02/08/2025: So sad about the strategy Nespresso has chosen, I bought 2 Vertuo machines some time ago, when I needed to buy capsules I shopped in Rødovre or Lyngby which worked fine, now they have chosen to close their stores on Zealand so I have to drive +100km (50 km each way) to pick up coffee, the store in Copenhagen city is good but is located on a very busy street and it takes me about 1.5 hours each way. The store in Fields is a disgrace, the teenagers standing there know nothing about customer service, Saturday August 2nd around 5pm I go in to buy coffee there are 3 people working and a customer in the store besides me, one employee takes the customer another puts the item in place and the last one is counting coins, I watch this for about 5 minutes and then tell my wife that we can shop first and come back later, as we leave the store my wife turns and sees that the employee is looking after us and laughing at the other one who is putting the item in place. It is possible that we have misunderstood the situation. When I come back an hour late, there is an employee with a customer, another employee is standing with his phone when he sees me he puts the phone down and goes back to putting the item in place, after 10 minutes of waiting I simply lose patience and start to discourage the customer in the store from buying the machine he is looking at because of the difficulties I am experiencing myself, when the conversation turns to the poor service the employee suddenly gets the good idea to ask the employee putting the item in place if he would like to serve me. It is the same pattern every time I shop in Nespresso fields unprepared employees who should not be in a profession that requires customer contact. I have experienced several days of waiting when I order online, so I will never shop there, I think a business like Nestlé should be able to do better. One of my machines broke after 6 months I got a new one sent and return packaging for the defective one, really a good experience. The coffee is good the only reason I am still trying to get it to work. I simply don't understand why you go to such lengths and at the same time make it so difficult for your customers 🥲 Mvh

14/05/2025: Stopped by on the afternoon of May 14th and the woman who served me had super good customer service. Really friendly and answered my many questions. Huge kudos to her.

06/08/2024: Terrible service. Can't deliver at the agreed time through JustEat so I'm canceling the order. The site recommends Wolt, "which is much faster" even though the price is almost 50% more expensive. So if you want to have their offer, you either have to wait much longer than advertised, or pay much more than advertised. Cheats, cheats, cheats and false marketing!

01/08/2025: Maden var fremragende! Vi spiste der to aftener i streg, og var begge gange blæst fuldstændig bagover hvor godt det var! Servicen og var også helt i top.

29/07/2025: Vi fik et stjerneskud, det var lækkert og kostede 310 kr. Måske lidt i den dyre ende selvom det var godt. Hertil en flaske riesling til 475 kr, hvilket var helt absurd og ude af proportioner. Den var 100 kr. værd. Der er nødt til at være lidt ræson i tingene. Vi kommer ikke igen.

19/07/2024: Vi besøgte ishuset mange gange. Lækre gammeldagsis, softice, churros og rigtig god kaffe. Særligt kendt for deres lækre guf!

06/07/2024: Guffen smager rigtig dejligt og man er ikke i tvivl om at den er hjemmelavet. Selve isen er der ikke det store at sige om andet end jævnt kedelig!
