20/06/2024: Beliebter Hotspot der dänischen und auswärtigen (Hotel)-Gäste. Mit Andrang ist zu rechnen, ebenso mit hohen Preisen…. Herausragend gute Backwaren, salzige Spezialitäten der Smoerbroed Richtung und feine warme Küche. Sehr schwach: die Kaffee-Qualität Sehr ansprechendes, fast festliches Ambiente.

17/05/2024: Amazing rye bread sandwiches filled with delicious vegetables. The bread in their rye sandwiches is completely unique and incredibly delicious. You can really taste that they use the best ingredients. Highly recommended

26/09/2025: Let it be without sin, cast the first stone. The 2 stars 🌟🌟. Given for two people with their hearts in the right place. Normally I would give 4, but the other 2, let me down when I needed them the most! Need them 😌. The one and biggest star goes to full-time employee Jan ❤️. He has always been there for me, for others and his light shines through. He has never judged anyone and treated everyone equally and with respect. An extremely rare experience, so for that, I am grateful. The second star given is to chef Johnny. He manages to create joy and light around him, both through his incredibly delicious food, filled with passion and love and then he brings light and stands for authenticity! Take good care of these two stars warm room❤️🌟❤️🌟. All the best to you 🍀

22/02/2025: Normally an ok chain but today I got a really dry and small frog snapper. Despite I asked for a snazzy one. Practice Update: today 22.2 I got a cinnamon stick and a raisin bun which was dry (looked like it was from yesterday). That was the last time :-)

22/05/2024: This place looks good, staff were friendly, food was good in general. Even when we informed that we found hair on one of our dessert, they quick to remove replaced it with a new set. Sadly, it ended there. Unsure if the payment machine used was faulty or just our luck, it showed different results- pending on our side and failed on theirs. Upon checking the receipt that showed failed, card number do not tally. But staff (young lady glasses) was not very pleasant with her words. Had observed earlier that she seemed unhappy (or that could be her default expression) when she served us. She challenged when we showed transaction as pending on our side, and even demanded for our physical card as proof that the card numbers are in fact different. It was only after seeing our card that she toned down a bit but still insisted that we make payment despite us saying it’s pending. After few minutes, our acc showed rejected and when we wanted to make payment, she informed that her paywave system has issues and request for another payment mode, which we obliged. All in all, the food was worth returning, but with the kind of service we got, it’s a definite NO.

15/01/2025: A terrible experience. I had ordered two Sri Lankan Spring Rolls and was greeted by a pancake filled with potatoes and something that resembled small pieces of beef the size of a needle's eye. I complained about the food and wanted my money back, I didn't get that (that would have avoided this review. In return, I got a response that "they were Sri Lankan"? I have never seen spring rolls with potatoes, but maybe they are served like that. Then I was just there again a few days ago (May 9, 2022) and was once again badly disappointed. I ordered two toasted sausages with flutes for 25 DKK each plus a water for 25 DKK, I had to leave with 90 DKK. That means I had to pay 15 DKK for the bread, which I don't quite understand, but I should have ordered two French hotdogs instead, strange that they are priced up just because I wanted them separately.

14/10/2024: Ordered a harbor burger for about 100 kr. in the hope that they had paid a little extra for it compared to other of their burgers in a cheaper price range. I was badly disappointed, a boring white burger bun, the steak was a flat factory-made tasteless thing, dry as a shoe sole. To put it bluntly, a boring belly filling that was not worth the money. The older gentleman who served seemed angry and irritable. There is room for improvement.

28/07/2023: After a few years, it dawns on me that places, in addition to serving some of the best smørrebrød, are still open as taverns.

01/11/2023: Super disappointing lamb. The sauce tastes good, but 80% of it was bone and gristle. Really down. "Winner of award..." untrue
