minutes? 10 max?" But the minutes ticked by. Five turned into ten. Ten turned into twenty. Our pizza dough rose faster than the situation we had found ourselves in. Thirty minutes passed. We considered our life choices. Forty minutes. At this point, we could have seriously driven all the way home and peed in comfort. But no, we sat there, ate our pizza, went to Netto, considered our existence – and he was still in there. Finally, after what felt like an entire feature film, the man came out. We still don't know what happened in there, but we have our theories. Maybe he had fallen asleep? Maybe he was fighting an internal battle we don't understand? Or maybe he just had a booster in there. But one thing is for sure: the pizza was still worth it. 🍕🔥

09/12/2024: Rehabilitation/physiotherapist experience: an extremely positive and professional experience meeting Ulla for a rehabilitation start-up meeting of almost 1 1/2 hours. She was very thorough, caring and listening from start to finish. Couldn't have asked for more. Truly a wonderful experience 💚

09/12/2024: Was referred for rehabilitation at the Training and Rehabilitation Center in Lyngby Taarbæk municipality by Herlev Hospital after a femur fracture. Had an appointment with Ulla who was really skilled and professional. She took the time to understand my needs and where I was after my surgery. She provided training plans and went through exercises with me. It was a completely positive experience and I can only recommend this training center for rehabilitation after surgery if Ulla's colleagues are half as good as she is. I look forward to my rehabilitation for the next 2 months with them as a partner.
