07/09/2024: Efter 1 1/2 times venten og maden ikke var dukket op, efter gentagende henvendelser til tjenerne og hvordan det gik med vores mad og at vi havde en bagkant. Vi endte med at gå uden at se noget til vores mad.

03/05/2024: We found the Salinaz while strolling through Odense's lovely cobbled street, Vintapperstræde. The menu sounded appealing and in we went, not knowing that we had just made the best decision we could have made, even after thorough research. We ordered a tenderloin and a ribeye steak with a variety of fries and dips (the aioli dip was to die for!). Both steaks were cooked to perfection and deliciously tender. The ribeye in particular was sublime. With our drinks, we received an unexpected complimentary starter to share, which was also delicious. Minor critique: although ordered together, I would have expected to receive the drink first and the beer later. Both arrived together shortly after ordering. All in all, a wonderful meal with lovely staff in a very nice ambiance. When I am back in Odense one day, the place for dinner is already set.

20/12/2024: This little bakery is one of the coziest spots in town. We've bought bread, pastries, and other items here pretty regularly since we moved to the area in March of 2024. They always have a lovely selection. The staff are very helpful and kind. The bakery has usually been busy when we've visited, but not so busy that you can't order and receive your items quickly. They seem to have the steady flow of patrons down to a fine science. Definitely worth stopping in for a delicious treat!

13/07/2024: Very tasty treats, we tried small baked strawberry things and they were amazing, not too sweet and very juicy. Definitely recommended when you are in the area.

11/08/2024: I am giving 5 stars but i am not happy for following reasons: 1. There is no chicken as ingredient. 2. Their opening time is so short while on weekends, they are mostly fully booked. 3. There's almost no ingredients left in the shop to add to the pizza. Hope the owner changes things here. Risskov ILD pizza is always busy and profitable. You need to make it easy for customers.

18/10/2024: Clearly Denmark's worst baker. Everything is poor, the rum balls taste disgusting, everything is disgusting in texture, his rolls are drier than rusks

20/08/2024: I am amused by the horrified reviews from people who apparently didn't know what they were getting into until beforehand. I mean, the place screams 80s, time warp and old routines. I can easily talk about sourdough pastries from Andersen, Juno, Alice and Hart in Copenhagen, but none of them offer what Thorsen offers; a bit of the old days. The bread should preferably be weighed on a gram scale, smeared with Kærgården butter or 3-star salami and slathered in the corner of the mouth. And the dear baker Thorsen is based on those parameters. When reviewers write about 'Denmark's worst baker', it is because baker Thorsen is probably the last one left of his kind. When Thorsen turns the key, it is a farewell to a simpler time, where everything does not have to be measured and weighed and accounted for. I recommend visiting Bager Thorsen for the total experience of the 80s baker.

09/06/2025: Nog nooit in Denemarken geweest dus wel even wennen aan van alles. Het hotel ligt midden in de stad en het was even zoeken waar de auto kon staan. De entree doet echt ouderwets aan en heeft pure klasse. De lift is wat verouderd maar werkt prima. De kamer is wel wat krap maar voor één nacht geen probleem. Het bed ligt zalig en het sanitair is goed. Dineren is een feestje en ook het ontbijt is uitstekend.

06/06/2025: Middelmådig mad til høje priser. Ingen smil eller service ved betjeningen. De virkede alle pænt trætte af deres job. De var hurtige til at fjerne tallerkener efter hovedretten, men efter en time var vi endnu ikke blevet tilbudt dessertkort, kaffe eller mere at drikke. Kartoffelbådene var tydeligt direkte fra pose og i frituren. Sovsen var ikke hjemmelavet osv.

03/07/2025: Was supposed to get her food at 5:30 PM and turned around in 14 minutes, it's not okay to get a pizzaria and it was a Thursday, I'll find somewhere else next time
