De bedste restauranter

07/09/2025: 🥐☕ Lagkagehuset – Viborg (in Meny) ☕🥐 Well. So once again you have been lured into Lagkagehuset in Viborg – located in the middle of Meny, like an expensive little island of croissants and coffee that costs the same as half a tank of petrol. You expect coziness, freshly baked bread and smiles – but the reality is a mixture of queues at Copenhagen prices, bread that looks more polished than a car dealership, and staff who send glances so cold that the soft ice cream in Meny freezes an extra time. You say a nice “hello” or “good weekend” – and are greeted as if you have asked if you can borrow their Netflix code. The cakes look great, they are preserved – but it feels a bit like buying art in plaster: beautiful from a distance, but the experience is hollow. The croissant tastes as if it has traveled from Amager with DSB, and the coffee is so average that you almost miss a cheap bag of filter coffee from Netto. And then there is the price. You leave feeling like you just bought a co-op apartment in Copenhagen, just for two buns and a latte. The environment is silently crying in the corner while you stand there chewing through a piece of bread that should be much better for that price. Rating: 1 out of 6 cold croissants. Thanks for nothing, Lagkagehuset Viborg. I am now both poorer, more caffeine-weary and impressed by how much you can get for so little – with such sour faces.

27/08/2025: Ordered 29 sandwiches today, which were ready on time 👍 They were very delicious and received high praise from many in the group. So can definitely recommend the place. Also a great service 👍

01/03/2025: Food nothing special, but fresh and good.

19/02/2025: Fish cakes were rubbery. Spring rolls tasted of old frying oil. The fried duck was NOT crispy AT ALL, bad and sinewy meat. Tasted of nothing. Noodles with chicken were also tasteless. All in all really bad food of low quality which we are sure is from frost and much of it heated in the microwave. Can't they survive with that crap? Super shame they represent Thai food.

25/07/2025: Cool place and super inspiring. Old fishing boxes that are collected at the beach. Are made into new useful things. You can make your own key ring or spinning top with their casting machine

08/09/2023: Picked up lunch for the workshop from Andy's today. Jumbo burgers and they lived up to the name, I must say! Not the last time we'll get lunch from here!

06/08/2023: A super nice place to eat. The food is always good and fresh, not a single thing to complain about. Super cozy to sit in the restaurant and eat, and some really nice people running the restaurant. Can highly recommend their grilled chicken, always nice and juicy! 🙏
