31/08/2024: That's the most brilliant idea🥰 We used the place for our take away from the fish shop on the other side of the building. Sheltered from the wind and weather we could enjoy our food. It was clean and nice. Thank you 😊 we will be happy to come again.

28/07/2024: A lovely place to sit in bad weather! I'm not a big fan of fish myself, but many people bring it inside, and you can smell it. There are also some information boards inside.

17/10/2025: This place is a complete shit show. We waited 2.5 hours in the queue — it was a total mess and completely overcrowded. In the end, even though we had tickets, the security didn’t let us in and told us to buy new ones.

02/08/2025: Me and my friends paid 13000kr for a table and after we spent 8000kr we were thrown out and our table was sold on. I went up and asked the manager what was going on and she didn't say anything other than I shouldn't talk to her and just go home. Really bad experience

The ambiance of the store is charming, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes it a lovely spot to explore different teas. The staff were friendly, but I felt that the service could have been more attentive. While they were helpful when approached, there was a slight delay in assistance during busier moments. Despite this, the quality of the tea and the overall experience were commendable. I would recommend Østerlandsk Thehus to tea enthusiasts looking for a diverse range of high-quality teas in Copenhagen.
