Cake was delicious but a small slice. Coffee strong and tasteful.
Very hot inside the cafè, and noisy. Best to sit outside.

14/10/2024: Very nice lady, authentic Thai food. Got the pad Thai prawn, chicken and the spring rolls and chicken satay. Very nice, reasonably priced. Would eat here again. Good portions and quick service. A few benches to eat, under cover with heaters. Halal food too. Cash and card accepted.
24/09/2024: On my way home on a rainy evening, I decided I didn't have the energy to cook myself. So I stopped by and ordered a quick meal to take home. The food is definitely made with passion, the portion is big, really tasty, the chef was smiling and chatting while preparing the meal, and all that for only 99 kr. I will without doubt stop by more frequently from now on !

29/09/2023: The owner doesn't speak German, which makes communication difficult. The beer is very cheap by Innsbruck standards. The food is excellent, but the atmosphere is unpleasant.

16/05/2025: HONOR WHO IS HONORED, goes the old saying. Therefore, big praise to Café Elmelund for some absolutely delicious freshly spread, crunchy and crispy sandwiches, which I happened to make, and we, 5 people, ate while we waited for the Bjørnø ferry to depart. Thank you.

26/07/2024: Got the Kokkens Burger ToGo. It's not stupid at all. The fries are nice and you get a good portion of aioli. The burger is also worth recommending. I didn't notice the chipotle mayo in the burger, but I'm not into spicy food either so it didn't matter.
21/07/2024: The food was really good, but we had to scramble to order drinks because the waitress kept going to the smoking area. After she cleared the table, we didn't see her again (smoking area). We went to the snack bar to get our ice cream. We sat on the terrace in the back overlooking the parking lot. If the service had been better, it would definitely have gotten 4 stars, but a smoking area like that is detrimental to your reviews.
