29/05/2025: Muy buen lugar, habitaciones limpias, servicio muy bueno, personal agradable, señora muy agradable llamada Ira en el desayuno. Era muy agradable. Nada era un problema para ella. Espero que los gerentes en Richmond lean comentarios y le den una paga extra.

24/05/2025: Increíble desayuno, gran variedad de pan fresco, embutidos e incluso salmón ahumado danés / arenque. Además, el personal ha sido muy servicial y amable.

24/03/2026: We had car trouble and urgently needed accommodation, and this place was right near the garage and even reachable by phone at 10 pm. We got a room for the night right away. There was no staff on site, but that didn't bother us. After the stress with the car and the tow truck, we were glad to have some peace and quiet. We received the room number by text message, and the key was already in the door. The room is simply furnished, just like in the pictures online (unfortunately, I didn't take any of my own 😞). It has everything you need: a lovely, super comfortable, large bed with fresh linens, a table with chairs, a TV, and a nice bathroom with two clean towels per person and two small tubes of shampoo and shower gel per person. We felt very comfortable and found the room very nice and clean.

04/10/2025: A nice place to drink your coffee and eat a homemade bun with something or other. I often come there with different friends and acquaintances, most of the time it's a really good and pleasant experience. There have been several different people who have served us in the coffee shop, but I do have a few comments about the young man who is currently there and has been there for a while. He doesn't seem particularly enthusiastic about his work. Not because he doesn't do or say the right things, but his attitude and charisma often seem like he's tired of the customers. Yesterday morning, Friday, October 3rd, he was also at work. His clothes, which are of course a matter of taste, are perhaps a bit too youthful, when I think about the audience in Magasin, he was a bit undressed and didn't seem particularly suitable for a place with food, but what was worst was that he had headphones on for the 2 hours we were there. His AirPods were dangling with wires, so it made him seem like he wanted to be somewhere else. This is not the first time that he seems and exudes the same attitude. His words are ‘correct, but his attitude seems irritated, and that he is a little tired of the customers both in his style and sometimes also in his answers if you ask him something. It has always been nice and is usually nice to come in there, but he seems like he should be somewhere else in many ways!

15/09/2025: This cafe is attached to a bookstore on the third floor of the Copenhagen department store, MAGASIN DU NORD. The bookstore had a stylish selection of books, including Japanese recipe books and lovely Nordic hardcover books, which you can use as accent pieces in your room after reading. The cafe offers several types of coffee and bread, and I had a croissant. It was a delicious croissant with a fragrant butter flavor, and the coffee was also great. I went around noon, but it was a bit busy, so it's best to go with plenty of time. There is also an eat-in area where you can relax and enjoy your coffee.
